Don t use this company at all. After experiencing a fire that could ve potentially been life threatening to my entire family, I asked the owner for a breakdown of the job and why it was so expensive. She refused to send this to me at first but ended up sending it after a negative exchange via text messages. She was very unprofessional and nasty saying that they would come out and take the board off and then put a lien on my house. All I asked for was a breakdown of the cost and got much more than I deserved as a paying customer. I also informed her that we had more work to be done and that they wouldn t be doing any of it. I was an estimator for a glass and mirror company and we never treated people with such disrespect and bad customer service. It was disheartening to experience this after such a tragic event as a fire and having to get your family to safety while everything you worked for goes up in smoke. Her last comment to me was, you re just having a bad day and I don t have time to argue over pennies, that was the most disrespectful comment I ve ever heard. Of course I m having a bad day, my bathroom just burned up, but you absolutely have no empathy or heart for helping people. This company is Just about making the money at whatever cost. She also told to be blessed and she will pray for me after the harsh words, how nice of you, NOT!!!!!! I told her that I would like to speak to the owner, she replied, I am the owner Lol I have the entire conversation saved for my receipt.

They contacted me to contract me a job but refused a contract "we dont have anyone to meet and sign a contract so we need you to just do it" and continuesly asked me to keep driving to the job to rebid the job. Then said they own the building but it is not registered to their name.

Updated review January 2024 -Unfortunately for me I had another instance where I needed a boardup service. I called at about 5AM on a Saturday and someone was on site within about an hour which I for one appreciate. Again would rate another 5 stars overall. Technician on site was respectful, professional, and efficient. Thanks again.I was fortunate to find Buzy Bee as an alternative to another boardup service I have used in the past. I was very impressed with the dispatch process and the response time. The tech did a very nice job removing the shattered glass and creating a nice temp boardup. Typically the service crews have a shopvac but this particular truck didn't have one so I ended up cleaning up more glass than usual. Overall still a very positive experience. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need a boardup service.

Wow. In a time of crisis, I couldn't have been happier. Someone threw a brick threw the glass doors of our child care center during the day - while the children were there. We needed immediate response and Buzy Bee gave it. I called (a person answered the phone!) and they said they would be there within the hour. They came even faster.They also helped with sourcing the exact replacement glass we needed. I thought I knew what I needed - but they actually knew better. They are the experts. I'm keeping this number in my cell phone, although I hope I never have to use it again! I was pleased with the pricing, too. I don't feel they took advantage of our situation at all. It seemed very reasonably priced. They were very responsive on the follow up with invoicing, too.Highly recommend!

They did a job for us and hired outside United Glass. United Glass is claiming they never got paid for the job! They have sent small claims court docs to our company even though we paid buzy bee

Someone threw a cinder block through my living room window at 2 am. I called Buzy Bee and they had someone out to board my window up within an hour. It was pouring out and the worker spent time cutting wood and making sure the fit was right for my window. He was professional, courteous and did a very good job. I called to ask if they could replace the window which is not a typical size and they will have it done within three days.

Try saying the following.....when the going gets tough these guys are right there!.They are honest and dependable and competitive in their pricing. The employee that helped me out stayed on site and was 1000% trustworthy. He even noticed some things I had missed. Omar was a great tradesman and Steve was super professional handling (I'm guessing) the office & dispatch. They're in my A-list rolodex for any future needs!!!!!Just GREAT!

We had an emergency need due to vandalism. The team came out and helped us out overnight -- we had our window replaced and taken care of within a week. Told us they couldn t fix our window because it was damaged around the frame which they were the only ones that could ve damaged the frame when they came to take the old window out. Waited a week to tell us that they couldn t do it. When the tech came out he preached about how he didn t believe in COVID and made creepy comments to my fianc�e. Don t use them.

Busy bee boarded our door in the middle of the night. Tech was fast and helpful. They also swept up the glass. Great service.

This was for a business. I called and received professional and caring customer service from Vicki. They arrived sooner than I was told and the gentleman was also professional and courteous. GREAT JOB! Thank you!
