It was easy to schedule an appointment, get the tires, and get them on, as well as get the car aligned. We don't just trust anybody with Dad's car, so we were hesitant. However, the staff was super polite and helpful. The car rides great and it's was so easy to get a fast appointment to get the tires delivered to their store and installed. I loved that they had free soda, coffee, and hot chocolate for everybody. Their prices were lower than several other places. They offered a great warranty and we will go here from now on. Thank you to all of the staff.

Matt was really helpful throughout the process, and I have always received high quality auto care at Norris. I really appreciated the breakdown that was emailed to me and that they gave me the pricing up front before they did anything besides the requested oil change and tire rotation. Matt kindly explained things when asked, but never mansplained anything to me. Great service!

I realize some of this was just happy timing in regards to a bay being available, but I went in hoping to schedule something a week out, instead they were happy to replace my tires and change my oil immediately if that was what I preferred. I happily agreed and began thinking how to get home. Oh, they have a courtesy shuttle! Dropped me right in my driveway. Work done exactly when they said, exactly as promised, for exactly the estimate which was actually less than I'd expected before pricing the tires. Excellent experience all around! I plan to be back soon for more work.

I walked in because my lug nuts were swollen and I couldn t change my tires. Despite having a list of cars in there, they got me in the same day. I was patient as I didn t have an appointment and just happy to be serviced. To my surprise, they fixed my problem quickly. Which was appreciated because I go to the University and was busy today. I think they are nice people based on my interactions with them.

I took my car here last week for an oil change and a tire rotation. They do a free vehicle inspection which I thought would be a good thing. However, they informed me that the results of this inspection showed that my rear brake pads were cracked and needed to be replaced for an exorbitant sum. I decided to get a second opinion and I m glad I did as I was able to see with my own eyes that my rear brake pads are in great shape and in fact, not in need of replacement. Furthermore, I ve taken my car to Norris Tire twice for a tire rotation and after both tire rotations, my car needed air put in the tires. Lastly, despite the fact that I made an appointment almost a week prior for 10am, I waited for the tire rotation/oil change for 2.5 hours. All of these issues have lead to my rating as I m pretty frustrated that I was mislead regarding my rear brake pads and that I ve now had to pay twice to put air in my tires immediately after rotation. I won t be bringing my car back to Norris Tire and Auto.

Norris came highly recommended. And while the gentlemen who worked at the customer service counter were very kind, I did not appreciate the obvious preferential treatment of the man who came in just ahead of me. I arrived at my exact appointment time. He, based on the interaction with the employee, did not have an appointment. Yet his vehicle was taken before mine, and I was made to wait four times longer than had originally been stated when I called to schedule the appointment.Also, I was offered a filter replacement since mine showed signs of needing replaced. Ridiculous. I had just replaced it with my oil change, at a different establishment just two weeks prior.On a positive note, I appreciated the reasonable cost of a tire rotation and balance. However, my experience was marred with obvious preferential treatment and dishonesty in offering a necessary filter replacement. I happen to be a female who knows better. :/ Come on. Do better!

My ford explorer was leaking oil. Norris Tire did a great job at identifying the issue and getting my car up and running. I also had a great pleasure conversing with I believe Becky at the front desk and Dan who shuttle serviced me to my needed location. Thank you guys for being so kind and helpful. Enjoyed the experience.

Love using Norris! Able to get an appointment within a few days and they worked with my schedule. Got my car done quickly. Reasonable prices. Shuttle that they offer was extremely helpful in getting to work and had a friendly driver. Great employees that explain everything they need/had to do and why. Highly recommend!

I had to stop by to get an alignment done afrer getting new tires. Chuck, the service advisor, was eager to help me as soon as possible even though I was a walk-in customer. I got help from another service advisor. I didn't get her name, but she was also very professional. It was also great to see them appreciate military personnel and veterans. I feel great supporting a local business. I will be back.

Tyler and the entire staff at Norris Tire are so willing to serve the customer with a helpful attitude. I m too old to deal with jerks, and quite frankly will not put up with it. So I am especially grateful when dealing with nice people who are also excellent in what they do. Great customer service at Norris Tire!

I called to see if Norris could fix my slow air leak and they said to come in. I came right away and they quickly started working on it. In about an hour they were finished working on the leak for two tires and explained the issue of the tires not being well sealed on the rims. They cleaned the rims of some deposits, applied a sealer and remounted the tires, saying I should never have the problem again. We ll see, but I an very pleased for the timely repair by competent people.

I respect and appreciate the employees at Norris. They referred me out instead of only giving me the choice of a full $2800 exhaust system for my Buick Enclave. That's integrity and trustworthiness. I will definitely be back to Norris if I have any future problems with my car. Thank you!

I'd never been to Norris before, but came in without an appointment because one of my tires was almost flat. The service staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The repair took under 30 minutes. And, the time spent in the waiting area listening to interactions between staff and other customers prompted me to get a (very reasonably priced) quote on new tires. I'll be coming back to Norris very soon!

Our son s high mileage car was in need of new tires, Norris Tire staff helped him find a safe and affordable tire for an odd size rim in under 24 hours! Thank you.PS when picking up the car there were other grateful patrons who were picking up their vehicles and a table full of customers playing cards, great atmosphere created by Norris Tire!

I ve been using Norris tire since 2018 and have never had an issue with service. They re honest, reliable, and will always tell you exactly what is wrong with your car. However, their speed of service is sub-par at best. I always find myself most of a whole day, if not multiple days for my car to be completed. It doesn t seem viable for myself and my time if I drop my vehicle off at 8am for a pre set appointment and my car is done almost dead last when everyone that came after me is done and gone through. I wait 5 hours to have my car test driven for just 15 minutes.

I'd give this place six stars if I could. I got a flat tire with my wife and 6 month old daughter just past Effingham and needed a new tire but everywhere was closed early for the holiday weekend. We called them an hour before they were set to close and explained our situation and upon hearing our crying baby in the background, they said they would stay open until we arrived on our spare donut so they could take care of us. They were quick, efficient, very kind, and definitely not over priced. I can't thank the team out there enough for taking care of our family!

Great service and staff. Was very pleasantly surprised by the tire warranty that is lifetime and the one year roadside assistance that came with my purchase. Plus, they have a discount for Military (active or retired).

Came in to have my tire checked. Initially was told it may be an hour and a half to two hour wait. I decided to wait. Chuck did the intake (he was great. Jacob did the service. His notes were very thorough and professional). They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and courteous. If I ever need service again, I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking care of me so quickly and for keeping my car safe.

Wonderful shop. Tyler and his crew were fabulous to work with. I was kept up to date as the work was performed on my car. Saved tremendously from what the dealership had quoted me for the same repairs. This shop will be the only shop working on my vehicles. Period.

First visit in a long time (my last visit was back when Norris was located at the corner of Springfield and Country Fair). I received the same great service this visit as I remember from past visits years ago. 5-stars this visit for my oil and filter change. Also checked my vehicle over for anything else that may need to be addressed and made some recommendations. I appreciate that. I will be back in a few months for my next service.

The team at Norris Tire and Auto is consistently great. I haven t had a bad experience there, and I feel that their prices are very fair. Excellent customer service every time, especially from Chuck and Becky.

The mechanics and staff at Norris Tire & Auto Center are exceptional! They are very trustworthy. I have been going there for 8 years and would not take my car anywhere else. Everyone needs a good mechanic in their life. You will get one at Norris Tire!

I was needing a new set of tires for my Ford Escape and Norris Tire was the first place that I called to get a quote. I set up an appointment for installation and Chuck and Beth were very friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable when I walked in the door. This was my first-time doing business with Norris Tire but it will not be my last.

My car broke down in Illinois, and we towed it here. It was awful service. They were trying to way over charge us to replace the radiator. The customer service was not good either. I called multiple shops and all estimates where at least 300$ cheaper.EDIT**shortly after this I was contacted by the company. They were so kind and tried to talk with me to fix the problem. I was glad to hear from management that actually cares for their customers.

We won't have tires and routine service done anywhere else. Norris, and in particular, Chuck are awesome. Keep us informed of the progress of any service/tire work and take the time to explain all work done. Reliable, fast and friendly to deal with, what's not to like?

I wasn't expecting a "while you wait" tire repair, but that's what they did, and within a reasonable length of time. To top it off, the tire repair was surprisingly affordable, and they even stowed my donut spare tire back in its spot under the cargo area of the car. I'll go back here for all of my tire needs.
