My husband came yesterday to drop off a battery for his truck and when he came to pick it up, they gave it to someone else. They tried to tell him he did not bring the battery to this location to end up finding him on the cameras. We ve came back today for assistance and they keep saying there is no manager at the moment and can t contact him. We need assistance on speaking to someone in charge this is very unprofessional and now we have a vehicle unable to be driven due to this situation.

Dont like the service. I grabbed what I wanted,went to the registers and waited between 5-10 minutes to pay. The front end associates weren't around,there was 1 assoc. Towards the back taking a phone order but besides that no one else was around. Finally I got help, after paying I asked if they had a certain part and they where charging about $480 for some struts. Everywhere else I went online at they had them at no more than 250 for the pair of front ones. I asked why so much and they said that was the price,I asked for options and they said that's the only one they had available.I showed them some online front there page and the guy said those weren't available anymore,but clearly they where...anyways I just think the guy didnt care since he wasnt a back room associate and not a front end one.

Terrible I had to go there 3 times for spark plugs because they claimed they were shipping there first they said come back in hour after I called ahead to confirm they had them. Came back after an hour no plugs told to come back after 4:30 came back no plugs. Turns out the whole time they were at the store closest to my house. This location was twice as far and has a lot of traffic! Do not trust them they will not have your parts terribly unorganized!

I ordered a battery online and received 25% off. I called my dad to pick it up because I m pregnant and due any day and did not have transportation. When my dad arrived with my debit card to pick it up Sales Associate Dan refused to give it to him. I offered to go on FaceTime with my drivers license and send a photo copy of my drivers license to my dad phone. My dad had to come from Tinley Park to go there for me and Dan refused to give it to him. If I wasn t pregnant in pain I would ve had no problem with getting on the bus and picking it up. This was my first time purchasing from advance autos and my last. Now I have to wait for a refund and my dad had to repurchase it again on my debit card. It s really crazy he was willing to accept my debit card without me present but couldn t go through with the purchase I placed online. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow cause this transaction was so inconvenient for me. Thank you for the terrible service Dan.

Although I found what I was looking for and the store is conveniently close to my home, next time I am going to another location or the competition. The employee who assisted me lacked good customer service skills on the highest level.

The people that work here, went above and beyond to help me with my headlights.I have a Prius that takes a very specific kind of bulb. They immediately ordered it that morning it was there by 2:00 p.m. They are very difficult to change to say the least. They helped me figure it all out and get everything else I needed. Thank you for all of your help!

I have been shopping here for five years. They accept used motor oil. I mostly shop online and pick up the parts in store. Employee's are helpful.

some employees are latinos do not want to speak spanish and I have not found a shop that are friendly. I prefer to go to another place where when I enter they welcome me.
