Unfortunately we had a bad experience buying major parts from Precision Truck. Transmission and differential to be more exact. They wouldn't honor their warranty. It's either driver fault or normal wear and tear or it's getting beat up by the driver. I would stay away. For sure they won't see any more business from us or any other shop that we are working with.

The service is pretty quick for simple problems they have you back on the road in no time. If the problem needs more diagnostics the wait here couldn t be better I watched Netflix got some snacks out the vending machine and chilled. Mark I m assuming is the owner and his wife are friendly and you can tell his staff is like family!

Talk about guys that know what they are doing is them right here. Had trouble with my Volvo Ishift trans and Mark took care of this matter. This was last September and truck has been working great ever since. You get what you pay for, well worth every dollar, zero regrets. Truck is running great. Only 1 thing they did take 3 weeks to solve the problem. But it was because they were short staff. Highly recommended great people!!

Mark is very good in his job. He helped me finding the truck part I needed and also very professionally handled everything. I would recommend this place to everyone. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I thank everyone for their hard work I really appreciate you guys.

Mark and the guys at precision are absolutely top notch! Every time I have used them they get me in and out in record time are very affordable. I live in southern WI and will drive the 100 miles to let them take care of my work.

Mark is the best mechanic for the money, he is honest and, I don't think there is anything his shop can't do!His new shop is big and clean with room to wait up front.They take good care of my truck, from the littlest thing to major rebuilds. They can do it all. I almost hate to give such a good review because, I don't want him to be too busy to fix my stuff when it breaks, but, Mark is also a smart businessman, he's made good changes along the way and has a great team!They even rebuild transmissions and rear ends in house!!! Show me another independent who does that at ANY price!I HIGHLY recommend!

Driver came to DanPaul Truck Repair with a broken differential. We bought one from Precision Truck Center put it on and the driver left. Driver made it to suburbs of Colorado Springs and the differential blew up. The differential was still under warranty and we had the customer call precision to get it fixed and warrantied out but they did not do anything about it. Sent a email saying the gears were in shock load. The differential had only few days on it and the truck is a automatic transmission and made a little bit over 1,000 miles

I have had the pleasure of working for not only mark but his dad also years ago, The Pieroni family was always a great family and family oriented, Mark has proven himself to be one of the elite with precision truck center, and his new building seals the deal. the next generation in truck and truck transmission.

If you are OOS based be careful watch out for the "low oil" scapegoat, your warranty will not be honored. Unless you are desperate, if not tow(pro-tote) your rig home and deal with your local mechanics where warranty issues can be ironed out much easier(not over the phone with OOS shops) when issues come up n there is mutual respect in dealing with them. OOS mechanics and brokers kinda similar, tell one thing but when it all boils down there is an excuse its a setup for you to loose.Spent $7000 at their shop, 6months spent another $7000 at another shop. PTC would not honor even partially cover their warranty, all the blame fell on us vs their word(Mark). As experience would show us(12yrs in business), u can't win those if u are talking over the phone and are OOS based. So that's our truth just warning others out there trying to make an honest living...despite the low rates n bad experiences, we are still trucking...cheers

Drove in with a driveline noise on my Peterbilt. Ended up doing a pm service and ac service as well. Mark pulled me into a bay right away. Very responsible and knowledgeable staff. Clean shop and waiting area.My New favorite semi truck repair place in Chicagoland area.
