If you ever need a battery there is only one place to go. The Battery Specialist had a more accurate fitting battery and had the proper adapters necessary to install the battery based on OEM recommendations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a battery related issue.

The friendly staff of battery Specialists are always willing to help solve our vehicle issues and get us back on the road quickly. We worked with Jim and he went over and beyond to help us! Extremely wonderful customer service and very helpful. I will recommend them again and again. Next time we have battery problems we will go back to them without a doubt! If you're having battery problems, go to them!

These people have no clue as to what a battery specialist is. They had no knowledge of what a battery cell was or nickel strips that go with the batteries. Pathetic. Giving a 1 star rating , only because they answered the phone.

They are so helpful and awesome! I went in today bc my truck wasn't getting a good connection. He took the clamp off that was broken and put a new one on and only charged me $1.23 :) Made my day! I have dealt with them in the past and have never had a bad experience. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you out!!

We have been going here for years!!!! They always treat you like family and are very fair on prices. We send all our friends there and they are treated just as well as we are. Customer is always number 1 here. We don't know who owns the place, we just know that they make sure their employees give great service and are honest!

Place has went above and beyond multiple times to help me. I think I've been three times and only had to buy a battery once. Every other time I've went there for help or advice they have done it for free even though I've offered to pay. Great friendly place
