Been going here for a few years for regular oil changes, they are always pretty quick except for a couple of times when they were short staffed, which still wasn t a terrible wait. They also have a rewards program and I have been able to redeem a couple of free oil changes over the years. Most recently I had a brake rotor break on my car, I took it to onestop right when they opened at 8am on a Saturday, had new pads and rotors put on plus an oil change for a decent price and had my car back by 1PM same day. Very happy with the service and the speed they deliver at.

I very nice man honked and stopped to tell me both my brake lights are out. Went to 1 stop and they immediately took care of it. Thankful there are good people in Chatham!

I took my car in to have a check out there they drove it looked at it told me that my rear shocks were soft needed to be replaced that was true what I was unhappy about they didn't tell me they cost $60 to tell you what was wrong until they already did it I don't think that's right I've had things done in the past and they did really good work I got no problem with that and they seem honest I think her very good overall but they should have told me up front fortunately I had the $60

The customer service was wonderful. I was very impressed by their honesty. There was a situation that had they been dishonest, they could have charged me for service, but they made a very simple fix to my user error and did not charge me. Now they will have a new regular customer instead. :)

I received quick, curtious, and professional service. I did not have an appointment but was in a position of being stranded if they were unable to help me. They stepped up and repaired my vehicle in no time. Thank You!

Awesome shop! Very friendly, accommodating staff! Blew a tire on my RV on the interstate, limped it in to the shop. Ended up replacing all 8 tires, for safety and piece of mind. Since I wasn't planning on spending this much, they helped me out and found a discount for me. Highly recommended shop! Very knowledgeable, very professional! Great work!

When your hours are 7:30-6 you should stay open until 6. Went to get my car after 2 weeks of being without it and many problems at 5:30 and nobody was there. Was told they'd be there until 6 as their hours show, no phone call or anything about closing early. I had 1 Stop install new wheels & tires on my Tacoma. Ended up having an issue with one of the wheels being damaged during the install. 1 Stop took ownership of the issue and had the wheel replaced with a new one. To me, this means that the company stands behind good workmanship and will do what it takes to make it right. Overall, the crew did right by me and the job was completed with no more issues. One Stop has taken care of our family s cars for a decade. We trust them for everything from oil changes and maintenance to big repairs and body work. We had a tire get damaged by flying debris from a truck in front of us. We were 3 hours from home, with 9 hours left to drive. In the stressful moment, the staff was very friendly and thorough. Very friendly and courteous. They quoted me a great price on tires and alignment. The day of service they got started immediately and had everything completed by the time they said they would. They made sure I had my rebate information and told my of my warranty and the services they would provide in the future. Final edit: Told on 11/18/22 they would not repair. Instead $484.47 was refunded for axle shaft, seal, labor, and tax. Check received by following Tuesday.Edited based on current comunications: Company reached out on the day of my review. There was a lot of miscomunication during that phone call. One frustration was that the employees� did not seem to have fully (or at least carefully) read the technical service bulletin (Ford TSB 16-0043) they had given me to read as an explanation for why they were recommending a new transmission. I say this because 1) I was told things that were in direct contrast to it and 2) that were not applicable to my model of car. It was acknowledged to me by the employee on the phone that he was reading it for the first time while we were talking.As a result of the phone conversation on 11/11/22, I was told they would check with an employee at another branch to see if the TSB work could be performed. On Monday (11/14/22), I received a message that the work could be done and the parts would be ordered. Based on the message, I was under the impression that the parts were ordered on Monday. When I called today (Wed. 11/16/22), it seemed that they had NOT been ordered at that time.The company has offered to repair the vehicle for free and provide a loaner car while it is being worked on. I've been asked to take the review down which I'm not comfortable doing. For the most part, I stand by what I said. Also, nothing has actually been fixed yet. There is still miscommunication going on and I'm concerned about a lack of diligence that the problem was mis-diagnosed for so long.Though I will not take down my original review, I will acknowledge the efforts that are being made as I have done so here. I have deleted the things I no longer believe. I will also edit again when they are followed through on and reflect that in my review. If I can in good conscience give more stars I will. It is up to the reader to decide how biased I am (I aim to be as fair as possible) and if they want to patronize this business or not.Original:I will no longer do business at One Stop Auto Shop and do not recommend them to others.I have had a number of incidents over the past two years where work was either done incorrectly or problems were misdiagnosed. Because family uses and recommends the Sherman branch, I gave them a second and third chance. This last incident is the final straw.Back in August I brought in my 2012 Ford Fusion with complaints of brake squeaking and a leak under the front, left side. I was quoted, paid for, and "fixed" the following: axle shaft, axle seal, front left and right rebuilt calipers, front ceramic pads, front disc brake rotor, and a brake fluid flush for a total of $1,189.49.I brought the vehicle back in October after noticing leaking in the same spot (and occasional, though less often brake squeaking). I was told one of the parts replaced in August was bad and it was fixed under warranty.I brought the vehicle back AGAIN this week after still noticing a leak in the same spot. Today, I was told there is a technical service bulletin out on my car for a fluid leak at the left side halfshaft seal in the transmission. Okay, makes sense as that is where my leak is. I'm not sure why this wasn't caught in August though. I do receive a copy of the bulletin that details how to correct the condition and I appreciate them being honest and giving it to me.Based on the TSB, I did not expect a $4,920.12 quote to replace the transmission. When I asked why we couldn't just replace the part, they said "we don't do interior transmission work."I expected they would say, "This is the problem. We don't do this work so here are some other businesses we recommend you use to fix this problem."Service: Brakes

One Stop got me in quickly and at last minute. They have fixed my car a few times and always made sure to answer all my questions. I had a flat tire and pulled into Casey's gas station to put air in the tire...after looking at the tire, I knew I was in trouble. I walked next door to 1 Stop Auto Shop and explained my situation and they had the whole crew walk over to Casey's thinking they were going to have to push my car over. Instead one of the guys drove it in reverse very very slow without damaging the rim and was able to pull it into the garage. I was told I needed a new tire which I already knew, but that was ok. The guys their took very good care of me and my emergency. I would highly recommend 1 Stop Auto Shop for all your vehicle's basic needs.

I just needed one brake pad put on. My friend who called them and brought my car in for an estimate said they were rude.They quoted him 2,500 for the entire car. My car is not worth that they said. My car is great on gas and it gets me where I am going. Who are they to say that Anyway I took it to a guy in Springfield and asked him if he could just do the one brake pad and he said yes and put it on for 30 bucks . When I paid he mentioned a few other repairs I will need in the future. That is where I am taking it to from now on. I thought I would support local business's but they only want new cars and mostly do tires.I guess they don't need the business

Absolute joke of a company. My 07 Jetta needs a new ignition cylinder. I called them on Thursday asking if they could replace the ignition cylinder on the car. Was told they do. Cool. I get the car towed and call them a day later to ask what s going on. Was told hold on I ll call you back in a minute was not called back. I call again on Saturday and was told We don t know how to fix this. We re waiting on a lock specialist . Ok but when I called to get it towed there you said you did. Finally get a call today at 9am today (Tuesday) . Hey. There s nothing we can do. You re gonna have to take it to the dealership. You owe us $63 for the tow plus the cost to tow it to the dealership I was LIVID. I only paid to tow it to you in the first place because you assured me you could fix it. Now after 4 days of terrible customer service you have the audacity of billing me for trying to give you my business for 4 days? After you lied to get me to tow it there in the first place? I don t know what kind of cut back you guys get from the tow company or the dealership on screwing people out of their time and money. But you got the last penny you ll ever scam out of me. And I ll be sure to tell everyone I know to do the same.Service: Auto maintenance

Staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Today, I had 4 new Cooper tires installed, full synthetic oil change and an alignment. Plus my car had alot of tree sap on it. They removed it for free. I would highly recommend this place and will be going back myself!

I love this shop. It s hard to trust anyone in this type of business but the guys that run this place know how to put your mind at ease. Bob is the perfect gentleman to have running the front of the house. He was very open and honest and not once did he give me the run around. I had a lot wrong with my Chrystler that took a bit of time to fix but they made the whole process move smoothly. Several times Bob asked me to come in so Joe (great mechanic) could show me exactly what was wrong. I ve never had a auto mechanic business encourage me to come look at what they are doing. Joe did a great job and showed incredible kindness by walking me through the whole process. The price was more than fair and on top of that Bob introduced me to a great reward system that they offer. To anyone else who worked on my car as well as Bob and Joe thank you so much for all your hard work. This is my shop from here on. Please give these guys your business, you won t be disappointed!!Matt

My battery died on a Saturday morning before a full day cruising in my Jeep was planned. I called two Jeep dealerships and earliest they could get me in was the following Wednesday. I called 1 Stop in Chatham and they told me to bring it in immediately and they would diagnose the problem and if it was the battery they would replace it. It turned out to be the battery so they replaced battery and saved my day. I appreciate 1 Stop for getting me in on short notice and helping me out. I would definitely recommend 1 Stop Auto in Chatham.Service: Battery

I have used 1 Stop for tire replacement on multiple vehicles and very satisfied with quality and service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Recently took my car in for a second opinion on work that Hyundai said my vehicle required. They confirmed a couple repairs were needed and did them at a lower cost than Hyundai was going to charge me.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance
