On Saturday 3/16/2024 we were stranded on the side of the highway just outside of Champaign. We called Tatman's and they arrived pretty fast. Cody was friendly and professional. He got right down to business as soon as he pulled up. He tried to charge our battery first instead of automatically towing us. We appreciated that he went above and beyond to try and help us. We ended up having him tow us to the nearest Auto Zone so we could repair our car and make it back home to Decatur.When it came to cost we were charged $195 total to tow us from the side of the highway about 7 miles out from Champaign.Which is point blank alot higher than it should have been but I was relieved to not be sitting on the highway with trucks speeding by.

Fetch is a great, a couple weeks ago he unlocked my girls car for us and last night helped us out by figuring out what the problem is with my car. Thanks Fetch, will be a long time customer.

Fantastic service, customer service was friendly and helpful, the towing specialist, Michael Grice, did a phenomenal job getting my car out of a tough parallel parked location and even backed the car up through a long driveway and difficult to reach covered parking area.

This place was amazing! They were very friendly, prompt and answered all of my questions as I was unfamiliar with the area. I would highly recommend them! Just got a tow on a flatbed for my vehicle over to Danville to my mechanic and BRANDON was a master at loading the car, courteous polite efficient! Not only that but Tatmans actually also with the extra mile. Pun intended. I made the call to do this yesterday not really thinking about the fact they need a flatbed And make certain they could have the right driver there for a 30 mile drive turns out it didn t work out through with AAA so I called Tatmans and spoke with the dispatcher. He made it so I didn t have to make another call to anybody and the flatbed with BRANDON, the master loader, arrived, perfectly on time, and is on its way to his destination cannot say enough about this company Way to go BRANDON Way to go to dispatcher. Called Tatman s to get our car jumped and the service was really I formative and helpful! Michael Grice was very friendly and helpful through the whole situation and gave us a battery change for our car! He was so helpful and was quick! This morning, I locked my keys and EVERYTHING inside of my car at work. (What a way to start my day) Mike from Tatmans came and unlocked my car door for me...quickest few seconds ever and was only a few mins late for work! Great personality as well!! Zach was awesome explaining the process and alleviating our worries as we have never needed a tow truck before. He handled our questions effortlessly and gave well informed answers. Phone staff were kind and informative. Out of a stressful situation (flat tire), Tatman s towing and Zach made the experience much easier at a great price. I would recommend.

We were in an unfortunate situation, but we were so fortunate to have Tatmans rescue us. Their dispatcher even sent an extra truck because we had five people in our car so they could transport us all. The drivers were thorough and even recommended a local restaurant for us to wait since we were stranded out of state.

Art McCulley and Zach M came within 30 minutes of my placing a request with AAA. They tested and replaced my car battery and finished the entire process within 30 minutes of reaching my place. They were courteous, explained everything clearly and responded to questions graciously. I am totally satisfied with the service I got today.

My wife and I broke down and called triple A. We were told Tatman's would be our towing service and would be there within the hour. Well within less than half of that we here a gentleman greeting us and we couldn't be happier to hear a friendly voice. Brandon made short work of gettin my truck strapped in and away we went to the dealership for repairs. He was friendly, personable, professional, and more than happy to help us get to the dealership safely. We hope we don't have to be towed again any time in the future but if it does happen we'd be happy to have Tatman's take care of us.

Horrible service, called dispatch for a heavy duty diesel mechanic .They had sent some halfling auto tech that tried giving me a jump, I was surprised to find out that he is not a diesel mechanic (dispatch was well aware of my equipment) .He didn't even have starting fluid ,he tried to charge me $250 for trying to give a jump,I ended up paying $70 just to get that cheapskate to leave .Even as a basic auto tech ,you failed by mixing up the +/- on the battery .Shortly after ,he was told to pack his cables and hit the road. Highly don't recommend this place ,save yourself the trouble and hassle of having to deal with these people .

Flat tire during this cold November days and Tatman's Towing came to the rescue. Cory was a great driver and super helpful/nice. My son Liam loved to watch the Tow truck man. It was only $70 too!

Michael was incredibly helpful and skillful, he replaced my tire with my spare in under 15 minutes and offered good advice for where to get my tire repaired.
