I would highly recommend this business. They were courteous and very professional with handling my vehicle and dealing with my Insurance.If your vehicle is a Toyota vehicle and your insurance are suggesting their own dont call up A-CARRs and have your insurance go with them.In total I waited about 8days to get my car back. They did a fantastic job on my car.

Referred by my brother spoke with Max and Zach the drop off was easy Zach kept me up dated on what was going on with my Lexus truck. Had my truck back with in a week. Thanks for the awesome work

The folks at A-CARR did a fantastic job. They had a humongous task ahead of them fixing my car. Max went above and beyond. He helped me navigate a major car crash with helpful tips about how to proceed. They did about $20,000 worth of repair on my car and it looks fantastic. In fact, there was a slight issue after it being picked up and they addressed it no questions asked. Unfortunately, I was need in of repair one week after I picked the car up (my bad luck) and they helped out ASAP. They will be my go-to for any car repairs in the future!

My car got stolen and damaged. Insurance recommended them and I couldn t be happier! My car came back in a better state than before it was stolen and I was very satisfied with the repairs

My car was in an accident and when I picked it up it was so perfect it was nearly unrecognizable. Also steered smoother than ever. Also got my car back in a very reasonable amount of time.

Great experience! Max was professional, diligent, and timely. He did amazing work and even touched up prior dents that I had (at no cost). I would definitely go back, and he's my first call in Chicago.

Fantastic experience all-around. Had a vehicle severely damaged while parked, rendering it undrivable. A-CARR's was one of the few shops in Chicago that would take a tow-in, and they did a spectacular job with the vehicle. Despite $16k in damage, the vehicle looks like new, and their communication throughout the process was great. Although I hope I'll never need their services again, they'll definitely be the first ones I call if I never need an autobody repair. I have taken both of my cars to get fixed here. They do an excellent job and I got my cars back in much better shape than they were in before the accident!!!! The people are so nice. Never going back there again!!I will start by saying they re talking very disrespectfully!I was trying to fix my car through insurance and even though i asked repeatedly they fix my mechanical issues (from the accident) as well they only fixed my body issues.From being met with the reply we ve been doing this for a while we know what we re doing, stop telling us what to do and then picking up my car still with the wheel messed up and with missing parts, when asked about it they told me to better take it to your pesonal mechanic .I would also add that even though i had to wait about 2 weeks for an appointment and then they told me the work was supposed to be done in about a week it took them 3 weeks to give it back NOT repaired.In conclusion, if you want to wait a lot and not getting your car done this is the perfect place for it!Ps: they didn t even bother to give it a quick wash before giving it back. It looked dirtier than when i left it there.

I followed my gut and went with them based on how they responded to each of the comments here. They seemed honest and straight-forward. And they were!Bob was my point-person and he answered all my questions. I was emailing him quite a lot and he took the time to answer them thoroughly. If not for an incorrect part that was ordered by insurance, I would've gotten my car as scheduled. I have had several dealings with A-Carr s Auto Body, particularly with Max. He explains everything. He is honest! Truly the best I have ever had for repairing my car. And above all the work is perfect. It is done on time. He gives an honest quote. I highly recommend them!

Super efficient body shop and easy to work with dealing with insurance, etc, especially as we use Metromile, which is a startup tech-based insurance company that doesn t have a good reputation in customer service, but the process went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately when I was out in St. Charles for a concert at Arcada theatre, someone sideswiped my left rear fender. I love my candy apple red Lexus and was very mad. The good news is that Max ( the owner) and his crew took excellent care of me. They were able to fix the dents and scratches and match the paint. It is not an easy color to match but It looks better than brand new! I will refer everyone I know who needs body work. This company is outstanding - owner on down, everyone is happy, engaging and helpful. Fit me in and got me out the door when others said they couldn t take it until the end of July.Car looks fantastic. Worked with me to fix things that needed to be matched up because of the type of accident. To me they define customer service! Thank you Max!!!

I took my Toyota Camry to the shop a few weeks back for a minor scratch on the front side of the vehicle. I went to another shop in the area, and they quoted me of over $700. I went to this shop and they were able to quickly assess the situation, and provide a buffering solution free of charge! I greatly appreciate the care and honestly of the people here and would recommend taking your vehicles here for any repair!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent experience at A-Carr's Auto Body after purchasing new 2024 Honda CR-V. Two weeks after purchase and parked as far away as possible, another car opened their door scratching mine. Stopped in and spoke with Zachary Shultze Production Mgr/CSR. Zachary viewed the car and explained the options available. I returned the following day and A-Carr promptly repaired the damage and I walked out a happy man.I have been to one other body shop with a previous car but after viewing the Honda recommendations I discovered this company is certified with major car manufacturers such as Honda, Toyota, Subaru, and more. Glad I took the effort to try another business located a bit farther away. Easy to find and was able to park temporarily while meeting with Zachary.I don't make recommendations but am quite pleased and appreciate the kind & efficient treatment by the folks at A-Carr. Communication with body shop was excellent and they did a quality job with the repairs. While it did take longer than anticipated, they were forthcoming with the situation and we quickly resolved an issue with the insurance. Above and beyond exceptional service and quality! Max and the family at this particular shop are amazing and down to earth. I can't thank them enough for helping me out in a very stressful time of life. Not only did my husband scrape the side of our car in our narrow parking spot, I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy now adding fixing the car to my to do list. They were so understanding and helped us out when we needed it the most. I was supposed to pick up the car when I was in the hospital and delivered our daughter but they held onto our car for an extra week and even put in some extra work for cheap. We are forever grateful and will recommend them in the future to any friends, colleagues and family in need of service in our area. This shop is great! I've used them a few times for different services, and every time, it's been great. Most recently, I had some small chips in my paint and was worried about rusting. I drove over without an appointment and they touched up the areas on-the-spot! Such a relief since I rely on my car so much. Will definitely go back for future services.Service: Painting

A-CARR s CARSTAR hands down has the best customer service I have ever encountered. I was in a very stressful situation with a short window to get my car fixed, and they finished all the work an entire week earlier than the expected date. They completely handled talking to my insurance company, and gave me updates on the status of my car the entire time. The pricing was extremely fair and they did a fantastic job repairing all the damage. You cannot go wrong with them!Service: Body & Trim

This is my second time at A-Carr's Carstar and each time I'm more impressed. The team is very welcoming and willing to work with whatever problem you have. The took my car after an accident and dealt with everything from insurance to even getting their glass guys to come in and fix my windshield. Everyone there was extremely helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure that getting the body damage on my car fixed was as painless as possible. Max was extremely informative and always got back to me quickly! Originally I thought that it took them longer to fix everything than the original quote, but it turned out that the final part that was not going to be delivered for another couple of months was received early and they got to work on it. They were even kind enough to direct traffic a little so that I could leave with my re-beautified car without ending up right back in the shop.
