As always, the experience when scheduling and working with the employees and mechanics at Sullivan-Parkhill is beyond exemplary. I feel welcomed, listed too, taken care of, and in good hands with not only customer service but also my and my family's safety when it comes to our vehicle. I would recommend my friends, and colleagues to visit and work with you whenever possible and anticipate returning for more business in the future when we ready to upgrade or purchase a new vehicle. Easy to schedule and able to remote work while waiting. Always welcoming and helpful and gets the work done right in a reasonable amount of time. Service manager has always been candid about cost and better options, and I feel I can trust what they say and recommend.

My experience was excellent! All of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Tim Schulz was my salesman, very polite and super helpful. Larry and Andrew in financing was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that things went smoothly. Very pleased with the entire experience!

Went in to have a fender liner installed while getting routine maintenance. They did not have in stock, but said they would order. a couple of days later i left the car. They called and stated that the parts department ordered the wrong one and by the way, it needed something else in order to make it work and that would be $485 additional. No apologies, no reasoning why it wasn't seen earlier in the week by the other mechanic. Obviously no offer to reduce the price. Obviously for poor customer service i will never go back.

I brought my 2018 Colorado in for a diagnostic for a radio issue. The result was a $900 component that needed replacement.I showed the service tech the extended warranty information that I purchased from the Chevy dealer when I bought the truck. One tech said they only work with the warranty company they sell policies for; another said I should be able to get a pre-authorization by calling.When I returned with information on accessing the warranty, I was told point-blank that Sullivan doesn t honor any warranty they don t sell.I can t believe dealers don t honor warranties sold by other dealers.I will not set foot in your facility for any reason in the future, and I will make sure anyone I know hears about it.

We stopped in to Sullivan Parkhill Imports over the weekend to check out a few cars we had been considering and were greeted by Patrick McDaniel. He was incredibly thorough in the information he provided us and offered to let us know when a new model became available, in the process realizing one had arrived but had not been detailed/prepped for the show room yet. He brought it around for us to see and it was love at first sight. I was ready to take her home so Patrick got to work and made the whole process incredibly easy and painless. It was honestly one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. And since I was buying a new car before the detail team got their hands on it, they arranged for me to bring it back to get the full treatment. Patrick was a fantastic salesman; no pressure, no bs, just friendly and informative. I would happily buy another car from him and highly recommend both Patrick and Sullivan Parkhill Imports to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Chuck Norris is always on his game. He's personable, pleasant and knows his job well. Always going out of the way to help me.His co-worker was awesome too. Can't remember his name but he helped me too.Makes the experience much easier when the staff is kind.Having Chuck at the forefront of The Service Department has truly made my trips to Sullivan's much brighter.

Very great experience at Sullivan-Parkhill. Dale was awesome and helped up find what we were looking for. Very friendly, no pressure and easy in and out process. We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely be back again for future needs. Thanks again!

The communication could be clear. I have a fleet car that I bring to Sullivan every two months. Last time, my husband forgot to reinforce this detail (more because we always bring the car there), and the services were not fully executed.In another scheduled visit for 7 a.m., I called Sullivan a day before, asking permission to deliver the car at 9:30 a.m. because of a work conflict. They accommodated by phone. However, when we arrived there at 9.30 am, they said we were late and didn't provide the services.Also, I always request a ride, and the last time, the person called me on his way to my house, advising he was on his way to grab me there. Fortunately, one of my meetings was cancelled, so he didn't lose his trip.All my appointment issues were on a Friday (the best day for me to deal with car appointments). I wonder if the Friday personal duties make the staff anxious or if the company is understaffed on this day. That said, I scheduled my next appointment to solve the unsolved services this Wednesday, October 04th. Hopefully, it will go smoothly without issues.

I purchased my new Volvo over the phone since I don't live in the area. From start to finish, the overall buying experience was smooth. Coty Morris was my sales rep and he was phenomenal! He answered all my questions and sent pics/vids when I requested them. Larry in finance and Dan the manager were also great! This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. 10/10 would recommend.

My experience with Sullivan-Parkhill in purchasing our latest car was really terrific from start to finish. Each and every person involved went out of their way to make this purchase go smoothly. This includes Jacob, Don-Trell, Larry and Coty Morris. Coty spent a lot of time, upon delivery and in the days following, to educate me about all the many features of this fun, new vehicle. arrived early for my scheduled appointment which was at 1:30 pm, on a weekday, checked in with no problem. I was not happy with the wait for my car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The wait time was almost two and a half hours. This is why appointments are made to eliminate the wait time. I can see this with unscheduled appointments, which the dealership does not provide, but with a scheduled appointment which was made a few days in advance is not called for.

Brandon B. was the perfect sales person for me. He gave me the information I needed and answered all my question. He was laid back and no pressure, which is how I like to shop and make decisions. Larry, who took care of the paperwork, again, excellent. He gave me information on warrenties, and let me make decision s without pressure. I very much appreciated them. They made my experience purchasing a new vehicle as painless as possible.

All went well, everyone was very nice and pleasant. Not a long wait at all.The only thing, I can t tell by the paperwork is-if my tires got rotated or not. I said if I needed new tires then don t rotate them but if tires ok then go ahead and rotate, but I don t see a charge for that service but yet it sounds like in the wording that they were rotated and nothing about needing new tires. I m a bit confused. Thank you!

My wife and I bought a new 23 Chevy Traverse Premier at Sullivan-Parkhill today. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Ryan Carroll was our salesman. He was courteous, respectful and forthright. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle before we left the lot. I highly recommend you visit this dealership and ask for Ryan.

Rob at Sullivan-Parkhill is wonderful. You can tell he really loves Mercedes, he knew everything about the car and was helpful, patient and kind. I hate buying cars but Rob made it painless and I left feeling great about the car I bought. Dontrell was awesome too. After we were done he offered to look at the sale paperwork of my trade in and recognized some money I should get back, that I would never have caught. He ended up finding about $2500! Love these guys.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Was quick and while I was there test drove a used truck. Very clean, low miles and completely affordable. Was looking for a first vehicle for teen aged son. Ended up buying that truck a few days later. They got me warranty!!! Love my sales person Coty!!!

Overall it has been a great experience. The customer service is top notch. The best dealship I've been to. Don't hesitate to try the 2023 2.7l turbo silverado, I recently towed a 14' enclosed trailer filled with tools, furniture, exercise equipment and washer dryer. It got up to speed with ease and cruised at 80mph on the straights . The whistle of the turbo is faint but sounds very cool. You won't be disappointed.

I had a bad experience at another dealership about 2 months ago. I called Sullivan-Parkhill to get a second opinion and the person gave me a straight up answer and help that lead me to being able to purchase my leased vehicle. The other dealership was giving me a headache running in circles. I was able to follow the steps given by the sales associate at Sullivan-Parkhill and bought my car in less than 4 days after that with my lender. Because of that, I decided to bring my vehicles here instead of the other dealership for service work too. The time it took to get an appointment was a few weeks out, but that usually means you get quality service, which is what I got. My brake service also ended up being $60 less than what I was quoted at the other dealer s service center. I ll be bringing my family s vehicles back here. Chuck was helpful before, during & after my appointment and my car is driving much better after my brakes/rotor replacement and flush. The woman at the cashier s desk was also very kind and helpful, I apologize I didn t get her name. Thank you all for your dedication to superior customer service!

Initially I thought that my 2019 suburban premier was having electrical problems with the power running boards not functioning properly. I also had a punctured tire. So after further inspection the tech found a loose nail that had lodged itself by a sensor which caused the running board to keep going in and out. They removed the nail and fixed the tire. What I appreciate as much as them fixing my car is that they didn t charge me the whole $150 for the labor. They only charged me $75 because all they did was remove the nail and the problem was solved. So instead of a bill that could have been close to $200, only ended up being $115. I appreciate the awesome staff in the service department putting some money back into my pocket. I will definitely return whenever my truck needs to be serviced. Great Job Sullivan
