I trust TMS auto Care! If you child has a car at school, and you are not near, can be disheartening. But TMS has my trust, has earned my trust, in dealing with my car and with my child. I cannot recommend TMS enough. They have always been quick, affordable, and most of all honest. Every time I ve had them look at a problem they have gone above and beyond what I expected, and each time I ve taken my car somewhere else I have wished I d taken it to TMS first

TMS crew is kind and timely! They have never been pushy or rude with me (which is usually the case at other shops), and have been trustworthy so far. For my recent service, I called early in the week to set up an appointment, took my car in a couple days later, and by the next day, my vehicle was ready to pick up. Thank you TMS!

Been let down twice here lately. Took car in needing ball joint replaced, they called and said they couldn't find anything wrong and that everything seemed rock solid. Fast forward 2 months, took car to Crawford transmission to get work done, they called and said they noticed i had a bad ball joint. I had them fix it. I decided to try TMS one more time cause they we're the only ones not booked up for a week. I needed a sensor replaced and they flat out refused to do it. So I called KCM and they said they could definitely help me out.

These guys are awesome! They have always been friendly and have helped me on several occasions. While none of us like to pay for car repairs, I would highly recommend TMS auto.I believe they are fair and get the work done on time. I made the mistake and took my car to another shop recently. I do NOT recommend taking your car to this place. My car had been making noises and shaking when I would brake going high speeds (over 50ish mph), there was obviously something wrong with my brakes and I told the man at the desk this. He told me that he would give us a call after he had checked out the car before he did anything to it, and since we hadn't heard from him for a while, we decided to call to check in to see if I'd be able to drive home (3 hours away) that day as planned. He told us that they couldn't find anything wrong with the car or the brakes and that I was good to drive home. On my way home, my car started making the same noise and shaking, and about halfway home it smelled like something was burning, which was new. I was able to get an appointment with a trusted auto shop back home, and as soon as they checked it out they informed us that my car needed both new brake pads and rotors. Judging by the fact that he didn't call us and we had to check in with him, and that he said they didn't see anything wrong, my guess is that they didn't even look at the brakes. This is a serious issue and could've resulted in severe injury to myself and other individuals on the road if my brakes gave out. 0/10 do not recommend.Service: Brake service & repair

Our first time ever going here and we brought our car in first thing in the morning to see if they d have time to check it out since it was making a rattling noise. He called us back the same day, and turns out it was just from the car being very old and rusty underneath, so he took the piece off that was making the noise, and since he didn t have to fix anything, he didn t charge us at all! Super helpful as we are college students! We ll definitely return for any other car issues we may have.

I was on 57 North during rush hour and got a flat tire. I called TMS and the owner graciously agreed to stay at the shop for me until I could get my car towed there. They were able to order me a new tire and get me back on the road very quickly! They were very professional and pricing was reasonable and affordable. Will definitely be telling my family about this shop!Service: Tires

This business is absolutely the best. I was having battery issues, and the mechanic was exceptional with his care. He gave me an accurate diagnostic, didn't try to up-charge or give me a fake charge. They stored my car for the whole weekend and diagnosed my battery issue, all the while checking what the issue was. It turned out I had a bad battery, so they gave me a temporary battery to get a new one. The best part was that they did not charge me for anything, even when I insisted. Great and incredibly honest work. Even when my concerns turn out to be nothing. I've been here 3 times in 2 weeks with separate issues. They've taken very good care of me. It's not easy to find a mechanic you can trust but I highly recommend. Also they made sure I understood everything that was going on. Even took the time to record what the issue was to show me and took his time with me. I've came at random times and they always fit me in. With only having one vehicle I appreciate that so much.

This place had the lowest repair cost I came across. Customer service was good And they were nice people. They changed all brake pads and rotors, plus a caliper for the cheapest price I ve seen. They also filled my windshield wiper fluid, which was not part of the job. Mine was completely empty and they did that for me.I called at 10 am, they took my money and my car, completed the job at 4:50 and my car is good as new. You could hear grinding because the rotor and caliper were rubbing against each other and other places were going to charge me over $1100. It was a really good experience and from now on I ll be going here. This is probably the best experience I ve had with an auto repair shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Brake service & repair

It's so hard to find a good and trustworthy mechanic. These guys are the best around and have always been straight up about our car. Never overcharging or overworking when we may not have something so serious going on. When there have been problems, they worked quickly and were priced reasonably. Highly recommend!

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a great mechanic! Found them!! At TMS Auto Care!! We have taken 2 of our vehicles to them and been more than satisfied with the work they ve done! They even let us take our one vehicle over a weekend to test out the work they did before paying the bill! Honest auto guys are hard to find but not at TMS! Thanks for all the great work you ve done!

I had a great experience with TMS. In two different occasions I had them check my Corolla for issues that I wasn t sure were enough serious issues that I wanted to pay for. They HONESTLY told me that it s not a big deal and I left without paying a penny. They have great diagnosis and they re really fair!

I've started going to TMS for around a month and Greg has been an absolute gentleman to work with. They've been very fair and have not charged me for issues that they couldn't fine. I'll be going to them for all regular maintenance issues in my car.Update: I've been going to TMS for over 1.5 years now, everything's still the same if not better! Highly recommend making TMS your preferred mechanic.

Look no more. The team is honest and respectful. My car broke down in a street near TMS Auto Care and I decided to tow it there during non-working hours (weekend). I left a note with the issue and waited until Monday. When I called, the team had my car fixed and told me that it was only a battery problem and charged accordingly (knowing other car auto repair stores, I could have been easily scammed). Anyways, great team and reliable in Chambana area. I will come back here for auto repairs in the future.Services: Electrical repair, Battery

I regret not getting the man s name, but following a raccoon fiasco inside my vehicle a day prior, my check engine light suddenly came on while en route to my next client (I do in home nursing). I rolled into the first shop I could find (TMS). I probably interrupted the gentleman s lunch break, but I explained my check engine light had just come on and I was basically thinking worst case scenario that a raccoon had eaten my wires. A small amount of time passes and the gentleman comes back in giving me a thumbs up , it s fixed! - simple flip of a switch, and off I went!I appreciate being taken care of despite having no appointment, being lunch time, and on a Friday afternoon . The price is eh, they had fixed my alternator fine and the price was good. I had bought a new premium mass air flow sensor for my car and gave it to them to install. They said the sensor wasn't going to work and wanted to charge me 300 for a new one and I stall. I then put the sensor in myself and it worked haha. I saved myself hundreds, they are kinda tough to trust.

They did a good job replacing my brake lines, however they also called me to tell me that my transmission had failed, which was very surprising since I had picked the vehicle up from a transmission specialist two days before with everything checking out. After making a series of phone calls between the specialist and TMS, they managed to get the vehicle on their lift, but claimed the transmission was "barely pulling." Four days later, after fearing the worst and worrying about how to pay my unexpected new bill, they finish the brake lines and I walk two miles to pick up the vehicle, only to find that the engine won't even turn over--also surprising, since I installed a brand new battery four months before and never had any trouble with it. They did offer to jump my battery, but I was so frustrated that I simply walked away and returned to jump the battery myself that evening, only to find that my transmission is indeed working perfectly.Verdict: Spare yourself the customer service hassle and find a different mechanic.

Nice local shop. I thought I needed new breaks, they told me they were fine but I needed new tires. Prices were a bit higher then a big chain but that is alright. They do charge extra if you don't pay in cash, though that really is the credit card company doing that but unusual these days.

My local auto shop recommendation for everything quick and preliminary diagnostics. Very honest and decent guys that do not try to rip as much from your wallet as possible. They tell you exactly what needs to get done and not more. Most recently, I had an costly issue that required trip to dealership, and after 1 hr, they told me straight they cannot fix it, and only charged me $25 for the time. Call for apptments.
