All I can say is I have never felt 100% comfortable with a auto shop before. But F & N makes me feel 110% comfortable. There services are top notch and they keep you informed on the status of your vehicle. I was recommended to these guys from a co-worker for a motorcycle repair and let me tell you, Very professional, on point with everything he said, finished my bike on time as he said. I highly recommend this place no doubt about it. Very satisfied with there service.

Well I have been with F & N for almost 9yrs. For every car I had they have serviced my vehicles to the best! Fran and Nick are awesome! They are truly the best! I would reccomend them to anyone!! Prices are reasonable and there work is awesome! F&N Baby!!!! Have to say yeah I think we family now!!!! Lol!!Thanks Eric & Tracy Coleman!!!

I've been a customer of F&N auto since 2005 when I first moved to Steger. They work on all 3 of my cars,as well as family members and friends cars. Frank & Nick always do a great job, never try to sell you something you don't need and I've never had to bring a car back once they fixed it for being done wrong or sloppy.Frank & Nick are two honest,trustworthy and hard working guys in a sea of sharks out there screwing people over everyday for auto repairs! F & N Auto are the best auto repair shop hands down I've been dealing with them for the last nine years and the service is always Excellent their more then auto repair shop there like family and thats what keeps me coming back. Took my car in for a timing chain. Cheapest price I got from Illinois to Indiana They got it done plus did more work let me know everything that was wrong asked if i wanted it fixed and fixed it plus more any work I need done will be done by them
