Bought this beautiful camaro at Sullivan Parkhill at a really reasonable price. The employees here are very friendly and efficient. I ordered this car in May and it was ready in just a little over a month. And because it's my first time buying a car, they patiently walked me through every step. What I like most about this dealership is that they actually listen to your concerns and create a deal that is best for you. If you ever come here, ask for Arthor, he will get your dream car.

2018 traverse purchased directly from sullivans. They brought in the Napletons employees from Chicago, which we all know scam people. Ran out most of their good employees that had been their for years. Look up how many lawsuits napletons have before purchasing. My family had bought multiple brand new vehicles from Sullivans over the last 20 years, and we will never purchase one again. They do not stand behind their warranties or their service. They also will not tell you if the issue is covered by warranty until you pay them to inspect it, knowing you will just be given them the inspection money. I have multiple issues with my newest vehicle purchase, and it was supposed to have a certified warranty. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS WARRANTY WILL HELP YOU. last time they told me I needed a new battery and wanted me to pay $350 for it not realizing I had the warranty and then once I asked about the warranty covering it, they told me only if I was stranded even though they knew it was working under 60%. Then the service tech changed his story and informed me he was new and the battery wasn't really that bad. Well, it was bad enough for you to request me to change it when you thought I was paying for it. Today I had another shop look at the vehicle because I don't trust Sullivans and I was informed that I needed new rear trailing links I simply called Sullivans to see if that would be covered under my warranty if they found the same thing to be true. They refuse to tell me that such an expense would even be covered until I paid them for an inseption out of pocket. He said he couldn't enter the part numbers in the system to see if it would be covered without me paying first.Again, this is not a third-party warranty. It is a certified 1 year warranty that came with the vehicle I bought directly from Sullivan's. I did not purchase it separately. Instead of researching, you are coming up with a reason that makes no sense.

The service was great I set an appointment come to my appointment at the time was forward in and out within an hour oil change tires rotation everything went well I gave them a great thumbs

Good place, dont contact people to let them know service is finished. Try to do more than requested.

I've only had good experiences at this establishment. Brent Woodworth (bodyshop) has always gone above and beyond to help me out, which is greatly appreciated. I am happy to have bought my car here!

I took my truck in for a recall and ended up picking it up because they couldn't get the correct part for the recall. The staff were friendly but it shouldn't take three days to just have to pick it up not fixed.
