Horrible customer service, the guy hang up on me 3 times for whatever reason he thought it was ok. I ll never be back to that store. 0/10 don t recommend. The store needs some better people with better customer service.

Customer service is horrible, someone there thinks it s ok to hang up on customers. Not once, not twice but 3 times. 0/10 recommend, I ll never be back there.

Worst place ever! Do not go here they are very racist and rude. I will not be spending not a penny more in this establishment and if you like to be treated with respect I suggest you go somewhere else. This lady here should NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE because she doesn't have the proper training for it.

Didn't feel comfortable felt like my skin color was an issue seriously I never throw that out there if wasn't true but would never go back idk maybe day I went they wasn't having a good day

I travel all across the country painting amusement rides , I've delt with countless automotive paint suppliers and without a doubt these people are the best ! I deal with a lot of wild colors , some we have had to come up on our own . I've never found anyone willing to work with someone to get things right ,like these folks. There always just a phone call away when I need them. You can't get any better ol school service like that anymore, not anywhere else at least.

I honestly can say one of the workers were very nice. I went here like two weeks ago for a car light bulb because my cars light bulb went out I went to the store and one of the workers working there said 3.50 I thought I was going to pay like $20 because that s what I was getting charged at auto zone. Ended up only paying 3.50. I was really shocked. Thank you!

Awesome store! Only store I found that sells Dupont paint!The guys are very knowledgeable, very nice and very helpful. They helped me for my project from A to Z. Go no farther, highly recommended!

Stopped in today and Matt gave me a lot of useful information. They have a nice parking lot and the store is nicely set up. I will definitely recommend this place for men and women who want to get the job done the right way!

Love this place. They sell automotive items for cheap and you can buy them loose or individually instead of going to one of those big box stores buying by the bulk costing you so much more money.

Went to Monarch to see if they could help find a certain color. Eric bought out a chip matching book. And help find the right color.
