They didn't have the tire size I needed so I asked if I could put my own spare donut tire on with MY OWN TOOLS so I could make it to another tire shop and they tried to charge me $20. They told me I had to change it on the street. I'll never return.

If you're a woman who doesn't know cars stay away from this place. They will overcharge you. Just tried to have my wipers fixed and was told after they checked it would cost $500 which seemed excessive. Went to another shop with my boyfriend and the work was done for $160!!!

Rudy helped me with inspecting my car today. He was very thorough and fast. I think I finally found a place for me. I asked many uber drivers where they go to for car repair. This place most frequently came up.

Got a flat and needed a repair asap. I m not from Chicago, but this place popped up on google. Pulled in, they patched up my tire and sent me on my way quickly for 30 bucks. Called this morning to make sure they had the tire in stock that I needed replaced. I was assured they did and that they would have time to swap it out for me. Upon arrival several hours later, they immediately went to work, grabbed the tire, changed it, filled the rest of my tires with air, charged an EXTREMELY reasonable price, and I was on my way. Will definitely go back if/when I need more done.Service: Tires

I had a screw in my tire. Got there around 9am for a plug and was in and out in about 10mins. They were very efficient and a great price.Update: The same day I drove >500 miles and a week later >500 miles again. Tire still looks great. I highly recommend them.

This auto repair shop is awesome!Located on the south side it was conveniently placed for me!When I called they were very flexible for my schedule. As we drove into the parking lot, I was a little skeptical because it looks like a true car junk yard, but I was so pleased and impressed with the service!They called me at each step of the way to tell me what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and if I wanted to proceed. They test drove it for me to make sure all was well.The price was very reasonable and even though they prefer cash and usually charge a fee for credit, they waived it for me because I was a new customer!I definitely plan to return there in the future for their wonderful customer service and attention to detail!!!

Great service the guys and gals that work there are very honest with you and will show you what's wrong. And if they think there's a better fix for a little bit more or the same price. Oh , and did I mention their work is great? I had a 2009 Nissan Murano 3.7l engine replaced. And they did it for under whatever the other shops was charging. 10 out of 10 will go again.

This IS the shop for your car repairs!!!! Knowledgeable, PROFESSIONAL, and skilled in a multitude of services. I called Carl (manager) the day before and explained my car issue, he squeezed me in for the next morning. That morning I got down to my car (which had a dead battery) and accidentally locked my key in the ignition (ANOTHER PROBLEM) and couldn't retrieve them with my extra fob due to everything being electrical (my battery was dead) . I called Carl and he was able to offer me their tow services for a very reasonable price and the driver had all the tools to safely enter my car and retrieve the keys without damage. I came into the shop for one serpentine replacement and found out an additional water pump belt was needed. Carl/mechanic(s) called all over to find the second belt and sure enough they did (even went to pick up the parts themselves). While I waited I was offered complimentary water/coffee and even handed the remote to the television to watch Netflix while I waited...did I mention how clean the office and bathrooms are!!!! After 4 months of being unable to drive due to snow/cold weather, a dead battery, no belts, and unreliable mobile mechanics I was back rolling. I'm now back here to get my engine serviced, since my first visit my check engine light has come on (the issue has nothing to do with the shop and they are NOT at fault its simply my car thinking I'm suppose to spend money on her everytime I get paid...lol). I'm here sitting confident that they'll get to the root of the issue. I've found my new mechanic(s) on the SOUTHSIDE of Chicago. Definitely give them a call for repairs/maintenance. Great service. Mechanic listen to to the reason for the visit. 3G Azusra's tell you if they can take the job, and give you and estimate time for the repair. Looks exactly. like what it is an auto repair shop, nothing fancy!

Had a brake caliper fail and went to 3g. They asked me to get the parts and they would do the labor. I went back the next morning with parts and they installed new caliper and 2 rotors in that same morning. Inexpensive, good work and quickly done. They charge 3% for credit cards but they take quick pay for free so no big deal. I have also had my tire plugged here in the past and it was fast and inexpensive.Service: Brakes

GREAT customer service! From management and they ALWAYS do GREAT work! I bring both of my cars here to Carl everytime I need service. I highly recommend this shop because what ever you need done to your vehicle it will be done correctly and in a timely fashion.

I've been coming to this shop since the spring of 2019 and they do great work at great prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I talk with Carl every time I need something done and he's very honest and he'll let me know if I need the work or not and this is the shop I will continue to come to for all of my car needs.

Got a tire replaced here with a good quality used tire for a good price. It's a nice place with quick and friendly service. They told me about a couple small issues (no pressure) and quoted me reasonable prices, so I might be back!

This is my second time as a customer, Azuara auto repair does amazing repair work. I had control arms repaired a few months ago they did a fantastic job. Today had my axel repaired before it gave me major problems. I found my auto repair shop Azuara auto repair 5 stars from me.

I came in and not only did they give me a deal on the used tire and rim that I needed but gave me a discount on the next one. If there is a place to get used tires and you need work done on your car this is the place call them and ask for Carl.Service: TiresService: Tires

Not bad place to go for basic need. I was there to have some rotors replaced. They where quick! and I haven had a problem with them yet. Getting in wad a little weird and they need batter signage.
