They were not much help. I didn't need the whole wiper for the car just the blade and they said I had to go to the dealer. I know better than that. I worked on cars since I was big enough to hold a hammer. I maybe a female but I am far from stupy

Having a child at college trying to deal with car problems can be stressful. Huge shoutout to Scott. Professional and attentive on the phone and made my child feel safe and at ease while taking care of our car needs. Thank You!

It was very awesome, I had to go there to get some stop leak for my car. The guy who works there Clay was extremely helpful. He even waited to make sure my car didn't have any issues before he left to go home. Thank you very much for everything.

I order online to take advantage of the deals(why I order through u guys) I got the wrong parts on few different occasions. Then the first time I had to pay 30 more to get what I needed cuz I ordered in store. Had to pay twice and still waiting on refund. Second time was today, wrong part again (online I double checked twice for the right part) then when asked for correct part it was 200 more than I just paid. So I'm waiting on two refunds, car won't run without one more part, and I'm broke. I didn't feel like the staff wanted to help, more that I was annoying customer I found my part I need for 80 bucks not 390 on a different site, same brand . I'm hesitant to bring my services back to this establishment

They were awesome, on March 5th @ 7:35 pm, the heater in our van quit working and the temp was 17 and we stopped to there and they had a heater that plugged into the lighter. He even went to the store room to get it for us. He went the extra mile

Not the best prices, but if you order online and use one of the 15-25% off coupons and do local pick up it can save you money. They often have brands o Reilly's and Auto zone does not have. The guys that work here were always happy to answer any questions that I may have had. They would help look up things and always just flat out helpful.

Back in January my car started to break down while traveling out of state for my grandfather s funeral. I ended up stopping in Charleston and learned that my third cylinder was blown. I ended up getting a rental to finish my journey but, it was when I made it back to Charleston that I stopped at advanced auto. There were two employees there that were so kind and understanding. During this time I found out my car was apart of a huge civil suit against GM and that my car was right outside the mileage and time frame to be included. Note I had just bought the car three months prior. The gentlemen in the store helped me find whatever parts I needed, and told me to come back if I needed anything else. One gave me a hug because he knew what problems laid ahead. I just wanted to say thank you again because those kind gestures meant a lot.

I have always found what I need. And if I couldn't, store personnel worked till every possibility was exhausted. Very pleased and happy with their effort

Sometimes I'll get someone who is helpful, but most of the time it seems they don't want my business. Even for common parts, they won't even look it up in their system. They would rather send you elsewhere.

They found a relay that no one else had. About 50/50 on whether they are friendly, must depend on their mood at the time you go in there.
