Excellent shop!I had a headlight out and really wanted to get it fixed right away. Dave fit me into his busy schedule and got me back on the road quicker than I expected.Dave truly understands what drivers are up against and is willing to help us out!Thanks Dave!

I purchased a brand new 2019 East this past winter. The sales staff, were tremendous. Couldn t give them a bigger thumbs up.However, their trailer service department is a complete joke. Had a warranty replacement on an airbag that malfunctioned. Set up an appointment so I could drop the trailer off for a day and pick it up the following morning repaired. When I arrived, they never even pulled the trailer in. As frustrating as that was, I rescheduled for the following week to have repaired. Figuring they had a week to ensure it will be done by the following morning.. when I arrived, they had just pulled it in. Not only did I lose two full days of running, but an additional 6 hours. Will absolutely not plan to use them again. Look into utility trailers in Burr Ridge, IL for sales and service.

Great service here. Had a unit that needed a simple repair done and even though they were busy, they were able to get me back on the road quickly.

I was charged $424 for wrong diagnostic. I even showed them the video of dashboard not working and When i asked why so much, they said we had things to check. My dashboard was malfunctioning and they told me it was a cluster gauge and that would cost $2000 to fix it. I took my truck to another shop and it turned out it was only a wire harness. It costed me $400 to fix everything.

This place gets no stars from me!!!! Back in Dec I brought my mack in and they gave it back to me 3 days later f'd up. I paid over 5,000 for them to do nothing. Took it back in and they kept it for damn near a month and STILL didn't fix it, they actually made it worse. It was shaking and rattling ect. Long story short I had to call Corporate, tell them I had my lawyer on stand by in order to get things done. After that they fixed it better than I bought it and I didn't pay a dime for it. They put more money in my truck than I did and cut me a nice check. One thing they refused to do was issue me a receipt, and I say refuse because I still haven't recieve one til this day, or that 400 dollar PM gift card Brian! If you dont like to be robbed/taken advantage of then you might want to go to POZZO'S in Chicago heights.

I have sent several of our fleet vehicles to the Channahon/ Joliet, IL facility. I always felt like my company was a priority & the trucks were returned quickly. Ryan & Dave were a pleasure to work with- TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

Unprofessional mechanics, Terrible service. I need to programming light control module. Keeping me 3 hours, charging 446,33$. Didn't work. Sending in Summit Branch. Lost time and money.

Wow what a professional company I had a problem with my trailer in the wiring on the lift gate and I had a broken ground that wasnt it allowing to charge. They fixed it so quick and they were so nice if you want a great company this is the one to call.

Parts and service are always top notch. Always have every part I need and at a great cost. Service is always done in a timely matter and done correctly. Awesome crew. Highly recommend.

I have been waiting for credit for returning a part since 6 /4 / 21 for 2000 dollars 4 months , nobody ever calls back and I was told the check is in the mail, this place will screw you when they can.

After calling 4 other places in the area and not receiving a call back on parts for a Hino, these guys called me back within a few minutes about the part I was looking for and an accurate ETA for when the part would arrive.

These guys have everything for the good price, I don t go no where else except these guys.. but hey if you do research maybe there s better places, but this is just my opinion, these guys are awesome.

Came saturday morning 9/15 at 8:30am for an oil change, Volvo truck,these guys doesn t even know what oil they have in stock , how can I let these guys to work on my truck!? Very disappointed
