They are very respectful and courteous. Did a great job on my transmission leak. Rob is very honest. He gave me an estimate and after doing the work they ended up not needing a high price part and took that off the bill instead of sticking to the estimate. I Would highly recommend them. Great job guys.!

Great Customer Service!! Rob really listened to my issue I was having with my car, asked questions and was able to figure out what was wrong with my car quickly. Highly recommend and will be moving from a well known dealership to Myerscough Automotive for all future needed repairs.

Horrible customer service. Prices are way more than Nissan. He was very rude to me after I asked him why he didn't tell me there would be a 60$ charge just for looking at it. His response was "you shouldn't expect everything in this world to be free."

These guys didn t really deliver good customer service. They do the bare minimum but charge high. The guys at CarX do a better job.

Took my car in at 11 and picked it up same day at 3:30! Simple wheel bearing replacement but they did it fast. Also young man working the counter was extremely polite with all the customer! Wish I could have gotten his name so as to give him the credit.

Fantastic experience! They had to order the tires. Rob kept me updated. The tires arrived and were installed on schedule. They feel great, no vibrations or alignment issues. They even replaced a brake light bulb I didn't know was out. Heading across the county with my son on the new tires next week!

Never come to this zoo. Where the owner acts like a psychotic chimpanzee. If I could give negative millions of stars I would. Came into the front door very politely and asked if i could have someone listen to the scraping sound of my breaks i think its coming from the front(had defective brakes put on in the past) No more than i finished the sentence the owner came blasting through the hallway screaming yelling and be little me. The owner continued yelling and screaming continued as we got in the van so i could explain what i was hearing. i was a repeating paying customer and paid bills on time up front, but i will never come to this place ever. I received a quote somewhere else that seemed just a little outrageous so I decided to compare other quotes. Myerscough was super quick and able to get my car in no problem! I was able to schedule right away and they worked with my work schedule which really helped me! The pricing was reasonable. The young man working the counter was polite an made me aware he seen me walk in while he was on the phone which I like so I didn't feel ignored ... over all my truck drives great and they provided proper paperwork and I was really happy with my service! I live in the suburbs of Chicago. My daughter had called and stated that her car wasn't running properly. I called Rob and he worked with the both of us to get the car back up and running. It need extensive work. They did an amazing job and Rob was very professional through the whole thing - from working with my daughter to get the key to getting the car delivered back to her. I don t typically write reviews but my visit here definitely warranted one! I was very hesitant to bring my car anywhere as my dad has always done my car repairs in the past. I was recommended here by a friend and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience! All of the staff members are very kind and they truly care about their customers. They got me in the same day I brought it in, it was done quickly, and the price was fair for what I was getting done. If I ever need my car worked on again, I will be returning back to Myerscough no hesitation; customer for life!Service: Brake service & repair

Window Regulator failed on the passenger side window and so went in at 8am the next day, was able to get in and get an estimate of the damage by the time I got out of class at around 10:30am. Costed around the price expected for the job, if not a bit lower. They offered me a ride back to my apartment as well as a ride to pick up my car. I even got a ride back to the auto shop when I forgot my apartment keys. Really nice, efficient, and knows what their doing. Recommend Highly!!!

Everyone went above and beyond to assist with a such a small request regarding my air filter. They made sure all of my needs were taken care of before I left and always keep my car running smooth with very affordable oil changes. Most definitely recommend!! While driving down the road I heard an annoying sound from the front end of my car. I pulled in to Myerscough Automotive to arrange a time for repair. One of the techs drove me home and picked me up again when the car was ready. The repair was quick and very reasonably priced. I always use Myerscough for my car repairs. My daughter is a student at EIU and was in need of major repairs on her older vehicle. I found Myerscough Automotive through a Google search, and decided to give them a call after reading all of the great reviews. Rob was patient, thorough, and was always very transparent with us. Although all of my dealings with Rob were over the phone, my daughter had a pleasant experience paying for and picking up her vehicle at Myerscough Automotive. As a parent, I truly appreciate knowing there are honest and knowledgeable people in Charleston to help students with their vehicle's needs, and we will not hesitate to contact Rob at Myerscough Automotive in the future. It s been a few years since I ve been to Myerscough because I no longer live in the area, but I was thinking about how good the service they provide is and felt the need to leave this review. If coming back three years later to leave a review doesn t say enough, I m not sure anything I can say will convince you. They were always very professional and timely. When I didn t have a ride to work after dropping my vehicle off, one of the guys (the owner, I believe) gave me a ride to work, and they dropped my vehicle off at my apartment because I had to work until after they closed for the day. Really, truly, excellent service.Services: Tires, Oil change
