Alex was very helpful! I came in to purchase my first ever car and was new to everything. He helped me step by step and I ended up getting a red 2010 honda civic. I recommend anyone who is new to cars and are new to credit to come here!

Great staff knowledge at this location! I was able to snag the last wipers needed for my car and received dedicated help from Moses. Thanks to him and the other staff for being quick to help and patient with me as I tried the online ordering. Highly recommend this location for Advanced Auto Parts!!

Came in here the other day to replace a battery. Old battery was being a bit stubborn, but Memo and Maria got the job done with a positive attitude throughout. Awesome service from both of them.

I want to give a shout out to Moses! I took my car in thinking I needed a new battery. He was super friendly and explained how the warranty works. He walked me step by step, then we headed out to the parking lot where he tested the battery couldn t get a good reading. He suggested it may be the posts that were dirty. He took the battery out, tested it again and the battery tested Good ! He cleaned out the posts for me, reconnected the battery and like he suggested my car started right up. Once again, Thank You Moses for your great customer service and execution.

I go here pretty regularly to drop off Amazon boxes and I am always met with friendly staff. The other day I needed antifreeze and a nice gentleman named Oscar not only helped me pick out the right one but also took the time to inform me of the differences and the consequences of mixing different antifreeze. Thanks Oscar, I hope your boss knows how great of an employee you are.

Inventory is okBut dont trust the cashiers white skin latino cashier who looks like he just went thru puberty shouldnt be answering guests questions if hes not sure of what he knowsGuy looks bothered to answer your questions and then lies and tells you the fluid you are buying is something completely different even different colors glad i checked before dumping it inI came back for my refund he didnt even have the balls to ask what was the issue or to even apologize. He had to override my refund. And couldn t even bother to recheck usually the guys behind the counter even go show you where and whats your selection customer came in and he just told em its back there on that side he couldnt even bother to properly show his customer(maybe he shouldnt he couldnt even do his job w a simple question)Tengan cuidado con el hombre que trabaja en la computadora latino con cara de mis le molesta hacer su trabajo mejor conf�en en las Mujeres en este lugar por que el cara de mis no sabe y ni disculpas pide despu�s de hace no haver bien su trabajo al rato les VENDA producto que no debe ir en su veh�culo por que no regalan

I never had problems returning something until i went to this location. I felt like I was being interrogated. One of the store associates kept suggesting that O2 sensors do not come with anti-seize grease starting that the sensor was used. It was until I told them to compare it to the same sensor they have in stock, that's when things started moving forward. In my opinion, poor product knowledge.

I love this store!! All the workers are very helpful and know their stuff well. This is one of the cleanest and organized store that I have been in to. I would recommend this store anytime. The manager there Rafael is also such a great guy and he can always help you when in doubt.

I needed a new battery and my battery replaced and I had the pleasure of being helped by Moses Martinez. He took my old battery out and replaced it with the new one quick and efficiently. I will be going to that location from now on.

Terrible customer service.My experience with the team member was unfavorable. I do not know much about cars and was asking about wipers, the team member seemed annoyed and frustrated when I asked questions. I simply called O'Reilly which was a mile away, and it's much easier and enjoyable to deal w happy employees.

Had to pick up an order will call at this location. The store knew I was coming from Western and 59th so I wouldn t be long before coming. Get there and had to wait because someone else took the part I was coming to get. They are laughing like it s not a huge deal when I did not find it funny and most certainly did not have the time to wait. Most irritating experience.

I came to auto zone to see if my battery was any good. Andy took care of me. He was extremely professional and very helpful. Andy went above and beyond to help me get a new battery for my car even after my warranty expired. Thank you so much for making my day easier Andy. I will definitely be back to this location.

These guys are amazing. I bought a battery for my vehicle 3 years ago and for some reason i started having issues with my car so I contacted the store and they checked my battery.Once checked my battery they noticed the battery had issues. So they gave me a new battery and I was on my way.It was a learning curve to remove and replace a car battery, but i was able to figure it out. Glad I bought it from here. I think the battery warranty is 4 years.

Fast and helpful service. Customer representative helped me apply all the bonus points and discounts I could to bring down my cost and that really means a lot to me to have that kind of service. It's why I keep shopping with Advance Auto!

I walked in to pickup some custom license plate screws and tire valve caps. Sounds simple enough right? However, they were short on what I wanted and was told that I would need to place a special order. This is supposed to be an auto parts store that should carry enough inventory of simple basic supplies without customers having to special order things...I would think.

Very unprofessional location. I placed an ordered online and read the store location closed at 7pm. I went to my pick up ordered at 6:05pm thinking I had plenty of time. The manager and other employees were walking around ignoring me until I showed them my phone with the order information. They couldn't just give me what I had paid for. They need to change the hours online and improve customer service, they could of helped me and been in out in 5 mins. This is why business loose cuatomera. I will cancel my order and go somewhere else. Please go somewhere else.

Great customer service. Informed staff. As usual, prices are high (as is in this type of stores)....better off ordering what u can, and use coupons, and just pick your parts at the store nearest you.

The employee j.r is a jerk disrespectful lazy ignorant person. He puts a bad name to this business. I've never been too a place where I've been rudely disregarded and disrespected. Because someone chose to be lazy. They hire lil punks from the hood. Because of this experience i will never reccomend anyone or all the mechanics that are in my family to any advance auto parts. He didnt help me at all. I needed fuses and wasnt sure which ones i needed. He said he didnt know and he wasnt going to look it up instead he chose to talk behind my back and proudly display his badge for being unkind unhelping and sarcastic. I dont appreciate going to a place of business and being disrespected or treated like s***. But their was a nice gentleman their. Big heavy set dude that went above and beyond to help me out. But Mr. J.R needs to learn social skills and have a better understanding of how to better work with customers. I reccomend people to go to auto zone.

Store opens at 7:30. Tried to go inside at 7:30 doors were locked. Waited 5 min still locked. 7:50 and the doors are still locked while the staff is right by the register laughing and talking. Waste of time

Horrible customer service, sold me the wrong car battery and didn't want to do a return until I called corporate and got a return. Waste of time and for what? To one up a customer for your jollies? Why do that to people? Smug, unprofessional, lazy, employees that will not be helpful in away.

Unfortunately, this store closes at 9:00 I am here at 8:19 pm looking into the young man and woman just talking . I understand if they are unable to open the door this late just very disappointed they are just staring back at me . would truly appreciate it if the schedule was modified.

I usually go to O'rileys or AutoZone so this being my first time visiting an Advance Auto Parts store was great. The girl that worked there was very helpful and polite. Theres also many items some you cant find in other stores
