Best oil change you can get for the price and your time. Since I started taking my car to Checkpoint I've never taken it anywhere else. The lube center guys are great! Polite and explain what you need but never feel pushy or like they're trying to oversell things you don't really need. As a single mom/woman I was always nervous needing car repairs. Didn't want to be taken advantage of. Can honestly say in the 20yrs I've taken my car here, not ONE bad experience! I can't say that about many other businesses. Thank you to all the guys of Checkpoint... YOU'RE AMAZING!!

I will not go here ever again. Highly unprofessional! And over priced!I asked for High-mileage oil, which refers to oil for a vehicle with high mileage. The worker said Six weeks! he thought I was referring to how long between oil changes. What an idiot!!!!!Workers all looked like high school kids and acted like it too.The one adult in the place, just sat and played on his phone Never again.

This is my first time going to this place, but is not cheap like everyone says but it is worth it at least they got the job done right.. I'm coming from Springfield because I hate going to Valvoline and I have a bad experience with them damage my engine with the oil change. I'm coming back again. I don't care how far out I'm from and to but I'm coming back. I told my fiance about this place. I came in at 8:12 a.m They were pretty fast. I'd rather come in early to get my stuff done.

I have had my oil changed there for years, but today will be my last. Fox news was on the television and I found it offensive. When I checked out I asked if that would always be on and was told yes. While the service is great I can't be triggered by Fox news.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They don t grease your front suspension. They stripped my oil drain plug.

John the manager is an exceptional leader for his team of technicians!He is always friendly and they are exceptional fast, courteous, and I have all my 5 vehicles exclusively serviced at checkpoint for oil changes and windshield wiper replacements. Outstanding service and never had an issue with any of my 10 years of visits! Five star service for me. As long as he remains there I will be a loyal customer....Service: Oil change

Went to get an oil change. Have used them numerous times in the past outside of the COVID environment. Unfortunately on this visit during COVID I was very concerned to see that they were not taking precautions of any type that I could see. The customers were wearing masks but the staff were not. That may be understandable in the garage section, but when employees enter the lobby area and have people come to the counter to pay they should be at least wearing a mask. There was no sign of any hand sanitizer or hand washing options. Customers sat in the chairs which should have been disinfected each time a customer left. No spacing restrictions for the seating was evident. Complete strangers sat side by side. I had to get my oil changed at the last minute for a last minute trip so I felt I had no other option. I should have stood outside and waited. I will not visit this location again until the pandemic ends. They are not doing anything to help minimize the spread.Service: Oil change

Always courteous and fast service. Use their car repair services at their main garage as well. Really like that they will do minor repairs at the express lube area and they always do a good job.

Had to person to put on a mask, so he went to his vehicle to get one. Then asked him to put on gloves before getting into my vehicle. No covid concerns at all. It stated on receipt they ckd tire pressure but they did not do that. Gave 2 stars for getting 10% off on Tuesdays and fast service. But someone with covid inforcement authority needs to slap them with a fine. They just don't care.

No covid precautions were used. The staff were cussing so loud I heard them inside and they tried to say my signal light was out. I checked and it was not. Will not be going there again. When I arrived my oil was old and dirty. When I left I had new and clean oil. Great service. In and out in 10 minutes
