I had an appointment it still took an hour and a half to install two front tires. I was told it was almost finished then twenty minutes later told it would be twenty more minutes. Last time i had tires put on here it took a month to get me in. I'm not impressed.. I love the store but not the tire center

Purchased new tires..excellent customer service. Only complaint, no seating area for customers. I was told it could take up to 1.5 hrs. Luckily, I had items to purchase. Still finished with 45min possible wait time. Had to improvise and hang out in an outdoor furniture display. Smh

Staff here always friendly, they value each member with professional service and good price. New tires purchased here come with worry-free repair, rotation and warranty.

Absolutely nowhere to sit and wait on your vehicle understaffed wait time unbelievable will never buy tires here again

They said 60-90 minute wait to get my car in and my car was done in 60 minutes.

They messed up with wheel balance "twice". I had to go to a local shop to get it done correctly
