The oil change experience was good and everything went just as planned. The cashier even loaned my 2 yr old a quarter for the candy machine. We had fun and in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was a pleasant experience and I always got here from now on for my oil changes.

They were amazing! The tire rotation price was unbeatable and the service was fast! It only took about 10 mins to get it done. Definitely will come back in the future

The best place to get your oil change. They are so polite and helpful. They got us in and out within 15 minutes. We pulled in at 3:40pm and they closed at 4pm. They were very nice and did not care that it was the end of their shift. Highly recommend coming here!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Excellent location, fast service, clean facilities.I zipped in and zipped out. There was no line, the service staff were efficient, didn't do any high pressure sales techniques.Just honest people, doing honest work.On a side note - Jiffy Lube regularly has an online coupon. It's always good to save a few bucks and have the professionals handle it in my opinion.Keep up the good work!!!

Watched the staff here tell a customer their Lincoln didn't need their oil changed. The customer didn't reset the oil reminder. The staff just reset their reminder free of charge. Very honest and professional. Was here at 6/15/23 at 3PM.

Not good. They stripped the threads on the oil pan bolt, which caused it to leak oil.

I used to use this place all the time but within the last 6 months it s gone downhill. The last four times I ve tried to get my oil changed here I always get met with a rude guy in a fedora telling me some excuse as to why it s going to be 2 hours when there is one car in the 3 bay building or they re not taking any more cars for 2 more hours because it s too close to lunch time i m assuming. One time there was an oil spill they had to clean up in one of the bays so they couldn t use any of the others. I ll never go to this place again. For the price of a conventional oil change here I can get a high mileage oil change and a car wash for the same price at Triple T and a lot better service.Service: Oil change

Went here last time my car needed an oil change, it was fairly pricy, but the location was good, and they seemed nice enough. Since then, the wipers I bought refuse to stay on, but I was going to give them another chance.Today I went in for an oil change. A gentleman met me outside halfway around the building to tell me they weren t taking any more customers about half an hour before they closed. I guess losing a potential repeat customer is less important than going home early.

I came here at 8:00 am and as I pull in someone was there to greet me and guide me into the parking spot for my ex boyfriend's car to be serviced. The goal was an oil change, but there were lots of maintenance that needed to be done like the coolant was empty, the cabin filter is filthy with leaves and dust, and since the car is being driven across country I said yes to getting all the things done including a tire rotation. They pulled out a bunch of nest materials left behind from the family of squirrels that lived under the hood. The other guys who fixed the wiring never even did that. They made things super easy here and the pricing is reasonable. Service has been incredible since I came in.

I've been getting my biannual oil changes here for over three years, and I've always received quick service and been pleased with the staff and the prices. Shannon is always very helpful and informative.I needed a few other small things done at my last oil change, and they gave me a substantial discount for getting it done all at once.

Was a little worried about some of the negative reviews, but I noticed that they all seem to be a couple of years old. Glad I decided to give them a shot. Very friendly staff, met me as I pulled up and directed me where to go. They explained the different options and what services my car was due for. I knew up front how much it was going to cost. Whole service took about 10-15 minutes. Whatever issues they've had in the past, they have their act together now. Could not be happier with my experience.

I got an oil change from this location this morning. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. They were so kind and respectful. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot someone came out to greet me. They explained everything they did and gave me options for what I wanted to use in my car. A small thing, but afterwards, when I went to get into my car, one of the guys was waiting for me to open my door and tell me to drive safe. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

I've been going to this location for years, but my last service was very disappointing. I must get full synthetic oil for my car and with tax is about $80. On my receipt it states that they topped all fluids including windshield washer fluid and washed windows "to best of their ability." Neither of those services were actually performed. I had gone to the car wash just before this oil change but there were still bugs on the windshield, figured they would wash it. They didn't. My washer fluid light was on before I got there, still on after I left. Thought maybe I had to turn the car off and on again like when tire pressure low? Had my hubby check it after 3 days. My reservoir was empty. They put on the receipt services they never performed. They also used to vacuum my car, and didn't do that either this time. I'm seriously disappointed with my service this time, the fact that they demonstrably lied on the receipt and will not be going back. I hear Warden Marten does full synthetic oil changes $30 cheaper. Going to try them next time. Jiffy Lube just lost a years long loyal customer.Edit: Jiffy Lube saw my review and reached out to correct the issue. Their response showed that they cared about my poor experience, and wished to remedy the situation. I appreciate that they took the time to make it right. Thank you.

Now I have little confidence when it comes to cars...but! Jiffy Lube is always welcoming and knowledgeable about my car s maintenance! If you are looking for a quick spot that provides maintenance check plus whatever service you were coming in for, this is it! Customer service is on point! Always coupons around! Facility is clean! Check it out if you are looking for a positive spot.

People who work here are great. They save you money whenever they can. They check your oil (and even though they could easily rip you off, they don t - if you don t need an oil change, they tell you and save you $), they fill your tires for free and give you best service. Highly recommended!

This place is very friendly and very quick. You can have your oil changed in about 10 minutes. PLUS they check your car. They add fluids like washer, power steering, and brake to make sure they are OK. My tail lights were broken. They offered me to change it for just $10. My assembly was broken too and I had a new assembly on hand. The assembly came with bulbs. So they didn't charge for bulb. They changed the whole thing for me for free. So satisfied!!! I am definitely suggesting here!!!
