I want to thank the manager for seeing me on 10/23/2023. I did not leave my car because it was not an option for me. The manager was quick to determine my transmission was going out before even taking it for a test drive or looking at it. Thank God I left. I took my car to my regular mechanic at Ricks muffler shop on 83rd and exchange. Rick saw me right away. The transmission had a leak from the cooling line that he replaced along with 2 quarts of CVT fluid. He did this in an hour and the whining sound was fixed. Thank you AAMCO manager for chasing me away. I am thankful to you for discouraging me. The fix cost me 75 bucks. I do not need another transmission like the manager said. Why make an appointment if you have to leave your car with 7 or 8 cars in front of yours. Glad I went to Rick's. Saved me the price of a new transmission. I was there at 8am. The owner is a liar if he says otherwise.

I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue AAmco transmissions for the repair of a Rear Differential- they fixed my vehicle so fast I was shocked - the noise is gone and my baby (Car) is back! After another shop did me wrong - they really saved the day and got my car back to me quick. Quality work nice guy Julio

I m late writing this review but it s only because I wanted to make sure that my review was as honest as possible. I wanted to ensure that I could write a review that truthfully reflected the work that was done on my vehicle so I waited a couple weeks to give a review of how my car has been driving ever since I picked it from the shop after a rebuilt transmission was installed. My trans on my Ford Escape was damaged and shot but Julio and his builder have not disappointed me with the trans they ve installed. I ve had my car since about December 5th and so far it s driving very nicely!! On top of having this installed in a nice timely fashion, Julio and his builder worked with me on pricing! Believe it or not; they matched the quote of another reputable trans shop that they knew I trusted. I was very pleased to know they valued me as a customer and understood my concerns and specifically my pricing concerns and addressed my concerns. I also would like to mention that Julio and his builder have no problem showing you what s wrong with your car; they ll walk you inside their shop where they re working on your vehicle and give you details. I was worried that being a female and not as knowledgeable on cars that I would get overcharged and taken advantage of but that did not happen here! I felt comfortable and so far confident that my trans is running well, I also feel confident that should anything go wrong in the future that I am protected in the hands of Julio and his team at the shop with my 2 year warranty. l work in the vicinity of Amco transmission I needed a timing chain done on my truck I asked several people in the community about AAMCO Transmission every person I spoke to gave me a positive review so I called them and explain my problem. Julio was very accommodating he took the time to explain my repairs to me and he also quoted me a reasonable price for a very complicated job I immediately had my truck towed to them and the work was completed within a reasonable amount of time without a great inconvenience to me after I test drove my vehicle I was very pleased with the repairs I was strongly recommend for anyone in need of car repair to consult with AAMCO Transmission about their car repair needsThank u AAMCOBig T securityService: Transmission

I was very unhappy with the service I received at Ammco. I had my vehicle serviced here and they told me you re going to need to replace the engine . Which was no problem but for 2 months after that they didn t get back with me on anything. Had to call almost everyday to figure out was going. Most of the time they wouldn t even pick up. Told me my car would be done. Then for some reason would delay it day after day

I went in for a bad oil leak . It was discovered my rear seal needed to be replaced. This job was time consuming getting to that part. Julio provide excellent customer service during the job, keeping me posted with detail updates considering I had to leave it there for a couple days. It took a little longer because after they replaced the part it still was leaking. After some research they discovered there was a bulletin about a common problem with my car pertaining to that issue. They did the work and resolved the issue. I m always hesitant going to the shop for car repairs because I feel they always find a way to up charge you . I felt they were professional, honest and reasonable . I definitely would take my car back there for repairs.

They did a great job with my transmission. It was repaired on time, with good communication. I'm very satisfied with this repair shop! I usually do .ost of my own repairs, but transmissions are a bit more tasking for me. So trusting a repair shop wasn't easy for me, but they exceeded my expectations. Julio customer service abd communication was very good. I reached out to them thinking my transmission was damage when the problem was my axels. My vehicle was picked up by them during the 10 O Clock hour on Wednesday. My car was ready around 2pm today and so far it's riding good

I dropped my 2013 Nissan Rogue off June 6th for transmission issues. I was updated often on the repair process. The price I was quoted didn't change although more work was required. Double A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The level of professionalism and expertise is stupendous here. We had to have our transmission rebuilt on a 2002 Avalanche and Julio made sure to share detailed information about the services performed, offer excellent warranty coverage and provide notes on the other repairs that will be needed in the near future. All of it was done in just a few short days and we were kept in the loop during each stage. On a vehicle that has seen its share of miles, that level of thoroughness is greatly appreciated. I dropped my car off @ 10am for a steering & suspension inspection & it took 2 full days to provide a diagnosis which I wouldn't have gotten if not for my persistence (I called a couple of times, they never answered so I stopped by twice). Doing the work was out of the question because they were booked until the following week. The staff is super cool, I just think they're short-handed so their progress is slow.

They fixed my car for a reasonable price. Good customer service. They will let you know if there is something else wrong with your car. Even after they fix it,they will still make you aware of the problems it may have. I appreciate them taking time to ensure my car run properly. I see future business with them,and I would highly recommend.

The transmission went out on my '07 Chevy Truck. I took it to this AAMCO, after I did a walk-thru the day before! I was impressed with how organized and focused their shop appeared to me! They started work on my truck the same day I dropped it off. The manager Julio, was very professional, explanatory about my problem, and understanding towards my situation. He made a Bad Day, Not So Bad! My truck was repaired and ready to go in less than a week, despite all the work done to it. And now I am CONFIDENT that even with my AAMCO Warrenty, I Will Have No Worries! I am Very Satisfied and I have No Hesitation about returning here for any other repair work I may need!! Thank You AAMCO, Julio, and your Staff!!

I have nothing but excellence reviews for such a great job done! their work was quality work, flexible pricing and overall just genuine reliable work. I needed pads and roter put on and they went beyond and bleed brakes replaced caliber for no change in price.. I couldn't ask for a more incredible job! Would recommend AAMCO to any and everyone I know. Great job shop!!!

my transmission work was under warranty but the additional work, oil pan & gasket, rack-n-pinion, map sensor, motor mount, crankshaft seal all removed and replaced was done at the same time with a savings of over $2,300 on labor. I went to get trans checked without an appointment. I was not able to get in that day. Eventually I bought another vehicle but to my surprise the manager called and asked if I still needed to have my car serviced. I was totally shocked! Great business if I had not bought a new car I would have taken it here. I took my 98 Monte Carlo about 10 yrs ago and had great results. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!!!
