Having to get towed usually indicates it s going to be a bad day, but Ray was wonderful, helpful, and such a bright personality that it took the sting out of the event. Highly recommend!

Had a flat tire in my work parking garage on Lake Shore drive, on a Friday during rush hour. A1 was there within 20 minutes had my flat changed in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Second time I ve used them within the last 6 months. I can t begin to express how great this company is! Extremely professional and kind! A+++++++

Ray was sooooooo helpful! Ran into car trouble where I needed immediate help and they got to me super quick and got me set up to be on my way. He also called to make sure I was able to make it to my destination safely. The service was incredibly professional, timely and seriously helped me out on a rough day.

A1 Gold Coast Towing was amazing. I called them late at night to setup an awkward towing situation for me and they picked up right away. They were able to get my clients car from off the top of the parking structure that was on a very steep incline and through the the parking garage even with all four tires flat and tow it four blocks away. Bill the tow truck driver came to change my tire but due to frigid weather tire rim was frozen and car had to b loaded on flat bed and towed to tire place. Bill was such a professional, caring and made site I was serviced professionally. Kudos to Bill and I will recommend A1 towing to my friends thank u Bill for outstanding customer service

They are rude Hispanics. Second they towed my car after I paid for parking and they are so thirsty for money it's ridiculous. I wish I could sue them. This should be illegal istg. I don't know about the positive reviews as I received nothing but nastiness from the start.

Ray from A1 was so kind and accommodating! They arrived in 20 minutes to tow my car 25 miles. Absolutely no hassles at a time when my car was causing me lots of stress! Highly recommend!

Im from Wisconsin and was visiting Chicago for the day when I ended up with a flat tire! I called and they arrived very quick. Changed my tire for me and we re on their way. The A in A1 must stand for AMAZING!! I had a flat in the city and had no idea who to call until I looked and found A1 Gold Coast Towing!! What a truly amazing experience dealing with them! Bill answered the phone and assured me not to worry and he would take care of everything. Ray showed up very shortly after and fixed my tire and got me back on the road in no time. I can t tell you enough what a wonderful, honest and dependable company I found and will forever be grateful for the amazing service and experience you provided me today!! If you need service call A1 and they ll get the job done!!

So on a rainy day my wife locked herself out of her car at work. These guys came within 30 mins as they said they would on the call. Professional. Efficient and not a scratch on the car after opening it for her. Then my wife lost her receipt. And the office was kind enough to send me a new copy to use with our insurance. Great guys. This location stole our car and then had us pay for picking it up. We provided the receipt to show we paid for parking. They admitted they were wrong but still held our car until we paid them 218.00!!! I don't know how they sleep at night! This was a rip off. This was absolutely my worst experience for my 1st time in Chicago..I say choose another location. They do not care...They actually cover their face when dealing with u and have u get your own car after the transaction which says alot..... Why cover your face if you are legit?? My recommendation is to find another location. We had to get back to our hotel so we made the payment but filed a complaint with the cops who told us it was a civil case. We will see where it leads but this place is not it!!!I had to click 1 star to post but I give0 stars for this location

Excellent Service! Bosco helped me today by towing my car to be serviced. He called me with timing for arrival and was on time! Bosco put the car on the flatbed and drove it to the dealer for drop off! I highly recommend A1 Gold Coast Towing Chicago for their dependability and service!!!

The guy was so nice and empathetic. He made the whole process very easy which made me feel a lot better after my car acted up on a snowy day without warnings on Lake cook road, Wheeling.I would recommend him over and over again.

I went through a very shocking experience this past week after someone ran over my motorcycle and took off. I called several towing companies in the Chicago area, some of which never responded to my inquiries. A few others answered my phone call but demonstrated very little empathy for my situation. Then I called A1 Towing. The owner Bill answered the phone and offered the best rate that I had come across. Bill gave me his cell phone number so that I could communicate with him directly to schedule the tow. Bill was the one who came out to perform the actual work. He was careful, patient, and extremely pleasant. He really put me at ease. Bill himself towed my motorcycle almost 40 miles away, and when he arrived at the destination, he sent me a text message with a picture of my motorcycle sitting in the repair shop. I am so grateful for A1's professionalism and customer service. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this company!

The most stress free and helpful experience I could ever imagine. The driver Ray was there to help me within 10 minutes of me calling, and he could not have been more kind and helpful while charging me half of what I expected to pay AND giving me a ride home! This is a fantastic towing company! I was in Chicago for the weekend and had the displeasure of a pot hole literally sheering off my tire on a Lamborghini. From for my first Contact with Vasili, was very kind and professional. He assured me they deal with many high end vehicles and this would not be a issue. They sent me out a basically Brand new tow truck to my location in 15min! David the driver was a fantastic guy, very knowledgeable and polite. I offerd to help load the vehicle. He was patient and very carful. If you are looking for a flawless tow and great operators to work with, this is the place to go! They will be my go to from here forward in Chicago! Bill was really helpful and nice. My car wasn t going into neutral and he was very positive and reassuring that he would find a way to get my car up and to the shop. He was also very personal and just a great guy to chat with on the ride. My car had broken down on the highway so it was a stressful situation but Bill s positive attitude helped to calm me down. Highly recommended!

The person I worked with was nice and I felt the price was fair, but there's just really no getting around being an hour late for a scheduled time. Very nice and friendly. I called for a tire change service & Bill showed. He ran into a couple problems while removing the flat but he persisted to remove the tire so I wouldn t have to get a tow to the tire shop. Which my wallet appreciated! He also called ahead with eta.
