Chatham Collision has done 3 different repairs on my car and I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. Their customer service is friendly, professional and caring. The quality of their repair work is always of the highest standard, they get the job done as quick as possible and they always do a great job detailing the vehicle before it leaves the shop.My last repair # 18003Thanks again Chatham Collision!

Chatham Collision really did an EXCEPTIONAL job of walking of walking us through the aftermath of the May7, 2023 hails storms! We felt pretty underwhelmed with our insurance claim experience, but Chatham Collision assured us everything would be ok. They handled the supplemental claim issue and our car is good as new. Did a wonderful job on repairing the hail damage on my car. The wait to get my car in was a little long but when your flooded with 1000s of cars needing fixed and working around the clock it was very understandable, once car got in the shop the work was done quickly and professionally. RO# 18299

I would highly recommend Chatham Collision. The repairs made to my truck met all of my expectations and more. I was given an estimate of 8 - 9 days for the repair and had my truck back in 7 days and that was over the Christmas holiday. When I picked up my truck it was spotless inside and out. Chatham Collision is hands down the best collision repair place around. A deer ran into the side of our van, and we talked to friends and family, and they all recommended Chatham Collision. Even the insurance estimator recommended them. The repair is flawless, and the van looks better than when we purchased it. I am so glad that we used them for our vehicle repair (RO#16421). Our repair took longer than initially estimated because parts were slow to ship. They provided my wife with a vehicle to drive during the entire repair. Every time I need auto body work done, I head on over to Chatham collision because everybody is so great and caring. This reflects in their customer service and actual service on my car. Although I live in a different state the majority of the year and could have gotten my car fixed earlier, I knew I didn't want anybody else working on my car besides Chatham collision. Chatham Collision repaired a ton of body work after my car had hail damage. They were recommended by my insurance company which clearly speaks to the quality of their work. We had a wonderful experience with Chatham Collision. They did a great job with our repair, can t even tell there was an issue to begin with. They even went above and beyond and fixed an additional item I had asked them to look at while they were working on the damage we had it in for. Great Hometown Autobody Shop. We are fortunate to have such a dependable business in Chatham. Owned and operated by a Chatham family who will go the extra step to make sure everything is right. Nearly two years ago, Chatham Collision did a minor touch-up repair for me and despite my numerous offers of payment refused to charge me for it (I had the touch-up paint). Their only request was that I give them a try if I had any future auto body service needs. So, when one of our vehicles was damaged in a recent hail storm, I gave them a call. Chatham Collision did not disappoint. They did an outstanding job on the repairs, and the customer service throughout the entire process was exceptional (RO# 17948). Great family business; highly recommended.

Chatham Collision Repair excellently fixed my car after an accident, and they backed up their repair with further care. The headlight replaced would fog, but every time I asked they would buff it to a shine with no charge and no waiting. Finally I asked for a new headlight kit which they ordered and replaced in no time flat. Thanks!! RO 18192

Great work on my parents car following a rear ender . Assigned a repair order number (17595) and pleased with the communication. The only negative, which was not their fault, was that my parents accident occurred about a week before a major hail storm hit town. The demand for repairs became a flood, and it took them a while to handle the surge of customers

I would highly recommend Chatham Collision Repair Incorporated! They did a wonderful job with my car repair(RO#16542). Debbie is a very wonderful person! She realistically told me how long my repair was going to take, which was a month and I was ok with that. They didn t have the loaner cars at the time so I had to wait in line for that as well. When one was available, she helped me and my wife out so much by bringing the loaner vehicle to our home so my wife can pick me up at work. I just started a new job and I had no money to get home at the time. The free loaner is so clutch! All you have to do is fill the tank when you bring it back! That s a DEAL! A word of advice: MAKE SURE YOU ADD RENTAL TO YOUR INSURANCE!! I learned the hard way and didn t have it on there. Though I still got a discount, it wasn t enough. I spent A LOT keeping the rental. There are times Chatman Collision loaner cars are out and you ll need an alternative solution as you wait for one. Also, due to Covid some parts may be in backorder and you will have to wait. Also, they have other jobs in the queue when you come in for yours. Just be prepared and have rental on your insurance(or a backup car). I ve waited 2 months to get my car back due to backorder parts. If they had the parts it would ve been done within a month and I wouldn t have spent so much on the rental. Still, even though I waited long the job was done and I m so happy to have my car fully restored and back!

Our recently purchased car sustained hail damage and then the paint started to crack. Although our car is over 10 years old, it is "new" to us and now Chatham Collision has made it even better.
