I took my jeep in for a tire valve replacement and tire repair. I was very impressed by the management and the customer service from Patrick. I did not feel like they were trying to upsell me. The prices are very fair too. Would highly recommend!

If I could give a 0 I would. Patrick is very rude. I came in yesterday with a flat tire and got all four new ones put in over $800. Woke up the next day with a flat tire, they don t have towing service so had to blow it up and bring it back in. Patrick said it would be another $180 to fix the flat and put a new one on even though it was there fault it went flat they didn t put the damn tire on correctly. NEVER AGAIN

The tech that replaced the 4 tires on my RAM did awesome job and the manager was very helpful when I used an out dated tires plus card and was able to except my other card without ranting about SO A BIG SHOUT OUT for the Tires Plus crew in Champaign

Looking for new tires and wheels for my 97 K 2500 Chevy. Patrick was very helpful in going over various options that would give old Greenie the right look and stance.

Attention customers!!! Beware of these hoax car mechanics, few weeks back my Chrysler Sebring convertible (75k driven) stopped working. Overall condition of my car was excellent, with the ray of hope I towed it to these very well-known car mechanics in town, they checked my car and charged me 85 dollars / hour, but couldn t reached to any conclusion and told that my car engine timing belt has been broken, and probably because of zero tolerance engine, it might have affected the car engine badly, and suggested to replace the engine which would costed more than 4000 dollars. After spending 700 dollars just on diagnostics, these people could only reach to one conclusion replace engine .Devastated by this, I had to sell my call at junkyard price and was purchased by a mechanic, after few hours I got a call from that mechanic, that he drove 60 miles with my Chrysler Sebring, and he told me that he just replaced front exhaust can which cost him 22 dollars in parts and one hour of labor.I lost my car as I relied on these car mechanics hoaxes , who claim to be the best dealers in the city, but seriously doesn t know anything about car fixing OR did they do this intentionally?Moral of the story: Never rely on such big car mechanics/dealers, who are in this business just to loot you !!!I did not just lost my car , but lost my trust on these people!!!

When Tire Barn failed us, Tires Plus came through with the correct tires and friendly service. Even though they were down by a couple employees for the day, they did not let it effect their mood or attitude toward the customer. The service manager worked in the maintenance bay to reduce customer wait time when there wasn't enough mechanics to do the required tasks.

One of...if not THE...most unethical places in which I've ever dealt. Initially sold me tires with the "sale" price only to find out each tire was $30 less at Walmart. Oh, well, my bad. I should have checked. When selling me the tires, the hook was they told me about the free lifetime tire rotation that came with the purchase. So, I bought them. However, each time I brought the car in for the free tire rotation it took them over 4 hrs. They put people who were paying for new services ahead of me until there were no more new customers, then they rotated the tires. Finally, today, I brought my car in for another rotation. There was only one car in the bay. The clown sales person told me I was up next and it would be an 1.5 hrs. I came back after 1.5 hrs only to find they hadn't even looked at my car. Instead, they put new people arriving and paying for new services ahead of me once again. That's the straw that did it for me.They are scamming people, telling customers that new tire purchases come with free lifetime rotation. However, that service doesn't make money for them. So, they make suckers like me wait for hours, thus discouraging us to bring our cars back for the service, if they get to it at all. He couldn't even look me in the eye as he lied to me explaining how people magically got in front of me when there was initially only one car. he told me himself. Liar.

Nice service offered by Patrick. My TPMS system was showing me low tire pressure and error during my long trip. Patrick quickly let me in and check for errors. I appreciate your help and time in middle of my long trip and get me fix the problem.

A mechanic is all about skill and trust and that's what makes picking one such a hassle, you don't know if you can trust them. You can trust these guys. I've been here several times now for normal preventative maintenance but they have never suggested unnecessary repairs once. Not even air filters, which is one of the biggest scam repairs untrustworthy mechanics try to hit you with.Update 2023: It's now been over seven years since I wrote this, and I still agree with everything I said. I've been taking all our cars here for routine maintenance and tires and remain very satisfied. I've never needed major repairs but I'm confident they'd do a professional and cost efficient job if needed. I'd give more stars if I could!

We blew multiple tires on our camper on a trip from Michigan to Missouri. We ended up in Champaign needing help and Tires Plus came to our rescue! They had all the tires we needed (5 total) right away and helped us out and got us on our way extremely quick. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn t be more grateful for the great service we received. Would highly recommend them.

Order a tire from this place. Was told to pay ahead of time before ordering the tire which I did. I was told to be here at 830a the following day to get the tire put on. I get here and there talking about a hour and half wait because there s 10+ people ahead of me. I don t understand why I have to wait that long when I ve been paid for the service, I was directed my Patrick to come back at 830a. Never once did he or anyone state that it would possibly be a wait. I was under the impression that I was suppose to just come get my tire put on and go. They have 2 customers and somehow 10+ vehicles. Poor customer service. Before doing anything get a manager.

I always take my vehicle to All Tires Plus in Danville. They're honest, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I recommend them highly.

An alright experience. Got my oil change but they forgot to reset the light. So I had to pay more money for some other company to see what was still wrong with the engine just for them to tell me that. Plus, no sitting down. Even if you are already. Fine with that, would have appreciated a heads up when I called a half hour early though.

My All Wheel Drive (AWD) car had a flat tire from running over a 3-inch bolt. I changed the tire with the temporary spare and looked online to find out that AWD vehicles usually require that all four tires be replaced for a lot of valid reasons. The dealership for the car had recently changed the oil and conducted a routine check of the tires and listed them in the yellow range, meaning that new tires would be needed in the near future.I called a dealer as well as Tires Plus in Champaign for cost estimates. Tires Plus gave me the best price, but still the cost was about $860 for four tires. I dropped off my car and several hours later the general manager, Patrick, called me. Patrick told me they had removed the bolt from the spare tire and were able to fix the spare and he went into great detail explaining tread depth and was of the opinion that I did not need new tires and had 50% tread life left.I asked Patrick why would he tell me this when he could easily have told me nothing and made a $860 sale. Patrick told me he wouldn t have been able to sleep at night had he had sold me tires I didn t need. In addition, I asked him if Tires Plus replaces tail lights (my left tail light was out) and he said yes. So instead of paying $860.00, I paid $37 for tire repair and a tail light.I cannot recommend Tires Plus more strongly. For Patrick to look out for his customer rather than a profit margin speaks well for him and Tires Plus. I will always come here for tires and urge anyone needing tires to consider Tires Plus.

Had a flat, was charged a $22 inspection fee to be told that it couldn't be patched. Nearly 85% of the cost had the procedure been possible. Instead they just tried to push a $700+ set of tires.Somehow in this $22 inspection they managed to miss the nail in my tire that Walmart conveniently found in under 10 minutes. Save yourself the time stress and money, and stay far away from this scam of a business.

I have been here a couple times for oil changes and some routine maintenance. They make it real easy to get work done via their work hours (including Sundays), great deals, and the ability to request an appointment online. Last time I was there for some new brake pads and needed a rotation done on my wheels on my 4 Runner and I was in and out in about 1.5 hours with my appointment. Price has always been reasonable and I have no reason to not keep coming back. Good, solid shop.

I just called to get a quote here and they answered all my questions in detail, which other places in town refused to do, so at the very least they are transparent, and I appreciate it.

We had our truck towed here after it wouldn't start. We were told the engine is blown and would completely need to be replaced. We were shocked and decided to get a second opinion before spending a few thousand dollars on a new engine. We had a family friend look at it and it was a simple fix. In fact, the problem was with the starter, not the engine. It was a 160 dollar part and the truck started up perfectly. Be careful going to this place. Completely dishonest!

I have been going here for more than 10 years and I always have a positive experience. I feel that the people there are honest and helpful with explaining any issue with my car. They usually get my car in quickly and if they are unable to do so, they let me know and give me an aproximate time for service. I appreciate the staff at Tires Plus and will continue to take my care to them for many years to come.

Worst experience ever they told me they would warranty my tire, and there would be no cost to for me. I bring my car back and after they do work now tell me I have to spend another $100. The manager Blake Good was rude. I feel like they just took advantage of me because I am a female. I think they just wanted me to spend money instead being honest so I could fix the real issue. I will never do business there ever again!

Charged me $30 just to remove lug nuts & didn t even remove them. Great service!! (Update) went to Big Tire & a guy no more than 115 lbs got every lug nut off by hand. I will never be going back to tires plus & making sure everyone I know doesn t take their business there either.

These guys really helped me out. My car died in the middle of the road and the towing company brought me here. They were honest with me with my repair and said it had a 50/50 chance of fixing the car. When it ended up not fixing the car they discovered a fatal problem. They worked with me and handled the situation very professionally and kindly. One of the fellas even dropped me off at home when I had to walk there. Awesome service, thanks so much.

I went there out of necessity, I got a flat tire on 74 West. After State Farm could not find me a tow truck after two hours of sitting there in the cold, I called J & K paint and Towing and they rescued me. However, the man driving the tow truck seemed to be an escaped serial killer. They were closing as they towed my car there, I had to come back the next day. Of course, they had to remind me of all of the s*** that was hanging off of the bottom of my car and how I'm broke and how I need four tires instead of just the one that popped. My girlfriend paid the man, and the good part was that we were only there for about 40 minutes.

This Tire Plus has excellent service with staff that have a courteous and polite attitude. They do everything efficiently and follow directions well. This is a long-standing shop with the same owner, and he does everything to make you feel comfortable and explain the issues with your car. I like the location because you can cross the street to Lowe's or the Chinatown buffet or the Red Lobster for dinner, and then retrieve the car afterwards, even when they've closed. They make it convenient for you that way. I highly recommend this Tires Plus.

Went in for a leaky valve stem (tpms sensor type) and I needed it fixed quick before a long trip. They were awesome. Diagnosed the leak, replaced the core and my caps with sealing types. Done quick and they didn't charge me since it was so simple. Would've been easy for them to tack on a diagnostic charge, valve stem rebuild, etc, but they didn't. Nice, efficient, competent service. Will return to them again.
