Hubby had to bring his Semi-truck here last Friday. Was having issues with his DPF system. So, they referred us to the nearby "La Quinta Inn" where we stayed for 6 nights, 7 days.[ Corporate rate of $50 bones a night]. Rushs' garage sends a lot of people their way so that helped the pocket book. Very friendly staff @Rush's. Beautiful facilities that are impeccably ran! Kirk was very polite & resourceful, as were the mechanics & staff there! Met the Head of Sales who was a Blessing as well! I would personally reccomend any "professional " driver to the Champaign, Illinois garage to get work done. Even though it took a while, the job exceeded our expectations & they went above the Call of Duty & made sure everything was a " GO" B4 sending us on our way! Great group of people!* hope your 1st Annual Tent Party extravaganza was a huge hit!! We left the day B4, so we missed it.:( * God Bless, Jeffery & Jennifer Simpson:)

STAY AWAY! There's something very wrong with this placeI had issue with transmission they just diagnosed with computer and they take 45 minutes to check it they said no problem with it. They told me i have to take to freightliner dealer. It's 180 labor P/H and charge me $1,178 time cheater no touch the truckDon't sign anything unless you want to be charged up the wazoo for just an estimate. If you're crazy enough to authorize the work, you'll end up paying six times the fair price. Find an honest mechanic somewhere else! If there were negative stars, I' give them fivePlease please please do not go there.

I m back on the road with the parts I needed. Special thanks to Woody for going above and beyond to make sure I didn t miss anything. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with them again.

How do you mess up a seatbelt? The thing is always choking me and I have to keep moving the strap lock back in place. At the end of the day I end up with a long roll of seatbelt laying on the floor.And why exactly do I need a warning noise every 30 seconds letting me know Im out of Washer Fluid? REALLY?Me: I have to back up truck.Truck: BING! YOURE OUT OF WASHER FLUID.Me: OK But let me back this truck u...Truck: BING! YOURE OUT OF WASHER FLUID!Me: I need to do my job and back this truc...Truck: BING! Truck fuel system gelled up was brought here ..they thawed it but they are also doing my fuel pump recall and fixing my bunk heater haven't got it back yet but so far they're doing pretty good

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place is awful. We were told our truck would be done by Sunday. After they had it since Wednesday. We are out of business without our truck and they knew this. They were the ones that assured us that we would have our truck back by Sunday. Friday rolls around and we got a notification that the tech was working on it. Called, still not done. Saturday rolls around, called and said It was waiting for a test drive but there were no cdl drivers there. This truck does not require a cdl to drive. Now Monday, and we were told it would be ready by mid morning. It's almost 1pm and it's still not done. Waiting on a test drive. This is absolutely ridiculous. We have been out of business since last Wednesday. When we told the workers that we were told we would get our truck back by Sunday, he said "there were other trucks that have been there longer". Absolutely awful service. We will be taking our truck elsewhere from now on.

Kirk and the whole staff were very friendly and helpful. The mechanic was young and the work took a little longer than expected. They didn't charge for the actual time though. I appreciate the mechanic taking his time to do the work right the first time. He did an outstanding job because of this.

Took the company truck in for a emergency repair. The place was very clean, bathroom was nice. However the drivers lounge was a joke. The chairs sucked, the vending machines only took coins (who carries coins) I asked about ordering food and the lady didn't know. I called many places after a few hours and no one would deliver. I had to walk a mile down a busy road to get some food. On top of it all they didn't hook up the leveling arm and we had no air in the back suspension.

Truck was in the shop for transmission issues. Said they couldn't find anything. Fine. Could have been an issue between the steering wheel and driver's seat. However. While it was there, supposedly they found a couple air leaks. Cool.Except now while parked the truck is losing air 10x faster than before. Used to go all night, maybe hit 70 psi. Now? 30 minutes. 60 psi. And, because it's an International, the low air chime kicks on no matter the key position.THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE SLEEPLESS NIGHT. REALLY APPRECIATE IT.If you're going to fix something, make sure it's ACTUALLY fixed before releasing the truck.

Friendly, but took 10 days for a clutch job and had to go back because they forgot to connect the air line for the splitter.

So far I've had a great experience with this repair shop. My company we had a bus to break down and this shop has been more then helpful in getting answer for my company. Mr Byron has been an awesome guy. We will using them in the future if needed

Yes. The rating I left was not correct. I'm not exactly sure how I had done that ( 1 star) but that was supposed to have been (4 stars) So I am correcting my mistake. GREAT PLACE, FRIENDLY PEOPLE EVERY TIME.

They fixed our truck, but it ends there. Picked it back up, fridge was left open, maggots everywhere, food littered all over the place. They unhooked the unit in the back and never plugged it back in. Thankfully I had small enough hands to get our AC working again. They never answered their phone no matter when or who called. Truck still pulls. Be wary and expect maggots on food left behind, (a few day fix turned I to almost two weeks ) as they don't shut any of the windows. I had to deep clean for hours to get the bugs out.

Kirk and the entire staff were very professional. Excellent communication. Cody was awesome. He stayed well after closing until my ride came to get me back up to Chicago. My truck is riding great now.

Less than one star. 4 weeks to put a driveshaft in. And back to square one.And they still don't have the right one. First they forgot to order part of it, Then get all of it to find out they ordered a driveshaft that's 3 inches off. How hard can it be?? Lol it's almost getting comical.

I called this facility when they opened in the morning. They said they could have a tech come out for a service call. He would be there about 10:00 am (3 hrs ). After all, I was 15 miles away from the shop. He did show up at 10 as told. He run my codes and they were as I had told them over the phone (emissions sensor). I was then informed that he wouldn't be able to work on my truck at location and would need it towed. Once I was at their shop, I was basically ignored for the rest of the day. Early afternoon they said that were going to try to squeeze me in. When evening rolled around they said it may be a day or two, they are really busy. A couple hours later they ask me to go find a room some where as they were going to park my truck inside for the night so I wouldn't be able to stay in it. Stating that 1st shift might be able to get started on it the next day. That's when I had, had enough and asked for my keys and to pay for the service call. It took another 45 mins for that to happen. The service call bill had the service call charge, an hourly charge for the tech, lap top fee, which I was Ok with but the misc charge for $135 and a EPA charge. I call bs. I honestly believe they had NO intention of working on my truck when they ran the service call.

Stay Away! There's something very wrong with this place.Don't sign anything unless you want to be charged up the wazoo for just an estimate. If you're crazy enough to authorize the work, you'll end up paying six times the fair price. Find an honest mechanic somewhere else! If there were negative stars, I' give them five.

Our truck was leaking oil while on a high priority load. Spoke to Matt and he took the time to guided us in getting our truck back on the road.Thank you Matt. You're truly a nice guy. I will definitely be coming back.Sham Transportation LLC

Nice guys, but my worst experience with a business ever. I have been to other rush centers and been in and out...for the most part. Here, I broke down Wed morning and called them. They said we can get you in this afternoon. My truck was there by 10am. They said after lunch we will get it in. At 3pm they said our second shift will be here soon and can look at it then. At 5pm, they said we will not get to it today. The next day they got it in at 1pm (27hours after my arrival) few hours later they figured out what it was and did not have the part. The part was an hour and a half away. They said they can have it UPS by 9:30am the next day.(That is Friday morning, remember I got there Wed morning). I offered to rent a car and go get it so second shift could get it in and me be on the way. They said no. Now that my truck was in the garage, I went and got a hotel room. That evening, they called, "we missed UPS, if you still want the part here by Friday, you will have to pay an extra $30 freight". Of course I said yes, I want to get out of this twilight episode. Friday morning, I called from my hotel around 10 am to confirm the part is in and they are working on it. "No, the freight truck may not be here till 3pm". At this point I am ready to rent a car and drive home but I hold out for the chance that they are going to have me back on the road in time to make the delivery that is on my trailer. Around noon I walk to the shop from the hotel, no part yet. After waiting in the lounge for hours, the part arrives at 3pm. Do they start working on it? NOPE. I asked at 4pm what happening. Their response," the guy that was going to work on it called in. We will have someone else start on it later when they finish what they are doing. I told them, if you can have me on the road by 5, I can still make delivery this evening, otherwise receiving will not open back up till Monday and I am stuck 500 miles from home for the weekend. At 5, the part is still laying on the counter so I go for a walk. At 8pm I called, this shop works till 11pm.They still did not have the old part off, I got another room. I cannot figure out why the old one was not taken off while waiting on the new one to show up so it was ready when the new part came. I ended up getting a room again...... Here it is 9:30 am Sat morning, I called the shop. Still not done! The issue here is not that the guys are jerks, or even that they do not know how to fix an International. Nice group of guys. BUT it certainly appears that the way this place is managed is less than stellar, this is the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Knowing what I know now, if my truck breaks down right in front of this Rush shop, I will have it towed to the next closest shop regardless of the cost of tow.

Crooks and lowlifes. Tye rod gave out nearby and they charged 3 times amount for part, and approx. 4 times labor.Somehow found another $2k in work that the next 2 mechanics said it doesn't need. They like to take advantage of out of towners.Avoid if you can.

Traveling across country from Carson City, Nevada in a 2018 motorhome. Booked to stay in the small RV park next door to this repair facility.About a mile away from the stop for the evening we encountered a catastrophic failure of the DEF system in the engine. This facility not only got us right in but had a diagnosis of the other on going problem that our home Cummins dealer couldn find. Ordered the part one day freight, part came in next morning from Alabama and was installed. I am in business this business went above and beyond on this repair. It seems usually that I have not so good thoughts concerning garages and dealers, however, the Rush truck center in Champaign, Illinois was outstanding from the front desk, management, parts and mechanics. Thank you very much!!

It took them 3 hours from the time it got into the shop to fix an airline. That's just f****** nuts. I don't like to write bad reviews but if you're in any kind of Rush don't go to Rush Truck Center.

I had a small noise in my truck: the my first told me for the parts and service it would be round $1200 then when I went to pick up the truck they once told me $2856 then when I told them I was told for $1200 they charged me $2444 after takeoff my truck in the road the noise was still there. Go here if you want to be ripped off and not have fixed what you came here for I wish I never brought my truck at this place.

$2200 to DIAGNOSE my truck problem (which they mis diagnosed the previous multiple recent trips in) and that doesn't include the cost of "putting it back together" seriously??? I have several other brands of trucks and the dealers for them are much more reasonable

Very poor service and when asked to do other tests will not give answers. Try to say you need things you do not. Would NOT recommend going there.

Had one of my trucks regen system acting up, they pulled it in did a few force regens on it got the light to go off and it to run good and only hit me for around $500, and down just a few hours, didn't try to upsell anything or do any costly repairs the truck didn't need or do anything I didn't want, great people, thanks again!
