Super quick and thorough. Filled all my fluids, vacuum, and checked my tires. Staff was super friendly. And did I mention fast? Great service

Called ahead of time and told the attendant exactly what the year, make and model of the vehicle was and the type of oil. I was quoted $47.95 plus tax and was charged $79.32!Methany and Methlissa came in the shop to tell tales.

I been coming to this place over 20 years. I am on my third vehicle now, the current one is the newest. I recently found out I have only one screw to my air filter. I was never told they dropped or lost them. Unsatisfied customer.

A rapid oil change place unlike the others. I had a bad experience a few years ago with a jiffy lube and used dealerships ever since, but couldn t get into a dealer so I gave this place a shot. I was very pleased with the quality of work here for oil changed - even saw a torque wrench come out for the drain plugs and the impact driver used only on skid plates. Did not get upsold on a couple small things I know the vehicle needed, it was listed on the sheet so I know they checked them but I always appreciate not getting a sales pitch. Will return for my next oil change - good value here

The manager asked me what oil I wanted he gave me two options one was $50 the other was $60. I told him I only have 60,000 miles on my car and I'll take the $50 oil "the cheapest one". I also asked to have my tires rotated. I got my bill it was $100.00. The oil they used was the expensive one that was $70. I told them that is not what I asked for. The employee had an attitude with me said he would speak to his manager (who was the one I spoke with on my oil change). The employee came back in and said he could refund me $15 when I should have been refunded $25. He then says his "manager" recommended that oil, I said that isn't what I wanted. Be aware "women" this place will take advantage of you! I will NEVER go here again. The manager didn't even speak with me as an unsatisfied customer. Been coming here to get my oil changed throughout college. There is usually never a wait, the guys are very nice, and they don t press you to buy more stuff that you don t need. I m in & out quick.

I have been going here for over 10 years for oil changes/maintenance and they are the best! Quick, consistent and professional service every single time! They even dealt with my old beater I used to drive that had a very difficult hood that was bent all crooked and out of line and always assured me it was not a problem(even though I'm sure it was). Highly recommend this place!

Meh. Not thrilled. Quick service, decent price, but not exactly friendly folks. Plus..... I think I can safely say we are all really tired of wearing masks and dealing with this pandemic but please enforce the mask wearing rules that are posted.... breathing your air inside your shop, in my car.. and spreading your whatever to my family is not appreciated. This is no freaking joke we got going around here. Just sayin'.

This is the only place I ll go for an oil change in Champaign. The staff is always so nice, professional, and efficient. On the few occasions where I ve had something else wrong with my car, they ve always explained it to me in detail, gave me price estimates, and told me how serious the issue is. They ve never tried to trick me into paying for extra services, which unfortunately can be the case for a lot of women at car shops.Service: Oil change

Service is always quick and the staff are always friendly. I go there with company fleet vehicles often and the customers who are there at the same time seem to be in and out as well.

Excellent, quickly done work with an informative chat about my car's needs at no extra charge. The employees are motivated and friendly. Also the chain is local, a business arrangement providing for more accountability if anything went wrong (nothing did.)

In and out in 9 minutes. Gave me lots of info about my car that I was completely oblivious to prior, for no charge. Also explained/showed me what was wrong with fluids and filters and told me what they should be like for future reference. Great service. Great people. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

I like to go here for oil change and tire rotation because it only takes 15 minutes to get everything done. No appointment needed. In other places or at a dealership you will probably have to wait 2 to 4 hours.

Was disappointed when I moved here and there was no Firestone (loyal customer for years) and the dealership wanted to charge me a crazy amount just to look at my jeep not even service it. Spent less than 50bucks and not more than 30 minutes there to get everything looked at and topped off. Also went right before the holiday so it makes sense there was a little way but I was expecting a much longer wait. Will be going here now for preventative car care.

they got fair price and fast service.they will also clean your car. Also one bonus thing is if you are lack of some filters you can straightly get most of them in the auto part shop next door.

Been paying for full service and I have not been getting it. Took my car to my mechanic and they said whoever has been doing the oil changes has not been doing their job correctly. I don't appreciate being screwed over.
