Personally heard great things and was recommended by multiple people. However, if you have a high end luxury vehicle like they claim to work on do not bring it here. Paying $420 for my vehicle to come back not even put back together and a huge scratch in my driver door, when brought to his attention he wanted to argue with me stating the scratch must ve happened after I picked up during transport (Mind you I saw it in the shop I just didn t address it because I was helping rush the vehicle out/seen dust and paint marker all over the vehicle assuming it was that.) After getting the vehicle home and thoroughly looking over the Coil packs were all still unplugged and some lifted where debris could go into the motor, no spark plugs in the vehicle or with what so ever & when I went to wipe what looked like paint marker turning out to be the huge scratch on the drivers door. Bringing my vehicle to a shop with a considered good reputation is highly disappointing to receive this type of service and I can only hope it happens to no one else.(Edited) Proceeds to message me trying to justify the fact the car was not put back together and how I would ve paid all this extra money in storage fee s which he didn t charge me , which I would ve gladly paid getting my vehicle back in quality condition but there s clearly a reason I didn t get charged a storage considering how you treated my vehicle. Don t do business here.

I ve been in UC about a year and a half as a JJ delivery driver and I always take my car to Perfect Touch. I ve had many issues with my cars (2008 Honda civic, 2015 ford focus) with all the miles I ve put on it, from broken axles to nails in my tire and I always take it to Ricky and Perfect Touch. Ricky is the best, he s very honest and extremely trustworthy. He s great at communicating when you can come in so you don t have to wait very long. He has very fair prices and is very kind and professional. I haven t taken my car anywhere else and don t expect I will. Ricky is the best and perfect touch is a place you can trust your car is in good hands. 10/5 stars, truly!

They did a great job fixing my Land Rover. No over charge they kept me informed of what else was really needed for my vehicle to be in great driving condition. Sometimes it can be a little hard not hearing back from them, but understand they are really busy. My vehicle never felt so smooth in driving when I bought it, but after he did his work and runs so smooth no complains at all. Honest work he does. I will be bringing my Range Rover here every time. Drove 40 mins to come here! Totally worth it!

We took our kia soul there with a very loud issue with the exhaust. Had we taken it to the dealership, they would have replaced the whole exhaust system without question. When we took it for a diagnostic + oil change, Ricky asked the right questions and we were confident when we left. He even gave us a ride back to our apartment personally. When we picked the car back up, he explained that there was another related issue with the car, and showed us the exact part that had to be replaced and why it needed to be replaced. He was incredibly kind and was excited to introduce us to what felt like a brand new car. We've only been in CU for a little over a year, and we will continue going back for everything. Thank you, Ricky!

Absolutely excellence service (and price!) if you need honest, reliable and affordable service, look no further! I was referred to Perfect Touch when I was needing an oil change for my Mercedes. Ricky provided outstanding service so I took in my Porsche the next week instead of taking it to the dealer. I m highly impressed with his service, business, and price.

The owner is really present when you engage. He was very kind enough to drop me off and pick me up as my vehicle needed to be with him for the day. Very professional and excellent job at very reasonable prices.

Have not gone to this repair shop yet, but my first experience with them was not very good, over the phone customer service is terrible. You'd almost hesitate to take your car there based on the way they handle their phone etiquette.I will leave another review after my physical experience taking my car in.Not certain I'll have it repaired there we will decide that at that time.

This is the best repair shop for german cars in Chambana area, and Ricky is a really honest,thoughtful, caring mechanic. He is the person that you can trust. Very good mechanics that will go at lengths to diagnose the root of any issues. Sought local shop that specialized in maintaining German cars. After oil leaks and timing issues, I was concerned I would need to get a new car, but now my VW runs like it never had a problem.Makes for an easy decision to return for future service.Service: Engine repair

Ricky was great to work with! Was honest about his pricing and was able to fix what other mechanic shops did not want to touch. Had a few issues while fixing the original problem but he was able to take care of it for me. Vehicle appears to be running well now. Will definitely go to him for any future work!

I moved to Illinois from Delaware, I didn't know anyone. Especially, no one that I trusted to repair my Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited. I found Perfect Touch AutoRepair online as a business close to where I was living.I showed up, was greeted with professional courtesy and a warm family welcome. I met Ricky who insisted on taking time to assess my car problems, which I appreciated. From day one, Ricky was honest, forth coming and frank with his assessment of what the problem could be or was. His prices are very fair.No matter how many times I called, texted or dropped by the shop to check on my Jeep, he and his staff didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. Perfect Touch is hard to find and it won t win any awards for aesthetics but Ricky and his team are skillful mechanics and they re honest. I went there because they were the only repair shop open on a holiday weekend. We had driven 12 hours to Champaign and needed an issue fixed for the trip home. Ricky correctly diagnosed the problem and got us set for the trip home. I m so grateful to have stumbled upon this place. Normally, I do not write a review but today, I felt the obligation for fellow residents. If you have problems with your car, Call Ricky. It was great pleasure to meet Ricky, the owner of the mechanic shop. He is a straightforward but still very polite, of course, honest mechanic. He will take of your car. Just call him ask for estimate. He will let you know what it is and how much it is. You don't need to play a game with him.

I ve been getting my car fixed by Ricky for years. I came to him when I bought my first car and at the time I didn t know much about cars (I was young) but never did Ricky take advantage or steer me in the wrong direction. He is very honest and knowledgeable in what he does. He always helps me out with the best advice about my car and does an awesome job with any repairs for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!!

Had a blown head gasket on my 2011 Mini Cooper. Although it cost me a pretty penny to get it repaired, Ricky did a fantastic job getting my car back to better than first purchased condition he even fixed my headlight at no additional cost!
