They charged my battery, and it tested ok. I spent 45 minutes waiting because I am from Milwaukee, and that is how long it takes to charge dead battery. Saw them help everyone with speed, respect, and helpfulness. Helped me confirm that the problem was an alternator. I am writing this as it is nice to see good helpful staff which is not common lately in our society.

An odd location because it s not really an advance, just simply an old carquest rebadged into advance due to corporate mandates. Not many regular (typical advance) items available but the staff are exceptional with helping thankfully. Hopefully this location can improve eventually on its inventory selection.

Amazing customer service! The tie rod on my left side broke while driving but I was able to safely pull over. I had no other choice but to buy the part from an overpriced nearby shop where I broke down. I was charged $70 just for one tie rod!! The next day I bought the other tie rod I needed here. Placed an order at 11 am and it was delivered to my home within 3 hours! All for under $30! It s even better quality than the other one I bought. I highly recommend them!

I admit that I get nervous having to deal with car issues, including getting a new battery. However, Luis at Advanced Auto Parts was friendly, helpful and let me watch as he changed my battery for me. Thank you!!

Good service and a very good deal in parts. I went to AutoZone and they want to charge me $900 dollars for a manifold for a Chevy Captiva 2013. I decided to go to the Advance Auto part and I got the manifold for $113 Plus taxes $125. Lot's of different. I'm Eduardo Izquierdo and I recommend this place . It is better than AutoZone.

The staff here is amazing. Really friendly and gets you the help you deserve. You can see that customer service is their priority. The store is small but it's got pretty much all the basic things you need and then some. They can also check other stores for you or order the parts in.

I just had the most amazing experience in this store. Customer service was amazing. I think the man who helped me name was Donald. I really hope that was his name cause he was amazing!! 100% amazing customer service. He check the size of my wipers after I bough them to make sure I had the correct sizes. Of course I didnt but he made sure I got the correct sizes and he put them on my truck so fast I couldnt get a picture lol. I'm forever grateful for this gentleman. Cause I know nothing about windshield wipers or sizes or how to put them in my car. He was my hero without a cape!! Thank you for being amazing and so very helpful!!

I literally called for one question. They kept putting me on hold, wouldn t even let me talk. They kept hanging up my calls. Like how rude. Seriously the worst. Don t come here. At least autozone answers the phone!

The Service Was Just Awesome Greeted When I Came In The Door. The Sales Lady Was Very Knowledgeable, Which Surprised Me. She Was Telling Me About The Part I Needed Wanted To Know What Make And Model My Car Was . To Make Sure I Had The Right Part. So Hats Off To Great Customer Service At The Madison Advance Auto Parts In Chicago

Went in to get a Ford F250 work truck battery checked since it kept on dying. Isaac checked it for me. It was definitely a bad battery. Isaac told me there was a $200ish battery in stock at this location which was more expensive than I was willing to buy. He told me another location just down Grand Ave at Grand and Pulaski had a much cheaper one for $110. I really appreciated Isaac's help because it saved me a lot of money. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.

I came in today to get some much needed windshield wiper blades. I helped by a friendly, down to earth sales associate. He even put them on for me! That was definitely a plus. I will only come here, in the city!!!!I didnt catch his name, but thank you terminal 4!

Three people working and not one can get off the phone to provide even basic customer service. All imbeciles. One employee was on the phone so stoned he kept dialing and hanging up the other individual was doing nothing. All the services that the other advantage ed auto zone provide. He stated we don't do any of that here but CV the signs of the service is on the window. The female that was here was on the phone and was flirting on the phone and then went to the carto provide better service exceptional service for sexy men but not an average customer. What a reputation they love to have so disgraced not to mention the place was filthy and peo pl le were under the influence of drugs will never go here ever again and I'll make sure all the mechanics in my family and friends never come here. I wouldn't even gi e CV these people one star at all whatsoever.pleade be aware that if you want to get treated like garbage and have people tell you that they don't provide the same services as other advanced auto. Don't bother wasting your time or the gas it took me to get here. Never been to a place where I get treated like S.....H......I............T. thanks advanced auto parts really appreciate the lack of professionalism offered people in this establishment is what ruins peoples perception of your company

Great service. Very professional and courteous. Didn't have my part in stock when I called but 45 mins later had one delivered to my local store. Recommend.

Their site says they do the check engine light scan, the association first told me they don't do it at all, when I replied that it says online that this specific stores does it he changed his lie to "Oh we don't have a working scanner" he them referred me to a competitor say the AutoZone does it.

Ordered parts yesterday, picked them up today, customer service was great, told what time the would in came from Milwaukee and the part was there as expected. Overall great atmosphere at this establishment.
