I just want to say how well and reasonable this business is. The customer service I received was 10 out of 10! Very friendly, very thorough, and very organized. I had to get my steering column replaced after someone tried to steal my Hyundai Sonata. They repaired my car and it was ready the next day and they even washed and detailed my car when I picked it up. I will continue to do business here. Loved it!

Got work done on my vehicle they fixed the quarter panel,both doors on the passenger side also matched the color real good and it was done in a timely manner!

A&R Auto Rebuilder I like going there having my car served on the staff is very friendly easy to get along with and Frank himself works with you and explain in details about the parts you need for your car they did a good job on my car when someone hit me in the back I will highly recommend them to someone else

I'll drop my car off at this place November the 14th of 2023 got it back January the 14th of 2023 The Body Shop work external was excellent but internal the the Eye camera light was on the check you engine light was on and the gas gauge was not working in the heating was not working correctly on my car was messed up badly there was no heat working this is a 2020 Subaru purchase new had to end up trading my car in after 1 month. Body shop work with me even though they kept giving me the runaround I didn't have a car for Thanksgiving- Christmas -or New Years this was ridiculous. I never had these problems before the accident.If your business isn't able to give complete repairs and the electrical work in the sensors that goes on with these new amount of cars you should have just told me to take it to another body shop.

Though I had to wait 3 weeks for a time to get in, it was absolutely worth it! They fixed my back bumper from an accident and worked all through the insurance. They also allowed me to pick up my car on a Saturday. The women who worked up front and answered the phones were always so nice and polite. When I picked up my car during the snow storm it was clean inside and out with a full detail! However when I arrived home, I noticed a dent and scratches in my front door. I quickly called them to ask about it and the women gave me her personal number to send over pictures. She told me she would have her manager check it out from their before photos they took. She promptly called me back and apologized on behalf of the owner and told me to bring back my car anytime that week so they could repair it. I did, and upon picking up my car the second time I was greeted by the owner who apologized and had a full detail on the car again. Not only did they own up to their mistake and fix it, but they were always so polite and attentive any time I called to check in. Great team and a great repair!

I wanted to give these people a higher rating because they are some nice people, well at least the ones I encountered. But due to their poor quality in their work I will not be supporting this business. I had to come multiple times to point out flaws in their work, and certain damages they did not want to acknowledge. After a month of going back and forth, they got my car right . Nevertheless, they did fix the problems I found (maybe more are to be found?), but get it done right the first time and stop wasting customers valuable time. My paint is already chipping after following instructions they gave me to preserve the fresh paint by the way. Sad to say but needs to be said.

Wonderful people polite and knowledgeable staff kind and accommodating as well I had a knee injury and could not retrieve personal items from my damaged vehicle the gentleman not only escorting me to make sure I was safe and collecting those items but also carried the full contents which was no small thing to the trunk of my rental I offered him $25 out of respect and kindness and he politely refused saying that it was his job and it was a pleasure to help me I was floored I'm very touched after suffering such a big loss at least I know I ended up somewhere with a beautiful service and very professional people. The service with six stars.

I love this place, very helpful and professional. I always go to this place any time my vehicle needs to be repaired. I love this place because of many things but most important because I know I can trust them. It is very hard to find a reliable vehicle repair shop. The customer service is amazing and they actually repair what needs to be repaired, no hidden fees ever! They are very thorough and transparent when giving you an estimate and will always consult you before repairs!

They did a bad job on my wife s car. The work was sloppy. The window is making a noise and the paint job is terrible. Rust spots on a fresh paint job and clear coat, and smudges among so many other things. This will be the second time having to call out the sloppy work and have them fix it. They have been a nightmare for my wife!

A&R did an amazing job on my VW after I was rear ended. I was even able to still have the car dealer certified after an inspection because of their awesome work on my car. So grateful that honest reliable professionals still take care of their customers.

Terrible place to take your car to. If I could rate it a zero I would. This place is a scam and they will rip you off please be aware. They did a terrible job on my car.

Money hungry...before they even look at your car they want you to pay them.my time is valuable to me to forget about it!!! Find a nother shop.
