This place was very professional, fast and reasonably priced. The guy worked by himself and still got the job done in a reasonable time Frame. I will recommend but get here early because he does get booked fast. I put 4 stars because he didn't put any tape on my buttons and I accidentally rolled window down it messed up some but good it has a lifetime warranty

I waited almost ten minutes for the worker to finish his phone call without him acknowledging I was there. He gave a fair price but said he could not do it until the following week.

Great price for a new windshield and install. Everyone else was way over $500. I paid $250

Best tint shop I ve ever been to. Good prices, quick and quality work done in a few hours, simple process show up when they open and select your tint. No BS about being overbooked for the whole day before they even open like many other shops do. Will recommend to friends and family

Rainbow Auto Glass provided quick, excellent, and affordable service. I gave it 4 stars because the lounge waiting area definitely needs a update and a cleaning.

This is a BAD PLACE OF BUSINESS the GUY who ASSESSES THE DAMAGE and give you the QOUTE who claims he s BEEN IN BUSINESS 26 YEARS has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LISTENING SKILLS IN THE WORLD not only that HE TRIED TO SCAM ME OUT OF $750 FOR A SUNROOF HE KNEW WAS UNDER RECALL that would have been REPAIRED FOR FREE then GOT MAD WHEN I FIGURED OUT HIS SCEME MY ADVICE DONT GO HERE to him if you have sunroof issues UNLESS YOU WANT a BELLIGERENT PERSON PROVIDING YOU SERVICES if you want to be RESPECTED and PROVIDED HONEST SEEVICE while SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THIS AINT THE PLACE TO GO Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Worst auto place I ve been to in years. First they don t have any where for you to sit. I had to sit outside for 3 hours while they worked on my car. I didn t mind when the receptionist told me it would take a hour or two after the second hour I came back into the shop to ask how much longer. She gets disrespectful saying I already told you it will be a couple more hours. They have no sympathy for their customers like we are paying for the service, the least they can do is but a bench outside the shop so we don t have to sit on the ground with insects crawling all on you. & when you ask about a time estimate be nice and respectful. My windshield got a crack on a trip back from Kentucky. Calling around like crazy to find someone that could help. The larger national companies were two or three days out before they could fix it. I brought my car to Rainbow and they fixed the car in an hour. Wow! Amazing service.

Someone recommended rainbow to me for my new car. Great prices, informative staff, quality work and quick to get r done. I m about to bring my old car here and have them remove my old tint from another shop and reinstall due to the quality of work

I was experiencing an annoying vibration/noise at high speeds coming from my windshield. I called and then stopped in to Rainbow and the owner taped the trim around my windshield and asked me to test drive. Sure enough, part of the trim needed to be re-glued. He promptly repaired the trim and didn't want any money. I insisted on paying something. I highly recommend this caring, capable business.Service: Auto windshield repair

After having my windshield replaced by Rainbow a few months ago, due to an unrelated event, it's being replaced again today, but elsewhere. During the removal process, it was discovered that the side windshield molding and clips were all broken during the first replacement by Rainbow. Instead of notifying me of this, for which I would've gladly paid the difference, Rainbow afixed the broken/ripped windshield molding using windshield glue and passed the repair off as a quality repair. Since no one is answering the phone to hear my complaint, I'm left to leaving a 1 star review. If I could give zero stars, I would.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Carlos is the best! I have been coming to Rainbow for over 8 years with my vehicles. They give you 110% customer service! Prices are great and quality work in a timely manner. I have recommended them to a number of people.

Very unorganized and wishy washy at this place. I came with my husband to get his car fixed and they told us to come back the next week when they weren t as busy. Next week comes, and they tell us the same thing.

I had a chip in my windshield that turned into a giant crack in less than a day. The first place I checked out was safelite. They wanted to charge me almost $600 to replace the window.I called rainbow, and they quoted me $300. I brought the car to rainbow, they had the window replaced within a few hours! It ended up being even less money because there was a tiny chip in the new glass. I have the option of either bringing it back for new glass at no charge, or a lifetime warrantee on the chipped piece.I will never go anywhere else for auto glass. They did a fabulous job and they're so nice and professional. The building doesn't look like much from the outside, but this is a local gem. Went to Rainbow to get a side glass replacement. After getting my vehicle back the switch no longer worked. The representative told me the switch was already damaged which it was not. The manager then yelled over the phone in an intimating manner. I will never return again. They used to have excellent service and prices.

Came in asked about window tinting. Was told they didnt have time today, to bring back car next day. I explained its an hour drive and they said be there in AM. I came in next day at 8:08 am, they told me sorry, we're booked up, we have 9 cars already. So in 8 minutes they got in 9 customers!?!

This place is wack. Called to get a estimate and received one, which was over priced after calling around. So I drove up to the location to be told that the job wouldn t be a same day, which I would think would be told to me over the phone so I would t waste my time driving there, and that if my piece doesn t work, I ll have to get one from them which made feel like they were going to falsely say that was the case to get more money from me and a free window regulator. Just the vibes and experience was horrible.

We ve been coming here for years now. I want to say there the cheapest in town compared to the bigger names. Building looks abandon and old inside but the price you pay overlooks all that. 2009 TSX needed a windshield for the past two years held out for as long as I could. Got bad this past winter to the point I have a huge X going across the windshield. Called them about a month or so ago to inquire about price. Was told 165. Should have got a name but didn t. Called again to confirm price and time it will take. Was now told 185 and 2 1/2 hours. The guy at the desk be in his own world. You can be standing there for minutes before he realizes your even there. Whatever is on that computer really has his mind gone because I dropped off my car and got all the way to work to realize my car keys was in my pocket. When I called to inform them, he said they were about to call me and ask me what I did with my keys. Like really you never even asked for them but you made sure I paid upfront. Overall inexpensive and do a great job. FYI though I guess from people getting over on them, you can only pay with a credit card or cash. No bank debit cards!

I had a 8am appointment for a Escalade and got there 7:45am before they even arrived. One the employees pulled in about 7:55 and saw me there but this dude carlos tell me I'm late and i have to wait because i was late. Bad customer service and i walked out of there and went to another auto glass and got the installed $60 cheaper! I am a very busy man and don't have time for games. They act like they the only in the area that do auto glass! I have 3 cars and i was looking to get tint on 2 of them in the next week but its there loss!

I had a broken windshield early in the morning and I got to rainbow auto glass because it was the closest shop. They replace my windshield in about an a hour; they had my windshield in stock and replace it fast. Not only they provide a great customer service, their price is lower than other auto glass shop.

I have delt with them twice in my life, the first window tinting they were quick and cheap. Great work, still looks excellent after 5 years. 2nd was a cracked windshield, not only do they have it in stock but they are the cheapest around. A+!

I have taken my vehicle back 3 times already. My windshield leaks, called Carlos, he tried to tell me it was from my moon roof! still need to take back again, He didn't put in the plastic lining correctly. will never use this place again. They need a person to just answer the phone and greettheircustomers. The one doing so now rushes you off before you can ask all your inquiries and was so very rude when I came to get a windshield replaced that I left and went to another place.
