I ve been coming here regularly for two years to get oil changes and other small services. The guys are fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

Always awesome. Always happy helpful and explain everything. Love the early hours so I can stop on my way home from work. They mail or text you coupons, and will replace lights with no oil change quick so you don t get pulled over.

We have been taking our vehicles to the Chicago Heights Valvoline for 6 + years and never had any issues until now, I took my vehicle in on February 15 2024 for an oil change. Eventho the staff changed and their customers service is still good their quality of work and wait time went down hill, they put my oil filter on incorrectly causing my vehicle to leak oil horribly out my vehicle, I contacted them to fix the problem they caused, they told me to bring my vehicle back to them, so I did but instead of them fixing the issue they caused I was told to take my vehicle to my mechanic. I had no issues with my vehicle before I went in for an oil change now oil flowing out like a crazy. My husband and I will no longer be taking our vehicles to the Valvoline in Chicago Heights.

They helped to fix my under engine plate even though I had my original service at another Valvoline. I was very grateful. They were very kind and communicative.

Two weeks ago I took my vehicle here for an oil change and it was severely damaged at this location. The manager and staff are refusing to take responsibility for what they caused and want me to be responsible for the cost of the repairs. Because of this, I am seeking legal action against them.The manager has seen the evidence and is asking all parties involved to falsify information regarding the damages. I am very disappointed and would "LIKE" to see this location go out of business for falsifying information and refusing to pay for the damages due to their negligence!!

I had a great experience here. The employees are super courteous and they take their job very seriously. I came about 45 minutes before closing and they took my car iwith no problem. Very quick. It was pretty incredible to watch them work. Will definitely visit again!

I came here on march 1st for an oil change and come to find out they put the wrong oil and filter on my car. Due to that my car engine light has since came on and my engine is now making a very loud popping noise. Im not able to drive my vehicle anymore and the managers at this location are not trying to take responsibility. Everyone that was working on my car when i came was playing around and didnt seem like they knew what they were doing. Since nobody wants to take responsibility i will now take legal actions against this place.

Sloooooo service I spent 30 min in line and 45 min for three oil change. This giant Samoan couldn't fit his hand in the engine compartment to remove the oil filter. Shrek finally handed off the filter removal task to someone with normal sized arms and hands. Terrible service. I'm going elsewhere next time I need service.

Service was pretty slow compared to other places I've been to. They tell you that you need a bunch of service done to your car (mind you my car is quite new and I just got it checked out entirely recently by the dealer and just replaced my tires) , they then go inside your car and tell you to replace your cabin filter which was replaced by themselves a couple of months back. They open the glove box and drop everything. They recommended me I get a tire rotation while I just got NEW TIRES. It was quite irritating. Second time I came here and last time. I'm currently trying to fix my glove box because it doesn't close correctly. Do not recommend!!! Only giving one star because staff was extremely nice and friendly.

Came in for a simple oil change ,waited for about 5 minutes crew was very polite and thorough. Being impressed by the service, I let them do a radiator flush on the car.

Had a issue with the oil plug Okay Went back he gave me another quart of oil made an appointment to come get the whole thing checked again So far good service good decision-making vitamins right Further updates to come

Overall fast service. Emmanuel and Ivan were great! You stay in the car while everything is done which is convenient. All the workers seemed to enjoy working with each other which was good to see, and made everything go smooth. Prices are very reasonable. My new spot for oil changes in this area!

Vincent offered to change my cabin air filter. Been coming to this location for 6 years and this is the first time I ve been asked that. I didn t even know that service existed. He was very professional even though I was his last customer right before closing on a Friday evening. Service like Vincent s is why I keep coming back to this location. It was my first time at this place and the guys were very, and efficient.They did all the regular checks put air in my tires offered up other services that I didn t even really knew they offered. Overall experience was great. I will return it.

One of the worse experiences. I took my car in for an oil change, which took about 35 minutes for them to do. May want to change the name from instant oil change . After I left and drove on the expressway, I noticed a scraping sound under my car, but I didn t have time to take it back. The next day, I took it in, and the rep stated that it was the skip plate and he had to send a review to his supervisor. Needless to say the review got denied, and the rep had to nerve to say I can get one from the junkyard and bring it in for them to fix. But why would I bring in the part that valvoline broke. At least I was able to get an oil change, but I will not be going back to the valvoline in Chicago Heights again.

The absolute slowest oil change I have ever gotten. Very lax group of guys working. Literally waited about 1.5 hour with only 3 cars ahead of me in my lane. If you don t have time to spare go somewhere else.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Quick & easy. I got my filters changed in the spot because let's be honest, the likelihood of actually leaving to go purchase filters and then have to put them in myself wasn't gonna happen! Carpe Diem! I had a $7 off coupon and was able to use my senior discount worth $3.

Usually fairly quick. That is nice, however today I was checking the oil level in my car and noticed the engine filter latches weren t secure. If you are going to check the filters without asking, you need to have the wherewithal to be certain that it is latched correctly. Now the car has been sucking in unfiltered air for weeks. If this was left unchecked for longer than that, it would contribute to catastrophic engine damage.Edit 6/20/2022The location contacted me and said that after reviewing their cameras it was put in correctly. It wouldn t be visible from the top because the part that wasn t secured was deeper inside the engine bay. I fixed the issue myself but they wanted me to bring the car in so they could see it. If there is an issue take a picture so you have proof

They overcharged me didn t no how to take my engine cover off and never put it back on. broke my oil cap and did not top off my fluids. My car is riding rough after I got a 159$ oil change. It took the a hour to do a simple oil change I should have known. I have cameras around my car and underneath my hood and trunk so I have footage of everything and I m coming for all of them who touched my car. It took. 4 men to do a oil change. They seen the footage of the guy hitting something under the hood trying to get the engine cover off. And nothing was done at all. This is not the first time they damaged one of my cars. I shouldn t have went back I know
