Went there because of the reviews and never again will return.. took my truck to get fixed for an oil leak charged me 1900$ after picking it up I realized it was still leaking oil worse than the first time to it back to get checked to be told it s another issue and it s going to cost more money after spending almost 2 grand to get it fixed and check engine light can on 2 days after I will never go back they did a horrible job did not fix the problem and are in it for the money now I m out my money and the issue is worse

Highly recommend these guys if you have any issues with a diesel vehicle. We have brought 2 units in for repairs and every time they are knowledgeable, provide options, and work with us to choose the best option for us. Will continue to do business with them for sure.

Have gotten my 2023 Mercedes sprinter service here multiple times and they have Took care of me fast and did a great job. Never have to worry about my lights being reset my oil levels correct or not On my diesel sprinter. If you have a diesel sprinter, you know how sensitive the oil levels can be to trigger lights on the dash. Filters always change. Very happy with these guys

My cars have been serviced by Nick & Ameen the owners of 1st Class Auto since I move to the Clearing neighborhood in 2008. I have always felt comfortable with the work done and the suggestions on what was needed to be done to keep my vehicles running for years to come. My current 2013 Lincoln MKX had some serious issues. They worked to get it all done and back sooner then expected.

Do not i repeat do not go to this shop pay the con artist and his father to put in water pump on my sprinter go a block after paying all type of problems that i didnt have before bring it back they lie say its the customer fault take it to another shop they point out its the water pump take it back to the con artist now cant stay with vehicle kick me off their premises just to get call back now they damage something else out of pure spite i would be filing a police report for damage property paid $750 for them to be mad at me for not fixing my vehicle right and damage other things when u bring it back stay with ur vehicle or dont trust this father and son lying shop unprofessional dont stand by there work fraud shop the good reviews have to be a hoax create by family and friends to get people there because they do not know there work dont even check their work after finishing BBB will be open up investigation into this shop that is robbing the public

Fantastic fast and honest car repair shop. They were friendly and helpful. Came in for something that didn't need to be replaced. Ended up getting a tune-up and oil change. Excellent service

Very happy with the service I have received. The work completed was also done in a very timely manner. I used to take my car to a different mechanic in the neighborhood for years but their customer service and prices became unreasonable. Nick and his son are very personable and and seem to care about working with their customers so that they will leave happy. They are also extremely knowledgeable with all sorts of car and truck repair. Very good work at fair prices. First time going to this business. My friend recommended him as I m going to do for you ! Ameen is nice and reasonable priced . He arranged pickup for me and towing because I was stranded and far away . The service was fast and a good price . Gave me good advice too ! I m not very auto savvy! Lol . I recently purchased a used vehicle and wanted a full inspection done to make sure I was safe driving it. The first mechanic I took it to was trying to charge me over $4000 in repairs that just didn't make sense at all. One of my friends recommended me to first class auto. I am very happy I got a second opinion. Ameen and his father were brutally honest on what needs to be done as soon as possible and what could wait. They made sure I understood everything that was needed and why. I have never met such an honest mechanic. My car has never had any issues once I had the work completed. Nick and his kids are probably the most honest mechanics you could fine nowadays. Very knowledgeable and will not give you the runaround, however please be prepared to hear the truth of what your vehicle needs. First off, Ameen was able to get me into his schedule on very short notice-which I am extremely grateful for, thank you again! He helped with finding parts, explaining the need for repair, and doing all the work I needed within a few hours. Had an excellent experience with 1st Class Towing and Auto Repair. They responded to my AAA request for a tow and let me keep my vehicle on their lot for a week. Honest people, great to work with. Got my brakes done by Ameen and his dad. Fantastic work done, very admirable and humble family. Definitely recommend. When they find something wrong, there's no sugar coating and they are straight to the point. They will help you out with as much as they can and give you tips on how to better maintain your vehicle. 5/5 stars. Thanks gentlemen!!!
