The manager was very helpful! I was really short on time and had gotten to the store when it open on Saturday morning. I needed one tire replaced after running over something on the interstate. She didn t have any appointments available that morning and was short staffed as well. Since I only needed one tire she offered to change it herself! I was very thankful for the service that I received that morning and was able to make it to my events that I had planned that day. Thank you so much!

Have been going to tire barn since I was a teenager. Military and first responder discount, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Will continue to use them. Online appointments makes scheduling my day easier!

I got off work to a blown tire and the socket wrench to put on my spare wasn t fitting properly. I was parked at Home Depot so I walked over to tire barn. There was no one at the desk and it took about 10 minutes for someone to ask what I needed. I then asked for any kind of assistance with my car, to which they said no we close in 12 minutes . I then asked if they knew any other places that could help me which they also said no. They asked no questions and didn t know any information but refused to help me. As a teenage girl alone in a town an hour from my apartment I was very disappointed. It honestly would ve been nice for them to just offer to help me change my tire when they got off work. I will never go back and wouldn t recommend for anyone to go there if they want any good quality customer service or even human decency

Don t bother making an appointment, it s not worth it. Made my appointment for 8:30am and they didn t even take my car back until 10:30am. Then it took them 1.5 hours to manage a simple oil change and tire rotation. The girl working the front was RUDE both to us and to other customers. A customer had to call from inside the building because she kept leaving the front desk. The only reason I ever did business with Tire Barn is because my tires popped on the interstate while on my way to work due to a construction zone and I figured I d use them for the free tire rotations and oil changes through the life of the tire.I d rather drive to Bloomington, Il and use Discount Tire and pay them for rotating my tires and pay someone else to change my oil. I could have driven to Bloomington from Champaign, got my tires rotated at Discount Tire, got my oil changed somewhere else and driven back to Tire Barn and I would have still been waiting for them to take my car back. Horrible business practices and on top of it all the place was absolutely filthy and the bathrooms looked like they hadn t been cleaned in a century.

I went into tire barn new tires on my 2 year truck. I relied on tire barn to install the new tires that my truck needed. Within 3 months my truck is shaking going down the road. I took it to ford where there said balance and alignment is fine. That the tires are capping. Ford said the tires are defective. Called tire barn and the said they won't cover them because I declined allignment time of install. Which tire barn doesn't even offer that on truck my size. They sell trash tires and don't stand behind the garbage they sell. I encourage anyone not to ever use them.

I wouldn't waste your time here. I scheduled an appointment to get a tire looked at to see if I could get it filled with air or if it was not repairable. I was scolded for making an appointment two hours in advance. I order two new front tires to get drop shipped there and called ahead about getting them on and an alignment done. The employee said noAppointment needed, I said, "are you sure?" And he says, "yes you can just come in." So I come in, they said no alignment and no tires can be put on. I make an appointment to get everything done on Friday. I show up, they say, "we can't do the alignment because there's a car stuck on the rack, but we can put the new tires on." Why would I put new tires on without the alignment? I now have to come back a fourth time to finally get my tires put on and aligned. This is an outrageous waste of time, money, and driving on my spare. I expressed that I needed this done ASAP and rescheduling my appointment more than once is ridiculous. The service was terrible, I received no apology for coming here on three separate occasions. The employees were rude. This was an extremely frustrating experience.

I arrived for my 3pm appointment at 2:50. I had to wait in the lobby with my 2 kids. I was told it would be about 1 and a half hours. At 5pm I had my kids picked up because they hadn't even started working on my car yet. At 5:30 they finally took my car back. I was getting 2 new tires, rotated to the back, an alignment, and an oil change. The person came out to argue with me about my decision to put the new tires on the back, saying new tires should go on the front. The tire manufacturer, my car insurance provider, and my normal mechanic all say that when purchasing only 2 tires, new tires go on the rear regardless of front, 4 wheel, or rear wheel drive. Finally they agreed to put them on the back. At 7:10, the car was finally finished. They told me that they didn't know how to reset the "maintenance required" light. When I got in the car and started driving, the speedometer, which is digital only, had been changed from mph to km/h. I had to pull over to adjust it. The paperwork I got indicates that they didn't check the brakes and also says they did check the wipers and that the wipers were good despite the fact that one of the front wipers is actually missing half of the wiper blade. They told me one of my tpms sensors was bad as I was leaving but didn't mark that light as on in the paperwork or tell me which one.TL:DR : I was there over 4 hours, staff lacked knowledge, failed to check things they said they would, provided inaccurate paperwork.

On December 9th 2023 I took my car to get a wheel alignment and the mechanic broke a bolt on the rear control arm, not only did they not fix it they pushed my car in the Parking lot and told me that they are not liable for the damage, The manager Angel needs to be fired but in the meantime I'll see you in Court.

I called ahead of time for their soonest availability to check out my tire for a hole that caused it to deflate. They told me to just walk in. I came in ten minutes later and they refused to give me an estimated time for walkins? I ended up waiting about an hour and a half (keep in mind I did not need any crazy fix, just a tire checked out and possibly patched). My car wasn t even looked at by this time, so I left.

Appointment for them to replace valve stem and rebalance tire at 5pm. It is now 5:55 and they haven't even touched it yet. This place is a joke. Tires are brand new. Obviously it is not their policy to do an air check on the valves to make sure that they are working properly when the work is done. I paid 1500 for these tires and the stems.

I waited over 45 minutes to be told that they couldn t do anything to my car, then proceeded to try and charge me over $1,000 for things I didn t need. They tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires when I just replaced one last July.

I came in on December 29th 2023 with an appointment to get all 4 tires replaced. When I dropped my car off I asked about how long it would take and they told me 1-1.5 hours. However they didn t finish everything until 2.5 hours after my appointment time. The next day I got a call from Tire Barn informing me that they had left a tool inside my car and asked if I could bring it back, which was no problem. Fast forward another day I was going to bring said tool back and noticed one of my tires had lost 15 PSI since I had last drove it, which was when I left the shop on the 29th. I get there and return the tool then a mechanic looks at the tire and says that there is no leak and just adds air. Then today I get in my car and again the same tire is down 15 PSI. I went in and now they actually take my tire off and inform me that my rim is cracked. I asked why did I come in with no problems and now have a cracked rim and I was just told that they didn t crack it. They said there was no possibility that they could have cracked my rim and then told me to go somewhere to get it fixed. If a car comes in with 0 problems and leaves the shop with problems, common sense shows that the shop created the problem. I ve always enjoyed going to Tire Barn but I will never be returning.

Took my truck to have all 4 tires replaced and upon arrival to pick it up, my breaks went to the floor and my break line had been broken. They said they did not break it and that I would have to take it somewhere else to have it fixed. Also, Angel (the so called manager) is very unprofessional and very rude. I did call and made a complaint and am awaiting the claims department to call me back. I do NOT recommend any taking their vehicle to this facility. Unfortunately I had to choose a star in order to make this post. That is the only reason they were given the 1 star.

No point in making appointment when they serve walk in guests first. Waited an hour until they started on my car. Gave me wrong quote with wrong tire size. Customer rep. had plenty of attitude. Would not return nor recommend.

I absolutely recommend Tire Barn! Compared to other experiences I've had, the team at Tire Barn provided me an excellent experience filled with ease, expertise, and most importantly trust. From Crystal to Angel and the head honcho Bryan, everyone was a joy to work with. Tire Barn has earned my business, and I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon.

I stopped in to Tire barn to see about having my tires resealed and the cost. Obviously since because of the weather change I was having to continually put air in them. They had installed my tires in February. I was told by my mechanic to take them back to tire barn and that they would reseal them. I was told by the desk clerk it was 35.00. I was not told it was 35.00 per tire. Not asking for sympathy here but I m on a fixed income and 152.00 later that s a huge cost to me. The clerk was extremely rude when I questioned her about the cost. After all she is the one that told me the cost to reseal. Again she did not tell me the cost was per tire. I was to assume that it was per tire not a total cost. So beware of this company because thinking if the clerk tells you a price do not think it s per tire multiple by 4. I do not recommend this business at all especially after being treated this way. People in my opinion I was lied to.

I called on a Saturday and was able to drop my car off for a tire repair. Despite being booked for the day they got my car in and got the repair taken care of. I got excellent service and the process was very easy.

Took 3 hours to change 1 tire after being quoted only 45 minutes to an hour. Poor service and took forever on an easy job.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Paid for wheel alignment and paperwork was provided suggesting wheels were in alignment. When I received the car back, the steering column was crooked and the car tracks strongly to the left, definitely in worse alignment than prior to the appointment. This is the second time I ve used the Champaign tire barn and the second major mistake that s occurred.

I have gone to tire barn since I was a teen and had a car. And I have to say it's probably the best place to get tires on your vehicle I have been to. They are very friendly at the service desk. BUT, Don't think about talking to the service people in the bays. I went to tire barn this past week and I guess I caught one of them while having a bad day, and I got nothing but attitude from him. So I returned the favor with my attitude. But I still recommend it for tires and alignment issues.

Went there with my boyfriend last week shopping for new tires. We weren t quite sure which options they had for my car so decided to consult with the attendant. The lady who was working that day gave us a lot of attitude and very little helpful information about tires or the differences between the brands and models they offered us. When my boyfriend pointed out to her she was not accurate saying all tires she offered us last 3 years (where is that number even coming from?) she started addressing him as dear and asking if he had anything else to ask her. We left there with nothing but regret we even bothered to go there. I don t know about the quality of their work but their staff at the front desk should keep their attitude to themselves, it is not a good look for the shop.

7/17/23 final update: we got our full refund and have moved on. We will no longer use tire barn.7/7/23 UPDATE: 9 days later and we have no refund. Both Brian the technician and the very rude woman at the desk who refused to give her name have had conflicting info about how to get our money back. Brian has given a variety of inaccurate info regarding our refund process. We decided since its been 9 days (longer than the 5-7 business days but there was a holiday so we remained patient) we would call back. He said he failed to tell us he could only request a refund but not process the refund (not what he said before) and we had to call corporate. So after a 40 min hold with corporate we were told they just began processing our refund today and it would be 3-5 more business days starting monday 7/10/23. So we will continue to wait for our $800+ dollars and hopefully not waste anymore of our time in the process.Customer service is always AWFUL here. This morning was our last straw. We had been warned not to go there due to the bad service and even worse lack of customer service at the desk but regretfully gave it another try. After a long argument we requested a full refund and took our money to Norris Tire, got right in, and had a great experience.

This place tries to scam you. I got a quote before my tires were replaced, and when I was signing my bill I recognize that they tagged on another $200. They had to go to the back to take it off as it was clearly discussed. They also use all kinds of reasons to switch out my tires for inferior ones at the same replacement price. Once my car was in, first they say the ones we decided together were out and offered "better" tires at the same quoted price, then halfway through the service he said those were out too, and quickly wanted to switch to something inferior (comparing to my initial tires ) at the same price.Would not recommend.
