I had been a customer at Midas for over a year dealing with the same issue over and over again. Then the company hired Rob as the manager at the Moreland Blvd. location and he immediately identified the issue and sent me away a satisfied customer. I almost lost faith in this particular location but I feel as though you all did a great job hiring this guy and I m sure that it s going to be a lot more satisfied customers. Thanks and keep up the great work Rob!

10 stars all the way!! I was out of town for work when my jeep didn t start at hotel. Got a quick tow to Midas. The customer service was off the chain!! They treated me like family and super explained everything. I got a new battery and new starter in less than 2 hours. I would recommend you come here for any maintenance needs.

I had a great experience with Tim today, he was very patient and willing to explain everything when I had questions. He even showed me my own old shocks, that's transparency right there. Very much recommend this location. Parts are pricey but the customer service made up for it

Brake light kept coming on and came to get free brake check and potentially replace brake pads. Easy to schedule appointment over phone.Tim was great and even let me go into the shop and showed me the brakes and that they were fine; Didn't charge me at all either after the work done to check the brakes.

Shop was able to provide a fast service without missing any important details communicated. Vehicle was brought into the shop in less than 5 minutes of arriving and was repaired in under an hour. Honest work and honest pricing for a great service done by the team.

I ve had two great experiences at Midas. My most recent one, I had some pretty serious issues and expected to be out of commission for a while. Tim got my vehicle in on Thursday with the appointment set for Saturday. Him and his team were able to knock out the repairs by Friday evening so I was back on the road by Saturday! I m very impressed.

Rob is always very helpful. He knows how to get parts fast and makes sure the job is done right. Always a pleasure to deal with someone who is actually knowledgeable and not trying to rip you off.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! Jason is as incompetent and dishonest as other reviews have suggested.Had my car in their shop for about a week, took days longer than promised to get the tires in. Once I received my car back, not only was the shaking & noise I had gone in for somehow worse (they barely did a visual inspection when my safety is at risk, slapped tires on and called it a day) but my alignment was also worse.Either they lied & didn't align my vehicle or, since the initial problem I went in for wasn't even diagnosed, my wheel will actually fall off if I don't get it fixed. Thank you for wasting my money, my time, and risking people's lives on the road for a quick buck.

Great Service, honest and friendly people. Showed me the problem and kept me informed of exactly what they were doing. I came in at close of business with a bad sound coming from my rear wheels. Timothy, the manager, was able to get me in the next morning. They showed my the problem and in the end the bill was several hundred less than originally quoted. Highly recommend this location.

We have been coming to Midas for many years. The customer service and attention to detail is amazing. They have done oil changes, engine maintenance, and addressed engine issues. They do ful diagnostics and check everything to ensure they are able to get you back on the road safely. We plan to keep coming back

Editing review to a 4 solid stars. They have a new manager who fixed the broken part on our jeep and apologized for the poor service I previously received.They broke a piece in my jeep while doing an oil change and didn't tell me, we noticed the strange sound on the way home. They acknowledged they broke it and said they'd order a part. They never called me, now I can't get through to them, when I can I'm put on hold for 10+ minutes. Am I going to have to just set up camp in their lot?

I was driving through town and had gotten a nail in my tire on the interstate. Called Midas and Timothy had me drive straight there and fixed my tire. He was awesome and literally was an absolute blessing! I wouldn't have made it to my final destination without his help!

Great experience, they went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken car of before they completed their work. Very nice people and knowledgeable about their work. Will definitely come back.

This place was my go-to until they drove off with my car during an oil change in December. I waited almost 2 hours and they never said anything because they didn t think I noticed them drive out of the parking lot and down the road with my car and all of my keys. Cost more than $60 for an oil change too.

I was having tire problems. It turned out I needed my front two tires replaced because they were damaged beyond repair. They found the spots that were leaking. I needed a rare size that midas didn't have in stock, so they fixed it as best they could, DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANY MONEY since they couldn't completely fix the problem, and sent me to another local business that had the tires my vehicle needed in stock. 6 out of 5 stars for integrity and honesty.

Jason was amazing. They helped me when I had a light on my dash come on. I would totally recommend them to everyone. Great job guys. They had us in and out and even allowed my puppy to sit inside with us.

I got a good experience with Midas today! I called in the last minute to schedule my appt because I was worrying about my brakes. Midas helped me get in to appt in the same afternoon. Good thing is that everything is good and they did not find any problem with my brakes. I am so happy and feel like a huge relief! Timothy is very professional and did a great job explaining things to me and answering all my questions! I would highly rec this place and will definitely return in the future!

My experience at Midas was outstanding to say the least. I called Midas because my car was just having issues that day. When I called I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Tim who was super helpful with listening and understanding my car issues. He asked me to stop in and lets take a look. When I stopped in Tim took the time to look at my issues and found out it was a simple fix on his part and my car worries were over and no charge . Big thanks to Tim I will return with any issues I have again. Thanks Midas

Do not come here for a Tire change/4 replacement. My experience was awful. I'm not even willing to take the time to go into detail since so much of personal and professional was wasted with no consideration. I will say the owner of my company overheard enough to hand me the corporate card and direct me to Tire Barn instead. Wonderful experience. If you need new tires, go to Tire Barn instead. Ask for Brian.

To start, I ll say that the new manager, Tim, informed me that he recently took over the service desk and some mechanics had been replaced. He expressed an intent to redress previous concerns caused by previous mechanics, which feels like enough for me to not give an overly brutal review.Back in October 2024, I received an oil change from Midas. The next day, we found oil spots in our parking lot and the skid guard had come loose on the highway. We took it back to Midas and they confirmed that neither the oil cap nor skid guard were reinstalled properly.A replacement skid guard was ordered, but I never received a phone call. I had called about every 2 weeks to check on it and each time there was a comment about the supply chain problems (understandable) or a lack of knowledge about such an order. I last called in January and learned that a mystery skid guard had been in the shop for a few weeks. We brought our car in and it was a fit. We were able to waive the costs of the part and installation.

This place is a waste of time. They'll book an appointment with you, but not have tires or parts. Would not recommend!Specifically don't talk with Jason. He is a liar and will make assurances to you, but has no remorse when at fault.I will never be back and one appointment was for $700-800 tires.Owner who read this review didn't care to lose business. I went to Firestone --> 5 stars for them! Do yourself a favor and use Firestone.

I was helped by Rob great guy funny to talk too, they were fast got an oil change they even showed me fuel valves that needed cleaning i wouldn't of known and prices werent bad saved 40 dollars compared to going too dealership shop. I recommend midas

I came here to get an oil change I was in a rush I only needed a full synthetic oil change and wanted to get in and out but they insisted they do an inspection as well. Very professional. Thanks guys
