Oscar and his mechanics know how to fix anything. He is extremely knowledgeable on diagnosing and giving you opinions depending on what you want for your vehicle. Extremely fair pricing and really goes above and beyond to find you the right parts at good prices. There aren't many mechanics that make you feel at ease with your particular situation but I definitely trust Oscar and his crew to fix anything.

Oscar and staff are great! They serviced my Porsche Cayenne, Audi RS7 and my wife s Honda CRV. I cannot say enough great things about Oscar and his shop.

Accurate Imports and owner Oscar were recommended by two separate neighbors; after working with Oscar I also highly recommend! Oil changes were faster and cheaper than dealer or other local shops I've tried, and Oscar is very helpful.I stopped in without an appt to get an estimate on oil change and daytime running light repair for my Mazda. They did the oil change on the spot while Oscar researched cost for the light. He gave me fair prices and confirmed he could do it, but actually encouraged me to try getting Mazda dealer to cover it under warranty rather than pay them -- or him! -- out of pocket (and Mazda eventually did cover it). Today I brought in my VW for an oil change; again, flexible scheduling, efficient service, good price. I asked if he could repair a small dent, he said it's not work he does but again he took the time to provide alternate suggestions. Oscar is my new go-to, hopefully never have to go to a dealer service center again!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I own a 2012 Land Rover Evoque. Accurate Imports was referred to me by a sales representative at the land-rover dealership. The rep and I established a friendship after my frequent visits to that LR dealership for repairs. I ve now had several items repaired at Accurate Imports..from brakes/oil changes, to electrical work. Oscar and his staff are always professional, knowledgeable and fair. I fully trust them with my vehicle. If they can t fix it, they will let you know. I ve even taken my car in and have gotten a free diagnostics. I will always bring my vehicle here for service and repair. As a single women, it s rare to find honest and fair mechanics. I feel ripped off at the dealership and other repair shops. Accurate Imports should be commended for their exceptional service! I highly recommend this shop.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Brakes

Oscar is a gem! He is so kind and understanding and straight forward. He inspected my car but couldn t do the work and didn t even charge me for the inspection. Def calling him my mechanic now on!

This place really is a gem. As others have noted, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the prices are better than anywhere around, and they do great work. I highly recommend it for all of your automotive service needs.The first time I came in for a general inspection and was surprised when they handed me my keys back without giving me an invoice - no charge. The owner was straight with me about what needed fixing now and what could wait. A few months later I returned for an oil change and I was shocked at how inexpensive it was - much cheaper than other independent mechanics in the area. Considering the great work they do, there's really no reason not to come here.

I haven't found a better mechanic shop in 30 years in the north Chicago area like Acura Imports. I've been taking my cars to Acura for about 15 pears and Oscar is the best. He's very honest of what repairs are needed and his prices are great. If you don't believe me, give it a try and you'll stay at Acura forever.

At first I was hesitant to go outside the dealership to go for a service and then I remember about what my friend told me about this place that was reliable, efficient and guys working here are more knowledgeable than in the dealership. I called them for appointment immediately they got me quote for my service and they were very accommodating for new customer like me. Price wise this place is way better than the dealership and quality of work 2nd to none. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you so much for the help and excellent quality of service.

We live over an hour away & would never trust our Audi Q7 to any other mechanic. This is the most reliable, dependable & HONEST shop we have ever been to. We have referred all of our friends & family with various makes, models & years. Always happy leaving here knowing your getting the BEST price around!

6 years ago when received a very high quote from the Toyota Dealership I decided to bring my Sienna to Accurate for a second opinion. Oscar saw what the problem was and suggested we first try a less expensive option to see if that would work - well it did! We now have 3 cars that have been in for various reasons through the years, and Accurate Imports is the ONLY place I will ever bring a car to. I cannot recommend them more highly. They are honest (and really nice) and will tell you what should be done, what can wait a little bit etc.

Oscar isn't just a good business man, he has mad skillz. I saught a mechanic that could tackle my nissan 300zx and was unable to find it anywhere. I ran into Oscars place and he solved the issue in one day. I now take all my cars there because he charges fair prices and most importantly does a great job. And it helps he is a nice and cool guy. You can tell when someone treats customers like family or when they are just saying the words to say them. Give them a try and see what I mean.

Amazing place. Super friendly people! They do good work too! Fixed my transmission for cheaper than I thought and fixed it and had it ready to go 3 days earlier than expected! 5/5 I recommend.

Very reliable - brought my car to them after Midas gave me a $520 quote to fix my brake pads / rotors. These guys did it for $300 in less than a day. Dozens of people from my office go to these guys and no one has ever had a complaint. They are fair and good to work with.

I've trusted these guys with my car for over 5 years now. Oscar is honest, and they rarely charge for a diagnostic. They walk me into the garage most of the time to point out the problems and give me honest feedback. Highly recommended.

The neighborhood shop everyone wishes they had. Friendly professional reliable service. We're in every few months for the general maintenance stuff.It's never fun if something goes screwy with the vehicles, but always good to know Oscar and the team are on the job.

This is our go to mechanic. We live an hour away but if we need something done, this is where we go. They are fast and efficient. And honest. Will never tell you that things are wrong when not. They do oil changes to major repairs.

Went here cuz I thought my wheel bearing was done for... turns out I had a piece of metal stuck up in there somehow. They didnt even charge me!! I love this shop, and will be going back for sure! It's so hard to find reliable, trustworthy people!
