If you respect yourself, and do not like being treated poorly, I do not recommend shopping here. I am surprised that this store have such high ratings, when it s staff member is disgracefully inadequate. That dark skin lady with dreadlocks, she might have been a stud or something, hard to tell. She told me to Shutup when I was simply explaining to her what exact auto part that I needed.. But why? I never insulted her or anything of that nature. She revealed her emotions at that moment, and it was worthless.

This is one of my favorite Advanced Auto Parts to shop at. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Whenever I have a problem they are very knowledgeable with a solution. The store is very clean and organized. I m extremely impressed with the quality of service they provide.

I would have given them a 5 but the lady that works there is a bit snotty. The guy that installed my battery was very nice and I appreciate him for going out in below zero weather to install it for me.

The stove manager is a great person but the staff they work under him is awful I wouldn't buy another part from these people at this particular store again unknowledgeable unwilling to work with the customer never again will I shop here

On a road trip, our RV/bus broke down. Thank god for this shop, and the wonderful service and specifically Edrick. Edrick went above and beyond to help us and insure that we get back on the road safely. He was so knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was great as well. We re so glad we made it to this shop.

I love this location, I go here all the time. Mandy is usually the most helpful and knowledgeable so if you want the best experience you should definitely make sure she is there before going. She has the same car as me and has helped me numerous times!

They give a bad reputation to black people. Good morning Joe claims that they only have one diagnostic tool and it's not working. So I decided to spend my money elsewhere. I felt like he was lying. You know some of them they lazy, unprofessional

Patronized them for the first time. Car covers didn't fit and they only refunded part of my money. Still waiting for 4 days later after 2nd time going to store and a call to customer service

I came to the store to purchase front breaks & rotors. Unlike my first visit to the store 07/07/19 & then 07/14/19 to return item not compatible with my Truck. The staff was very nice . However, Today 05/15/21 Eddrick (probably spelled wrong) was very informative & knowledgeable. He made sure I left the store with correct parts & took time to share with me Information I was u date of.I stop shopping at autozone because of poor customer service and So far I m happy with the services I received so far with advance auto.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jessica went above and beyond to ensure I selected the correct wiper blades. She installed them so quickly and thoroughly.

I find it to be ridiculous that this store closes at 7:55pm. The sign clearly stated 8:00pm. The corporate office need to check the cameras to see what your staff is doing. This is unacceptable on so more levels.

They sold me the wrong thing they should have known the part that they sold me was not the part that I need it it was a hose for antifreeze coming from the water pump I believe anyway it was the wrong holes I have to go to the dealer but I should have known they didn't know what they were talking about that was probably my fault I just expect them to know Auto Parts

The young lady that works the counter is always a delight to work with, very knowlegable and will make sure you get the right parts. Her work ethic pushes the other employees to do the same.
