Had a problem with a product and waited next to the regional manager until conversation was over so I could speak to an associate and swap product with refund...Home of Popeye...should've ate my spinach.

Friendly staff that are willing to help to get your parts you need. Multiple deliveries to the store daily help you if need parts the same day.
