Counter guy acted like I was asking for more than his job when I bought a $150 battery. Cause it was heavy. Then he took the battery caps because he 'needs to have those around'I wouldn't go back to this store based on that one guys attitude

The store staff went far beyond the call of duty to help me with a problem on my car on a Sunday morning. I thought I was without any recourse because there were no dealers open or nearby. An O'Reilly employee crawled under my car with me to help determine the best way to fix the problem and found parts that would be suitable.

Good service with lots of supplies on hand. Less common parts like radiators have to be ordered and usually arrives at the store within a couple days.
