Elizabeth was great! I saw 4 workers in the store. 1 was on their phone, and two were looking up stuff for personal reasons while 3 people waited to be helped in line. I commend Elizabeth for being so kind, helpful, and patient with the irritated customers due to other employees not helping. Great Job Elizabeth!! You get 5 stars all day!!

Great parking but the parking lot does have crater sized potholes in it. Customer service reps are friendly and helpful

This auto zone is the best!! I bought a battery and because of the location I was going elsewhere to get it installed but, the battery died. I thought I was going to have to get a tow but Frank came to my rescue and installed it for me. Thank you Frank at autozone Chicago Heights and the kind young lady that assist me as well.

Cashier was eating the whole time he helped me. Couldn t change my headlight bulb because they were understaffed as he ate and another employee roamed around the store and another was standing outside talking. Store is truly pointless.

Not sure how DiMarius has a job here. I live down the street and this was the local shop I d go to for anything I d need but not after today. He doesn t know any of the parts on the fix finder report and I had to figure out for myself what he needed to look up in his own system, from the report I received from the same autozone. He is also always aimlessly walking around without any attentiveness to the customer. Amongst the worst service I ve ever experienced.

I believe the employees initals were D. J. , I will leave his name off the site. The worst service, When I walked in I asked for help both employees look annoyed. When I asked for assistance for oil in my car the man didn't know how to help me. He constantly told me it didn't matter on the oil or filter. When I asked him if he was sure I only needed one 5qt bottle or more he repeated again it doesn't matter. I said well 5 or 8 is a big difference (I only asked this because my dad said make sure you get enough oil) he repeated himself again and went to grab a filter. Then I asked the lady and she said well I dont know what he's looking at so I dont know. He then returned and I asked of they take old oil and he said not right now, so I repeated "not right now.. then when? " he looked annoyed and said it doesn't matter leave it here I'll leave it for the morning. I'm glad I called Timothy and the Glenwood location for help. I will never return to this location. The lady or the man D. J. were little to no help.

Anyone work here...?!?!I waited over 10 minutes in line as they only had 1 person doing checkout & continued to search the computer for a part for the guy ahead of me. Okay valid, but WHY can't the other 2 get up off their tails & take care of other customers! Next time, I shop somewhere else!!

I'm proud to say this is my autozone for life! Everyone from the manager to her team members are awesome! Every time i step in the doors i am greeted and immediately serviced. I love that the gentlemen hold the doors for me every single time i been here. I'm a woman who ask a million questions and they respectfully answer every question. Fast accurate informative lifesavers! Special thanks to Joe who recently helped me!!

I usually don t do this unless I m not satisfied with the experience however I need to let you know that your manager Mario was very helpful and accommodating to me. He s an awesome guy.

If this AutoZone is in Chicago Heights off Joe Orr Road, the employees are nice, but need more knowledge about the parts that they sell. It's a lot better than the one they have on Halsted in Glenwood, the employees that work there have very little knowledge of anything that is sold at that store. I've been there twice in the last week and the employees that work there are no help at all, they don't say , hello may I help you ,when a customer walks in . They ignore the customer. I give her them a 0 * because they are no help at all.

Good service Clerk ended up putting on 1 of my wiper blades.would have been 5 stars, but 2 weird customers were ahead of me in line Maskless and without a clue!

Awesome helpful very professional. Another store said they call ahead of time to verify the store it hadn't stopped the car remote battery that we needed it stated in their system that they did have it in stock. However when we arrived at the store they did not have the battery in stock. They called another store to see if they had what we needed

Had one of the workers harrass me for leaving my car in the "Company car spot" even though I explained to him I was getting a tow. I came there to get some parts then my car ironically stops. WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN!

Replaced a wheel bearing and the staff was so helpful as well had all the tools I needed for rent. Even picked the wrong tools but the staff helped me even with my mistakes. Highly recommend this AutoZone!

Rude white store manager. Told me the don't carry 1/8 vacuum or windshield washer hoses, he didn't even look in the computer. He told me to try napa. I left and went to advance auto parts and got it.

I went to return something with a receipt and unopened merchandise and was told that I could not return it because the Auto Zone that I bought the merchandise from was not in this store's district.
