AMAZING! I am not from around the area I come from a small town. The people who work here treat you like family just like my hometown service place. All the other service places I called wouldn t have been able to work on my car until a week later, but this place worked on it the next day. They were honest about everything and kept me updated through the process. I would recommend them to anyone. An amazing place who isn t out just for your money.Service: Battery

Highly recommended. Jerry was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible with checking our car when we were stranded on a road trip. Gave us the reassurance we desperately needed. 5 !!!!!

If I could give less stars I would. The mechanic fixed something on my car that didn't need fixed. Admitted that it was his mistake because he looked at the wrong order. But charged me anyway. He's lucky I don't have money for a lawyer. I will never go to this mechanic again. And I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

Extraordinary service! I ve been going to them for months and they have never let me down! They have been super truthful with me and even come pick my vehicle up when I m at work and almost always have had it back by the end of my shift! I absolutely recommend to anybody in the area, they re great! Most honest mechanics I ve ever been to!

I've known Jerry since I was a kid. Hey is a honest nice loving man with morals and a kind heart. He will work with some people and he will never overcharge you. And he will always make it right. It's good to have that kind of hometown mechanical service shop in a small town with morals and supreme integrity.

This place is a super place to take your car to be looked at, or work done. He's an honest man, and told me that what I needed would not be expensive, when in fact I was prepared for the worst and thought it might be $1,000. Instead it was a $45 repair.

Fantastic service here. I live in Urbana, work in Charleston, and wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else unless it couldn't be driven to Charleston. They are honest, trustworthy, and extremely kind. I once had a cash flow problem, waiting for payday, and they still did my work and returned my car to me before they got paid!!

I took my Dodge Challenger to get the brakes and rotors replaced. He claimed that he fixed it but the squeaking noise did not stop. I kept taking the car back and he would not get back under it to look and see what the problem was. I took it to dodge and dodge service told and showed me that the parts was faulty and were not exchanged.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

Back in winter of 2012-13 the thermometer in my Jeep went out and I had no heat. My sister was attending EIU and recommended this shop to me after her experiences there. When I dropped off the car, the guy (I forget his name) asked what I planned to do to pass the time, and then offered me a ride to my sister's apartment for free. It took a good few hours for him to get to my Jeep, there weren't many people working at the time that I could see, but when he called me back he told me that he could fix my thermometer but it wouldn't be worth the money. When he was investigating my Jeep he heard that the engine was knocking, and advised that it could go out at any time and I should start searching for another vehicle. He then picked me back up from my sister's apartment, and did not charge me for the time it took him to determine that my car was dying.It's 2018 now and I am still grateful that this guy was so honest and didn't try to upsell or overcharge me for his services. He had a lot of opportunity - I was a college-age girl with almost no knowledge of cars, a highly vulnerable demographic in the vehicle maintenance world - and this shop truly took care of me.

Called ahead asking if he would be able to take a look at my car if i brought it in, and thought it was appropriate to leave me with the phone number for dominoes. All i need is to get my starter motor replaced
