I went to McGrath Acura on 1/26/24. Because the fault light of my car s charging system problem came on. Then the staff said that I need to replace the battery sensor. After the problem was solved, I replaced it and paid 360 US dollars. But after the replacement, the charging system problem light was still on. I went to Mcgrath Acura again on 1/1/24 and this time they told me that the Battry Fans were defective. It cost me about 300 US dollars to replace the battery fans. I spent 360 US dollars to replace the battery sensor. The staff clearly told me that the fault would be solved after replacing it. But it didn't. Now it costs me about 300 US dollars. I don't know if it will happen. The fault will not be resolved. This is really unreasonable..I always go to McGrath acura still goodBut this time so bad.0 star

Like how professionally McGrath salesperson directed me and my phone order for a new gas cap. He made the entire process short, sweet, simple. And I am a happy Girl once again!

I bought an Acura TLX 2 years ago and needed to talk to someone in finance because I am selling my car. It s been two weeks, no phone call returned (called 3 different times), alerted other staff who were not helpful and even sent an email without response. Whole I really liked my car, I would highly recommend going to any other Acura dealership.
