Horrible service! They took almost 2 months to fix the body work on my car. The owner yelled at me for calling and checking on the car. Unprofessional and irate when requesting info for the vehicle in service. Would not request this place to my worst enemy. Go Calliber Collision or somewhere professional.

The guy is a crook. Said it would be 3-4 weeks turns into over 2 months. Then adds a bunch off fees. Had to pay over 2x my deductable for b.s. fees he added. He will lie right to your face. Doesn't even use OEM parts. Never take your car here. Can't even put trim on the right way. Next day on highway light comes on. When pressing break cat pulls left and shakes on right tired (damaged area)

I needed to have the rear bumper replaced on my 2009 Honda Accord Coupe. About 3 months prior to Derek doing the body work, I had failed to repair my rear brakes, and rusty rotor particles had dulled the paint on my trunk. Not only did Derek install a new bumper in record time, but his crew buffed out the rear deck for a small fee and got my car looking like it had just come from the showroom.Expert craftsmanship, reasonable rates , and in a timely manner. Fantastic!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My partner's uncle is dealing with this place because this is where the insurance company took the vehicle after it got stolen and recovered. The deductible was paid the same day the tow truck took the car, and when we called three weeks later (today) to check the status, the owner of this place, in a very condescending voice goes and said that he would not work on the car, or order any parts until they receive the check from the insurance. The insurance already approved his estimate, so he is delaying the process. Now I have to wait another two weeks if not more, to get the car back. That will be about two months.

A&D Motors was GOD sent. There is not much worse than being in an accident in your primary vehicle. After my accident A&D Motors took my car immediately, was prompt with dealing with the insurance company, while keeping me informed every step of the way. When I received my car it was not only fixed but it was cleaned inside and out. This company displays great customer service to their customers during a very stressful time.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Completely fixed my car after being destroyed in an accident. Keen attention to detail. Always professional. Called and provided updates along the way. Given the extensive amount of work that had to be completed he completed the work in under 2 weeks during the holiday. This business is a rip off, reporting it to the Better Business Bureau !!!! The owner Andrew Staniszewski is fine doesn't speak a a lot of English. The son Derek Staniszewski is an alcoholic angry employee. The son Derek is unprofessional and is always trying to rip you off. He will promise anything from being able to fix any car or being able to get financing for a used or new car sold at his dealership. They have no Business License due to poor business practices and poor managementSTAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NO STARS FOR ME!!!!!

I brought my car to A and D after it was keyed on the rear passenger door and the trunk. The damage was pretty serious and I was afraid that it would always be noticeable. I was thrilled when Derek got done painting it. Now my car is beautiful again. I am so grateful I was introduced to Derek. He was very accommodating and professional He kept me up to date on the progress. He seems to take pride in his skills and his business. Highly recommended.

The owner was absolutely amazing. I got in a bad wreck and my insurance recommended them and it was nothing but a great experience . When I left the shop I felt confident my car was in great hands. When I picked up my car the owner stayed after closing waiting because I had worked a little far! My car looked good as new when I picked it up. Thanks again for making a bad day a little better.

Awful service . The owner told me my car will be done between 7 -10 days . He never call . I was the one who call him every week to ask him about my car . He kept my car more than 3 weeks . I noticed that the mileage was much higher than before . Someone used control cruising to drive my car .I guess someone might rent my car from him to go other states . I went there today to check out this place. I could not believe how nice the owner Derek is. He was so accommodating. I checked out some cars he had for sale they were all clean, freshly detailed, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. His repairs are guaranteed, his office was neat he had people waiting in line he made everyone feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place for repairs or any car buying. And to crystal lacorra....you sound like you wanted way more than you deserved. Also, if you had to wait for your car to be repaired the right way, so be it. And...didnt you go thru an insurance company? Derek didn't even have to deal with you, and he did. He works for the company, not you. Your concerns, if they were should have been with the insurance company! Also, why didnt you put this on Yelp so they could respond? Even your comments here were overtly rude. Had excellent service by Derek and his team. Definitely a stand-up guy with great quality work. His bumper fix and touch up was definitely of mainstream shop quality. Would definitely go back for any other dings, scratches or fixes.

I came to their shop for an estimated price on an accident I was involved with unique insurance customer , however two weeks later I was ask by unique to do some paperwork related to the accident and one of the questions was about the estimate price on repair , since I had the phone _# from A&D imports I called them to ask that question and the person was unprofessional and claim led I called him on his day off .Whether you are the owner or not professionalism is required on all times without complaining .Thanks

Horrible experience !!!!!!I would not even give it one star.Had a appointment for a estimate. Called the shop to let them know I am on my way.It was pouring rain so as I pulled up to the garage door and called the shop to let them know I have arrived. The lady on the phone stated someone would be there shortly.I seen an individual look out the garage window and then disappear.Ten minutes went by with no help.The same I individual finally came out went right past my car completely ignoring my presents.I got out of the car to communicate with him.He then very angrily and unprofessionally told me he is not there to babysit me and that I needed to go to the office.I got back in my car and left the facility.Please beware this individual was very unprofessional and unbelievably rude.I would never consider taking my vehicle there for any kind of work.I hope this review will help you with your decision.

They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! i wouldn't even give them a star if it wasn't mandatory. The guy who answered the phone can barely speak English, then he gets mad at me for not understanding him. He didn't answer my questions. He ended up hanging up on me. The only thing I needed was their assessor to look at my car for the insurance company.

WORST SERVICE EVER.!!!!!! They kill my car , they not replace parts whats I order and they instal old parts and charge like for new one. No warranty, no responsibility for anything,. Stay AWAY from this pseudo service. One star is to much for this BS garage.

GARBAGE DEALERSHIP, SELLING SALVAGED RUST BUCKETS FOR HIGH MONEY. OWNER HAVE IS RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE .
