Well stocked, friendly helpful staff, great place to shop. Some items may need to be special ordered though. Usually doesn't take too long to get.

Nice & clean i'm in and out,employees are friendly Pam was really helpful.Talking one on one well although there was two of us, she should be training other stores about good customer service Especially with this new breed of workers in the world.

Incredible service at this location. I was instantly greeted and assisted in all of my auto needs. Juan helped me find the proper materials for my car, and even looked through many sources to make sure I did not purchase the wrong tool for changing the oil filter on my car, since it is an odd style of oil filter. He recommended windshield wipers and explained why he preferred that kind, and then even helped me put them on since I did not know how. Fantastic friendly and helpful service! Would definitely recommend using this location for your auto parts needs.

Good parts store, I shop here often. Sometimes lack of stock for motorcycle oils but still number 1 stop!

I like the store, the prices are competitive with there competitors. Parts have usually been decent quality. My biggest complaint is that they only give discounts if you purchase online. So cash paying customers get screwed. Doesn't make sense to me.

Mr. Allan was awesome, and very knowledgeable,courteous, and very professional. I needed a car battery I arrived at approximately 6:15pm I had to make 7:00pm rehearsal, and Mr. Allan made it possible for me to make my rehearsal. THANKS TO MR. ALLAN

Each visit to Advanced Auto Parts is always quite a delight. The staff at this location is alwaya very helpful, knowledgable, willing, and happy. They always do a good job with questions, solutions and orders. Very prompt and welcoming every time. This is my favorite location so far. After using other retailers they seem to always suit my needs best.

Len was very helpful and let me make the decision as to what I wanted for my car. He showed me what was best for my car and the prices and left the decision up to me. Len was also the perfect salesman by offering the opportunity to be on their email list if I would like to be in on savings and promotions. He never pressured me on anything. S. Chicago Heights Advance Auto Parts guys are great. Thanks Len.

Covid is rampant. I asked the clerk to put his mask on twice. He never did. I was just there to pick up a prepaid part, otherwise, I would have left. I got my part and quickly left. Very poor policy...

This is my go-to place for parts in steger/so. Heights. Always helpful, veteran friendly, disability friendly. Staff is mor3 hel0ful than O'reily's across the street.

I needed windshield wipers for my 2018 madza. Very polite and respectful. They even installed them and told me about a rebate. Awesome

Don't Support this business!I went today at 9:46 and once I'd approach the entrance the only employee available start walking and hide hymself. Store is supposed to open at 9am. Very disrespectful and unprofessional
