Called for roadside assistance. They had my tire. It was an emergency I was trying to get to work. I talked to David. He was great! Great customer service. They were done quickly and I was headed to work. They have me a great price

Absolutely AMAZING! Dave and his team are professional, kind and honest. The prices are amazing & they are very fast! I was down south visiting and ran into an issue with one of my tires.I will forever recommend this shop & if you re from the Northside like me, it s definitely worth the trip, I know I ll be making it when I need new tires again.All-in-all, 24 Hour Tires was a lifesaver and I was able to breathe a sigh of relief.Thanks again guys! Where do I begin?Right off the bat they were awesome. I called in to check if they had our tire size, the owner answered and greeted us warmly and confirmed they indeed had the tire size we needed.When we went in, one of the workers motioned us in and gave us a smile and thumbs up. We felt welcomed right away.They were very quick & we even decided to change our other front tire given how efficient and affordable they are.I will be recommending them to all my customers and family, and I for sure will be back for all my tire needs.

My tire was punctured by a piece of metal and I went here to replace it. Rather than replace it as I requested David offered to exam it first to see if it could be patched to save the tire. It took about 10-15 minutes to repair. So glad to have found this place. Very reasonable and honest. Would definitely recommend.

Called ahead to see if they had my tire size in stock. Owner mentioned he would call me back and not even a minute later I received a callback! (GREEN flag). Heavy checked the tire to see if he was able to save it before letting us know there were two nails in the tire. Tire was changed within twenty minutes. Workers were very professional! 10/10 recommend!! If I didn t live five hours away I would definitely come back!

They are truly amazing. I m headed into work coming from Indiana traveling all the way to Northlake Illinois and get a blowout on Expressway. Don t know the area don t know where I m at google this place. They are truly 24 hours. They came out here they took my tire off. They took my tire back to the shop got my tire fixed and then came back and brought my tires to me. The prices fair everybody was amazing great customer service. This is the place you want to deal with, if I can give more than five stars, I would I am very grateful

Customer service was phenomenal! Had a flat tire, brought it in expecting to get a used tire and left with a brand new one. Price was more than fair! Watched other customers be serviced fairly quickly too. Definitely come here for tire needs!

I recently visited 24 Hours Tires for a tire service, and I must say they provided excellent service. Despite the dropping temperatures, the staff took their time to replace a stem on a car with a special rim. The person assisting me was very knowledgeable and professional. It's clear that safety is a top priority for this business. I'm impressed with their service and will definitely choose them for any future tire needs. Highly recommended!

This place is great. I woke up to a flat tire on new years eve!!! It was hell calling around to try and find both a tow truck and a tire place but they were here, open, and responsive. They assured me they had the tires I needed and that they did. They assessed my situation and gave me the option to patch but recommended replacement because of the condition of the tire. I already knew it had been patched prior and required a total change. They were nice, honest, and affordable. I recommend them to all.

I needed Dave at 4:30 am. Doesn t matter what time, just call or stop in. If you don t hear a response just call right back or blow the horn, even better. Someone will come to assist with excellent service and work, super affordable prices, and will work with you if money low. No other shop will negotiate but this one, and 24/7, can t beat it. For show

I had to come and post about my experience on how Dave made things right. I came Saturday and had a hard experience, as it was a Domino effect as Dave and his team struggled with the weather and other factors. I left and things weren t on point, but Dave made sure he reached out to me and made it more than right. Over those days I discovered that Dave is a hard working man, dedicated to his business, and is not in the nature of bad business. It all love!!

Was driving cross country, go figure tire blows at 730pm after all the tires shops are closed. Called this place, had my tire size and got me back on the road in like 20 minutes. If my tire ever blows again, I hope its near this place. 5 star

Superior customer service. I called the shop no one answered however, because of their voice mail I still went in.Received bomb customer service and a few hours later they returned my missed call.Ask for JujuHe knows what he s doing.

Best tire shop ever! Those guys helped me when I was helpless and powerless! I was stranded and called everyone, every 24 hour shop listed and nobody answered but these guys. And it's a wonderful setting great atmosphere!Thanks Dave and team!

Awesome experience, needed a tire repair at 10:30pm. Called and someone actually answered the phone and told me to come on in. Well lit, easy to find, great customer service and unbeatable pricing. I would recommend to everyone.

Needed a rim after I cracked mine in the middle of the night on a road trip. Found this shop. Very friendly and helpful. He got me back on the road in no time so I could finish out the last thousand miles of my drive.
