Called in for a muffler repair, got it in the next day and they completed the repair within 3 hours. Good service and fast, would've cost much more from the dealership.

I came here to get my brake pads replaced. They ended up replacing pads, calipers, and rotors. I paid what seemed like too much but I needed it done so I ate the cost.A couple days later, my tire blew out. A mechanic found that one of my brake calipers RightSolutions had installed was not properly sealed. It was missing a bolt. I was towed back here to have them fix their mistake, which they did at no cost.However, when I went to get my tire repaired, I was informed that my tire was completely fine and that my rim had cracked. I was told by 2 separate mechanics that the loose caliper caused the cracked rim. This cracked rim caused my tire to not be able to hold air. I contacted RightSolutions and told them this and they would not accept responsibility for causing my cracked rim and they refused to make it right mechanically or financially. I ended up paying an additional $400 at other businesses to fix a problem that was caused by RightSolutions. I would recommend getting repair work done elsewhere.

Scam artist. They scam me for a car. Told me that it needed a new engine and well they fixed it right when I got there. Basically stole my car from me. I was sooo sooo heart broken sad til this day. If I can give them 0 stars I would. I hope they go out of business for what they did to me. Don't go here. BEWARE. DONT GO HERE. THEY WERE NOT HONEST WITH ME AT ALL. DONT GO HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A MECHANIC. THEY ARE TOTALLY SCAM ARTIST. NOT HONESTREAL BIG TIME LIARS AND I was stranded in Champaign Illinois and that's what they did to me.

Awesome people. My engine light came on and I stopped by without an appointment. They took a look at my car immediately and told me I had close to no oil. The mechanic got me all the oil he can find in the shop and told me to get oil change as soon as possible. Didn't even charge me for anything. Will definitely come back for any car issues.

I had an exhaust leak I thought might cost me 1000's. It took me calling them to get it taken care of. In and out on my lunch break. Great guys. Thanks Right solutions recommended be Norris Tires.

They do great work. Got recommended to them by a friend. Not only did they put my engineer in my car, they also tighten up a few other mishaps I was having that I didn t know about. Really glad that I could find somewhere in town that I trust! I've been here three or four times already and Cris is always professional and friendly. He has a keen eye for details and always fine tunes little things that I don't even ask for! My car is always ready on time and have had zero issues. Answering the phone took a few rings but I took my Mini Cooper in and they were awesome. Quick service and their prices were spot on. Cris was wonderful to talk with and the customer service was great. Office was small but adequate. I will be coming here again, not only for my Mini but for my truck as well.

I called last minute for an issue with my windshield wipers not working. They got me in immediately, fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes and sent me on my way, smiling and happy, for a VERY reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys!

Great service. I was treated fairly, very reasonable price, on replacement of a belt tensioner. I am an out of town worker with out of state license plates. Very happy with my experience.
