I stopped in yesterday to get new wiper blades for the vehicle and Chris went above and beyond to help me with getting them on. I ended up buying the wrong brand and after trying them He noticed we needed a different brand for my car. He kept at it until I was good to go. I really appreciate this because I didn t know where to start. I mean he took me outside and explained all that needed to be done. Chris you are Da man!

These folks are super helpful!!! Checked codes for my check engine light and even gave me a printout explaining what they meant. Of course, at no charge! Free, free, free help! Thank you Auto Zone!!!

The people in front desk super rude, they don t like people asking questions and they don t show interest on helping. Very disappointing. There use to be some guys very helpful and friendly. But not anymore

My car battery died at one of the nearby stores I came into the AutoZone seeking help the young lady at the register was very professional and attentive. She asked another employee by the name of Marshall to help me, Marshall walked over to where my car was and jumped it for me once he finished he indicated where the underlying issue was, which was a loose connection, Marshall was very resourceful and knowledgeable. He asked me to drive over to the AutoZone lot so he could grab tools to tighten it up, I did what he asked and he delivered. I can t thank him enough.

Staff is prompt to acknowledge you need assistance. I wanted an engine diagnosis without the "check engine light actually being on in the dashboard. The staff member politely explained to me what I really needed. I appreciated her patience and honesty.

Nicole was very friendly and helpful, she was wearing a mask and properly.I did not like that most of the employees did not have a mask covering their nose and one did not have a mask on at all.

Ugh, the good thing is they had what I needed. The bad was the hunt to find it. Item listed in the system but not the shelf here its listed. They had to go through every similar item there to find it mixed behind other the other items. Kinda crazy.

This particular location I disliked. It just disappoints me to see majority women working at this location. I needed a battery swap and was told that the battery had to be tested. The lady who assisted didn't know how to properly put the cables on the battery post to check battery. Two I was told that I couldn't have the replacement installed by a store rep because auto zone doesn't do that, not true However I did see someone getting their blinker lights replaced. Case in point autozone please hire more men. Sincerely Im no sexist just an old fashioned gal

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS GOING TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED A NEW BATTERY AND INSTALLATION! Went to Autozone this morning to get a battery check and a new battery installed. The employee checked the battery, and I was ready to purchase one and have it installed. He stated we do not install batteries at this time, and the store is empty. Since when is it that if you are purchasing the battery there, that they don't install?? If they don't know how to do their job, I would hope that the guys in there receive better training. No one should have to travel to different Autozone's, especially in this weather because the guys didn't know how to do their job. How inconvenient! I went to the Autozone in Richton Park, purchased the battery there, and the females installed the battery in less than 20 minutes.....easy install......THANK YOU AALIYAH AND ERICA FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Went to store forgot to wear my mask for the covid 19 situation. I was told by store supervisor Angela that I couldn't come in with out a mask so I understood. Went back to my car got the mask to go in store. When I entered the 2nd.time, to my surprise she wasn't even wearing a mask herself. Told her shockingly, "how I was told to wear a mask by a person who wasn't even wearing one!" She replied, " I don't have to!" I told her, " In Illinois you do." She replied, " not me!" As she was eating her food on the counter were customers are being attended. So I left irritated and bothered by the unprofessionalism of a person who is a store supervisor. This employee's hypocrisy, unsafely carelessness for the customers of Autozone. FYI all other coworkers & customers were wearing their masks, while she was the only one not.

A lady helped us. She was awesome! She called another store to see if they had what we needed. It stated in the system the other store had it but when we got to the other store they didnt have the car remote battery we needed

They refunded my purchase without any issues after I found my item at a competitor for nearly 30% less. They agreed to match the price, but not the warranty, which was double at the other lower priced store.

Alternator went bad, had a lifetime warranty on it. Took the old one off and returned to store for a new one. They do test the one you brought in before issuing you s new one, fast service
