My wife has been dealing with Bryan for over 15 yrs when she was a Chevrolet parts manager. Bryan is the best ma/pa auto body shop around and she's dealt with many. Bryan is honest, straightforward and does an outstanding job. Treats your vehicle like his and takes care of his customers. Here at Bryan's Auto Rebuilders, you are not just a number or another insurance job. You're like family everytime. We've dealt with Bryan on a professional level and recently a customer level. You won't be disappointed. Highly HIGHLY recommend

Bryan has been super understanding, his son Logan on the other hand is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. Ordered a front end rebuild back in July of 2020 they kept saying it was delayed, had no way of getting in contact with them once the site shut down. Finally started calling the shop in June. After weeks of speaking to Bryan and Logan never coming in to work and calling back we finally got his email. We have been emailing Logan since July 5th back and forth to no avail. He has never sent proof of sending the item but claims it was delivered (which it was not). Finally after daily emails October 8, he said he was mailing a check. Here we are two months later no check and he keeps saying he will send one certified but it never happens. Now he has gone almost a month without responding and is ignoring every email. Absolutely ridiculous. Over $700 wasted and no refund. Logan is completely argumentative and has taken no fault in his own mistakes. Bryan seems to be an honest guy with a successful business but his son is ruining it.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Ordered craddle from Logan almost 1 year ago and have receipt and texts back and forth. In beginning it was oh yeah it s shipping but refused to provide tracking info. Even went as far as offering more money since I understood metal pricing etc have gone up. He said no no it s fine. Now refuses to answer phone calls never texts back. Complete rip-off and so unprofessional of a business Do not do business with these scammersService: Steering & suspension repair

A friend recommended this place as being both affordable and doing good work. Bryan did repair work to my Corolla, and my Tacoma. They both looked great when finished. Excellent body work and paint match, not easy with metallics. Then I brought my 2009 Mustang GT to have a complete paint job. They did an awesome job on it. Looks showroom new. Great price, great work.

Bryan's does a bang-up job. Has always been reasonably priced over all the years he's been in business. He will spend the time to explain everything about the repair and does a good job of paint matching.

I bought a 2nd gen front end rebuild kit from Brian s over a year ago and they ve never sent the product. They claim ups picked it up but I have the tracking and ups never got it. Have gone back and forth with them for awhile now proving they never sent anything and they refuse to give me what I paid for. Be very careful, they are scammers.

Ordered a steering package online in July 2020. They overlooked my order which took months to get him to check in the computer to finally get him to see that. Logan is extremely rude on the phone, offers no help nor way to fix the problem. I highly recommend going elsewhere unless you like to waste money.

Ordered a steering kit from Logan back in July of 2020. It s October 2021, my order has not shipped or anything. Everytime I call he tells me the same thing everytime. It s shipping out this week it s been shipping out this week for over a year. Now he shut his website down and will not answer calls or emails. Hes a SCAMMER, DO NOT do business with this guy.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Bryans isn't as fancy as the "chain body shops" in the area, but they sure make up for it in quality work and excellent service. Took my wife's 2015 Explorer there (Jan 2017) at the suggestion of a friend and was very happy with results. I have been with Ford for 30 years and am as picky as anyone about my cars. Our plant is only about a mile away and I will be letting my friends at Ford and also my personal friends and family know Bryan is the go to guy for body and paint!

Made the short trip from Indiana to have Bryan s paint my bumper. I was so happy with how it looked and how much they charged that I brought her back to get my brakes done. Very professional and honest.

Ordered 2nd gen crossover steering back in February. Never got it and talked with them to keep me updated. On October 28 emailed him and he said I would be getting a refund and never did. All you get is a bunch of excuses.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Bryan,s auto body redid a 1966 dodge charger for me a few years back it was a lot of work but it turned on perfect. And now he is going to repair my 2006 Lincoln Mark LT.PICKUP BED .BRYAN,S DOES GREAT WORK.

Have been going here over the years. Great place because he will work with you on the repair, and be conscious of your budget. Also does excellent custom work.

Do Not buy dodge parts from these guys i placed my order Back in November 2020 it is now been 10 months they never reached out once ive called and left emails still havent heard back been trying to get a refund for a month now not able to get ahold of them
