Went there for Windshield replacement and I m so amazed with the prices and the work they did on my Camry. I got quotes from nearly every shop in Chicagoland area but they told me that their prices are cheaper as compared to other shops and if you find out any cheaper price, they will prize match it for me.Got a lifetime warranty and a first free rock chip repair!They are nice to work with!!

This shop was awesome! Got a text quote within 30 minutes of submitting my info, got an appointment right away, the staff was friendly and helpful, and was out the door with my windshield replaced in about an hour. Highly recommend if you need auto glass work.

Had a great experience with Aaron s today. A rock hit my windshield and received a quote quickly the day after. And you can t beat their prices. Trust me I shopped around before contacting Aaron s. I Arrived early in the morning, and in an hour and a half I was out. Be prepared to stay for at least 1-2 hours though. The staff and workers were great. Friendly but to the point. Thanks again guys. Will update with other picture soon.

So this place is a little unbelievable. They blow the competition out of the water when it comes to price. The service is also good, but could be improved but in the field of work that they are in I m assuming it is necessary to be a little direct. Overall, if I ever have a windshield or any of my windows in my car broken, this will definitely be the number one place I go to. I also love the fact that it s half a block away from a great grocery store that I love going to so I can do my shopping while I wait for the window to get installed.

You can t beat their prices (other places were quoting me $75 more for a windshield replacement). Service was also fast, I was in and out in less than 2hrs. Thank you guys!& also thank you to Joshua for being honest and flexible with an extra zelle payment I sent.Will definitely be back for my auto glass needs

Don't pay Safelite prices!!!! I was in a rough spot and couldn't afford to spend more than $500 to have safelite replace my broken windshield. I'm SO glad a colleague referred me to Aaron's Auto Glass. Call in advance, you'll get a price estimate and they'll make sure to have your windshield or window ready when you get there. The whole process had to have taken less than an hour - I couldn't believe how easy it was, and I saved HUNDREDS of dollars!!!! I will refer all of my friends and family here because of the great experience I had!

Nice receptionist but I drove here after being quoted and guaranteed an agreed upon price and when I picked up my car I was told they would not honor that price and that it was a mistake and that I had to pay more. Not the end of the world but honoring what was confirmed would ve been high-end of them. Mind you, everything is on a recorded line but they still refused. It is what it is. Definitely confirm prices before paying. That said, my broken window is fixed, which I do appreciate.

I was in and out in about an hour. Which was great because I was with my 1.5 year old. I had to have my windshield replaced and was quoted a pretty decent price. Customer service was polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to any of my family and friends.

My car was broken into on Sunday night and I needed to repair the window on Monday in order to drive into work on Tuesday. Aaron s autoglass responded to my initial inquiry incredibly quickly, provided me with a quote and estimate of 2 hours to repair it. I dropped off my car and sure enough, in two hours it was finished, and they are true to their word and I was charged the text quote. My only small complaint is that you can hear some of the broken glass inside the door of the car but otherwise they did a fantastic job cleaning and repairing it all. I would 100% recommend them and will do so in the future

I brought my car into repair my window. Customer service was very pleasant and the guys were so nice. They did a wonderful job within less than an hour.

Usually they do a good job , but they charged me for the wrong car and I paid almost double for my window replacement. They noticed later and called me to come back to refund my order and pay my correct amount. I had a 45 min drive to go back , and they charged me again before doing the refund . After I pay again , they processed the refund but my money will be on hold for 5 business days until my money gets refunded. Not even a discount for the time and gas wasted , or my money on hold because of their mistake .

I actually had the windshield on two different vehicles replaced in the past year at Aaron Glass. Both experiences were excellent. The front desk people were friendly and clear about the process and expectations and the service technicians were polite and did superb work. Thanks for the follow-up.

I called around about my windshield with an average quote of $330. A friend who lives way out in DesPlaines had a windshield replaced there and I live by the lake, I'm thinking it's kinda out of the way, gave them a call anyway got a quote for $175. I went there right away. I had to wait a bit longer because the one they had in stock was cracked. For the longer wait they even gave me a decent pricereduction. They swapped out my city sticker and IPASS. Great Job!

Here is a before & after picture of my windshield.I have a 2024 car, and the dealership I bought it from had the windshield on back order for 3 months! I went to Aaron s, and they finished everything in 2 hours and I saved a ton of money coming here vs dealership!Highly recommend. So far, it s still in tact! :) thank you!

Made a call for an estimate & ended up making an appointment. They had my windshield in stock and for a reasonable price, nothing crazy. Service took about 50 minutes. Great experience.

Be careful while at/around the shop. Make sure you have your own recording device in case something happens to your car or to you because they do not care and do not cooperate about it unless it is their own benefit. If smthg happens there, you are on your own. Not a good neighborhood and business.Reply to the owner: The two parties involved in the accident were both your customer who were trying to get in to the shop which is not separate from your service area. POLICE came and asked to check the CAMERAS and you did NOT COOPERATE. Also I offered to give money for the time you waste on just showing cameras to the police and still you did say NO. I just wanted to warn people and what is wrong with that?

I m extremely happy because it took me two weeks to find this place. Everywhere I called I was being charged 250 and up for a passenger side window and here I got it for less than half that price. It truly made my day because now I m going to fix the other window here too of my other truck!!! Costumers service was awesome too. Bueno, bonito y barato!!!!!

Didn't like the fact that I was promised a price!! Then when I went back to get my car, it's a lot of bull, Telling me if I want them to review the tape recording I have to wait until they closed remember I had a busy body 3yrs old baby with me, and the part that made me mad was because they speaking Spanish to each other soooo rude, but good thing I know Spanish so I just said look just give me my car!!! Take the 10 dollars!!! You all just so wrong!! And for your info am black but I speak and understand Spanish!!!! Funny thing they call more than once to get me to come in!!! But people would say and do anything to get money!!! So sad but lesson learned Never trust over greedy people!!

Quick service 89 dollars cheaper than all suburban areas especially Schaumburg l called and was given a time appointment that day about .3 hours out . Picked up a rock from a trucker that ran 6 more inches before we got there on the original trip from Oklahoma City to SchaumburgA beautiful price of 210 perfect fit for a 2018 Altima Very in and out we ate locally and was in an out 2 hours tops - Tge area is kinda run run down and you can see the landscape change going in . Not that l didn t get accosted but it s GOS friendly - to me it was no different than the area we parked at around Wrigley Field they were pros

While facing neighborhood vandalism and hate crime I had my front windshield broken and video footage of the party involved. While that was the least of my worries Aaron Auto Glass is. Fast, relational communicational, very good work in window replacement. Being the front shield of my vehicle with a very exceptional price for that TOP QUALITY of work! I m amazed at the attention to detail in their window replacement. I have no complaints although a worker accidentally forgot to remove my emergency break and move from one parking spot to the other. Lucky it was just one parking to the other! Because anything more could ve done more engine, transmission or break damage. But that for me doesn t take away of the all around service. Just make sure you communicate to the worker the gears of your vehicle position so they are aware just in case they forget. THANKS AARON FOR A 100% job well done!

I'm quite disappointed with the installation of the back windshield on my 2012 Prius. While I don't hold the business itself responsible, I do have issues with the technician who worked on my car. The workmanship was subpar the trimmings were not properly secured, the defrost wires were exposed, and the adhesive was messily applied. There's a noticeable rattling sound from broken trim pieces inside when I lift the trunk gate. Moreover, they didn't clean up after the job, which prevented the trunk gate from closing properly until I asked them to clear it. Although I was referred here by three people and I don't doubt the business's overall quality, the lack of attention and care from this particular employee has led me to give a zero-star review. I was genuinely concerned about potential damage to sensors or other components due to their careless work.

This is the second time that I have had to use Aaron Auto Glass. Both times were fantastic. They are quick, professional, and very well priced. I wish the roads in Chicago were better and launched fewer stones into the air, but until that happens there is Aaron Auto Glass to take care of the broken windows in your car. In and out, fast and friendly, and what a value!

A rock had fallen and caused impact damage to my windshield while I was driving home, and my friend had suggested Aaron auto glass in Chicago, so I called them and Josh the sales rep was incredible! Super knowledgeable and explained everything to me crystal clear and very friendly!! They were we able to schedule me right away and when the driver came to repair the windshield he was done in less than an hour!! They even followed up afterwards and I couldn t be more happy with the service, the work, and the price!! I highly recommend anyone to go here!

Fair price and this was my 3rd windshield replacement at Aaron's. They've always finished the job within the time given too. Definitely recommend them.
