I went in for a check engine light & to my surprise I left with a little education on how to maintain my car in working order, by a young Hispanic guy with glasses & long hair ( I never got his name )but his dedication and patience & knowledge, was not taken for grantedI'm so grateful to know that I will be returning and advising all my freinds about my experiencethank you again Advance Auto for Employees like him

Staff was helpful, but I came for a 4 pack of ignition coils. I visited 3 different stores plus their competitors who also didn't have the coils!? It's not like I have a lambo, I have a Nissan. After all was said. Auto zone had it. You be the judge.

Very helpful people here. They went out of there way to find a hard to find part I needed right away and didn't have time to wait for it to be delivered to me at my house if I ordered it online. I wish I knew the guys name so I could give him a shout out but I just can't remember it. Either way a very good store with down to earth understanding guys and gals working there! Highly recommend.

It s Okay needs to have gratitude to customers from staff needs to be clean floors there products not that supplies up in on shelves they have one kind or gallon but not by bottle short supplies nice staff to service customers so quiet in there should add music soft for customers not welcome customers enough to be comfortable to come back

0 stars if I could. They almost costed me $492 because the guy that changed my battery did not insert it back in correctly so my car was using the alternator instead of the battery. After 3 jumps and them testing my car out the employee told me that it was my starter after she tested it out with some machine. Took it to meineke on 95th western and found out it was actually their fault like I thought to begin with. Luckily the guys there were honest. still out of $50 for their careless mistake.

This group knows there auto parts, their customers, and love their job. Plus they don't mind delivering supplies to your shop. They are good with problem solving and troubleshooting also.

I will never purchase anything from advance auto again after my experience with them on Sunday. Tried to return warrantied rotors and pads with a receipt twice within a week a was given a hard time.

The worst customer service , especially for comercial .... omg i wish i can give em 0 star , you order parts and they send them.2 hrs later , or don't sent them.at all , worst custumer service ... they don't care about customers , and is sad because they have a job because of us CUSTOMERS

Went there for a battery. Ordered online said they had 2 in stock. Get there they didn't have battery. This the second time this week I went there and online they have parts until I get there. inventory was off or they just don't want my business.
